Vacation rentals with a patio in Vila Real de Santo António

The apartment is very nice and clean, it made us feel like home and we decided to extend our stay. We met a cleaning lady and she was very helpful. The owner was always ready to answer our questions and communication is very easy and smooth. We discover this amazing neighborhood day by day, it’s full of restaurants and beach is just behind the corner. We recommend this place! :-)

A fantastic apartment in a great location. It was spotlessly clean, all the linen was of a good quality. The kitchen was superbly equipped with everything you needed and more. We spent a lot of time on the lovely balcony overlooking the pool - great for wine and cheese in the evening! The pool was amazing, quiet, plenty of beds, and a bar if you wanted a drink, It was only a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and the ferry to the beach. Sad to leave but we will return!

Stayed for 5 weeks in Nov/Dec loved the apartment so well equipped & comfortable, towels folded on bed , slippers,chocolates all on arrival plus fruit bowl,beer & wines in fridge.Made good use of the bbq facilities on the terrace. Manta Rota very quiet around this time of year which we knew as visited before when staying in nearby Cabanas but still have a few bars & cafes decent supermarket & a good butchers. Easy access for a boardwalk to Altura or walk opposite direction along the beach to beautiful Cacella Vella. Lucy was always available via messaging & Ricardo was on hand in village if needed. All in all great place to stay would not hesitate to return in the future.

The accommodation was nickel, 10-15min walk to the beach, the pool area was very good. We recommend it.

The apartment fullfills all needs, great location.

The apartment is very modern and comfortable, ideal for a couple. It is located on the first floor of a very quiet residence in the west height of the city. Everything is perfectly furnished. The view from the balcony is beautiful and overlooks a part of albufeira. The bed was very cozy, large. Well-equipped kitchen. Parking is located right in front of the unit. Its all very sure. The host had left us oranges, an iconic fruit of the area. When we arrived it was a little cold because January. But on the second day it was much better. There is heating/ air conditioning. You feel very comfortable like you're in a cocoon. The only thing to improve for me would be to put small blinds or curtains on the window of the kitchen and the front door because they let the day pass and for people looking for total black to sleep, it can be inconvenient.

Amazon Place! Olhão is a beautiful little town and we can‘t recommend this lovely apartment enough!

We had a great time at Cindy’s house! Perfectly located in the village on an iconic little street. The terrace was a particular highlight. Cindy had the best recommendations which made navigating Olhão a pleasure as well!

Nice house, fully furnished with everything you need, very comfortable beds,with state-of-the-art TV. The house is very clean juan Antonio was responding very quickly to everyone.

The house is equipped with everything you may need. Excellent cleanliness. Brian, he informed us very well of everything; supermarkets, beaches...etc. Our stay was very comforting. Definitely a place we'll recommend.

Maria's house is an ideal place to spend your holidays! 🏡 Easy access, it is close to the village and has its own parking 🚗 The place totally matches the photos. The house is very well cared for and in the garden it is very quiet. In addition, it supports dogs at no additional cost 🐶 🙌🏻 Maria is very friendly, good communication and quick to answer. He left us some welcome snacks and even a handcrafted gift 😍 Thank you for everything, we hope to return 🤞🏻

We had a great stay at Maria's. The accommodation is very clean, true to the photos. The 2 bathrooms are a + with 2 teenagers. Maria is very responsive and caring. His little welcome gift was greatly appreciated. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and well equipped, my 2 teenagers aged 13 and 17 were delighted. The accommodation is a 5-10 min max walk to the city center by the Escalators in a quiet area. We'd love to come back. I recommend this place +++!

I was extremely happy with my accommodations at Carlos’ place. He went above and beyond to provide me with breakfast for my stay. The area was extremely safe. I wholeheartedly would recommend this place to anyone considering staying in Albufiera.

My family had a great stay. The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. The location was perfect, with just a short walk to the beach, nearby restaurants and parks for the kids. The balcony with a view of the water was a great place to sit and have a coffee in the morning. Highly recommend.

Lovely place to stay! Quite a hilly walk to and from old town / beaches but we rented a car so that wasn’t a problem. The car parking is not guaranteed, often had to park on roads because there was no spaces outside. But beautifully clean apartment, exactly how the photos are, and the host was very responsive. Just back from a week here, really lovely apartment, a great space for a family holiday - spacious rooms, lots of cupboard space, two great terraces, all the facilities, great TV with all languages covered, Netflix etc, games and books and large pool area - easy/walkable to several restaurants and bars in the Old Village plus only 20-25 mins walk to the marina at Vilamoura(Ubers around €4-5 if you don’t fancy the walk)! Lots to do in the area, right on the golf course and several boat trips from the marina. Would recommend and would definitely stay again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The apartment was just as described. We were met at the entrance and shown around. Right over the road from Cerro Mar Garden hotel. You can use the facilities here, I’d avoid the buffet though. It’s about 100m to the top of the 99 steps down to the old town square, in a nice quiet area. You’re expected to empty the bins, wash dishes and wash the pool towels before you leave. Communication was very good. There’s an Aldi and Lidl 10 min walk away, it’s a quiet residential area, one small bar called Joseph’s nearby.

I had a fantastic (short) stay in Praia de Santa Eulalia at Irina's apartment. I visited in January meaning the complex was pretty empty, so my stay was very peaceful and relaxing. Irina's apartment has everything you need for a stay in Albufeira, walking distance to two supermarkets and quite a few restaurants and coffee shops. Beach is also at walking distance, although water was quite cold in January! Access to the apartment was relatively easy, instructions were very clear and Irina was always accessible and prompt to answer via text - thank you for a wonderful stay!

We were in Olhão in 2021/2022. At this time we saw Delmar Residence under construction. I was glad to find this AirBnb at this place. We chose it for the big dining area and salon, the chair and the sofa are incredibly comfortable. Also the balcony is a great place to gave an aperitif. We stayed one month and cooked almost every day. We did use the pool only once. It is too small and the water too shallow to really have a swim. Overall a fantastic place to stay. We will come again.
