We propose to you our characteristic spacious farm house to enjoy nature with your family or a group, max. 7 adults. Children are very welcome, but the house is not equipped with stair gates, etc. Located in the farmlands, while very centrally in the country and only 2 minutes from the highway just south of Utrecht. The house is fully renovated and equipped with all necessities. Several biking and walking routes pass by the farm. The nearest shopping mall is 2 km away.

A charming detached cottage in the middle of nature overlooking the adjacent Wipwatermolen. Close to the interesting old towns of Utrecht, Leerdam and Gorichem within a radius of 30 km. This place is in the middle of the beautiful hiking area "Zouweboezem", a protected nature reserve with many special birds and plants. Lots of privacy, a large garden in front of the door, a wood stove and lots of light.
