We stayed for two nights at Juha's place and everything was as described. He was communicating proactive and replied very fast. The cottage is well equipped for up to six people. Location great if you use the skiing facilities in Messilä. Definitely recommend

Exactly as described. A perfect winter escape after 2 days in the city. Private and beautiful surroundings. I ran on the frozen lake which was completely new experience for me. Loved this place and already thinking about coming back. Markus was super attentive even advising us of an overnight snowfall and where best to park the car. Only 20 mins for Messilä ski centre where we re-found our love of skiing after 25 years. Overall a fab experience. A winter wonderland. Who needs Lapland!

The place is fantastic and with a beautiful view to the water front. The sauna, in a separate place was very cosy. Satu was always prompt to respond and helped us when we had some problems. We recommend this place and thank Satu for all the help. In winter time is was challenging to drive the car up-hill…

The whole property is just beautiful. We really enjoyed the direct access to the water and the stunning nature around. The house itself is modern, clean and generally well designed. All in all a great place to stay, I’d love to come back someday.

We enjoyed the stay in this beautiful house, used the sauna regularly and bathed ice in the frozen lake. The place was perfect for us.

Me and my partner enjoyed our time at the accommodation very much. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature. The view to the partially frozen lake was a highlight. The fireplace created a cozy atmosphere. Using the sauna followed by a dip in the lake was an essential part of the experience. Veli-Matti was an excellent host who responded quickly to messages and gave us a warm welcome.

We had a beautiful stay in Samuli's place to ring the new year in. Its is such a peaceful location that I was dumbfounded at the lack of noise for the first day! Our days were spent out exploring in the snow, then sauna and BBQ for dinner before lighting the fire and settling in for the evening. Idyllic! The cabin has everything you need for a comfortable stay, highly recommended!

The cottage was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We also got good instructions for check-in and practical things.
