Arlene's place is very clean and quite convenient. It's so close to the beach. My daughter and I felt very safe walking at night. Multiple restaurants and grocery stores close by. It's a couple of blocks away from the bus stop to Old Town. Parking is very limited in the immediate area (it was spring break & many construction workers' vehicles on street), however we were able to find a street parking w/in view of our place. Easy drive to main highway.

Gretchen was very helpful and flexible. Always responsive and very friendly. The terrace is so pleasant you could spend your time outside. 6 minutes from then beach by walk, Walgreens around the corner, many option of restaurant and bars in the area. Very convenient location. Recommended!

First I’ll say that the stay was amazing and the place looked exactly how it was in the pictures. The air conditioning works very well, there are three powerful fans, and the floors are tile so heat inside is never an issue. The windows work so the sound of waves while sleeping is magical. Finally, the mostly white furniture gives the home a “regal” feel while the kitchen is definitely serviceable. Next, was the service of the host was impeccable. The instructions were a bit confusing but once we actually arrived, everything was already set up by the host. There’s 24-7 parking guard on duty and they had everything we needed once we got there. Finally, there was unfortunately a district wide power outage during the first day of our visit but the host and Airbnb did everything to make sure we were comfortable and compensated for that outage. Despite that issue, the stay was still amazing.

We had a perfect stay here. The private patio and pool area were just what we needed for a relaxing stay. Mariano could not be nicer and is very easy to reach. We felt pampered and relaxed the moment we arrived. He was very accommodating regarding our departure, allowing us to store our luggage after check out. I highly recommend this spot. Truly a great location with easy walking to restaurants and stores.

This AirBnb was so nice. They gave us a complimentary bottle of wine which was perfect for my fiancé since it was his birthday lol. The bed and couch were comfortable. The view was beautiful. They had two beach chairs, two towels, and a cooler to take to the beach which was very convenient! At night, it did get very noisy from the cars and people outside. But overall, would definitely stay again. And they let us drop off our luggage early since we arrived early, and let us keep our luggage at the Airbnb after checkout. So that was awesome of them!

Pros: 1) Walkable to a lovely beach where you can rent chairs for $5 and an umbrella for $10. Waves were fun for my 12 and 15 YOs. Great beach for walking. 2) Generator and cistern ensured we had power and water during a recent black out. AC was pumping - you would not know it was a massive outage 3) Security guard to make sure you get into the apartment even thought we arrived at 1 am 4) Clean and nicely equipped with soaps, first aid kit and umbrellas 5) Choices of pools in the complex - some shallow and some deeper plus a gym 6) Lots of space and storage in the primary bedroom, bath and walk-in closet and I loved how it was it's own little suite. Second bedroom also had plenty of space Considerations 1) The walk to the beach and other things are along a busy road - there is a sidewalk and a pedestrian cross-over so it's safe, just not picturesque Other: It was simply and comfortable furnished. My husband liked the simplicity - I would have loved a little more character.
