We loved Markus's place as an assiduously clean, broadly accommodating, hermitically quiet and private, and meticulously well appointed place, and as an excellent launching point to shopping and restaurants in Wien. Markus's place also offers excellent back porch seating for contemplative reading and conversation. We also felt very enabled to do both distance walking and jogging with excellent elevation gain and mystical, magical high meadow views. So many ungulates! If you as a guest like your stay bright, clean, and emerald green, a stay infused with the energies, radiance and vibrance of sprightly natural woodlands and high pasture Austria, Markus's place is for you. Markus himself struck us as gentle, caring, deeply humble and reachable; as much, Markus is cautious to grant you quiet and privacy, consciously safeguarding these experiences for you. This was a wonderfully peaceful stay with luxurious fittings in a remote place! If you like peace outside the city this is a great place and we felt right at home here after settling in. Love the modern fireplace and well equipped kitchen! Markus was very responsive!!! Would rent from him anytime gladly and know I’m taken care of!

Have never seen a better equipped apartment. Beautiful garden, in a totally quiet location overlooking the vineyards. That's all it takes to relax. Wine lovers who want to taste the Lower Austrian wines are also well catered for here. Both in the house and in the surrounding area with many wine taverns.

A beautiful place to stay on the extreme edge of Vienna, yet perfectly connected to the city. You can get to Hütteldorf every half hour by bus and from there to the city. We had arrived by car and made all the excursions to the city center and also the outer districts of Vienna by public transport, so we could leave the car all week (except for a small detour for shopping during the week to the nearby supermarkets). The garden chalet is perfect for 2 people, we felt totally comfortable. It was absolutely ideal for a week of vacation with some excursions and many walks in the bright sunshine. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely and quiet getaway at Chalet Feini. Not only was the accommodation excellent but also the communication with Markus. Markus was always available and very attentive. Our dog felt right at home, which is always a very positive sign. Together we made excursions to Ramsau, as well as to Vienna and the Myrafalls. For relaxation & a quick tip for two, the accommodation is perfect!

Anja has a wonderful place in a private area outside of Vienna. Comfortable lodging , private and our two older dogs loved it. So much green space and so quiet! It’s very close to a bus stop which made it easy to get into Vienna. Anja was full of knowledge and helped us with several things , she helped us out with bus tickets and even though our Taylor Swift show was canceled she reached out to us with a special surprise! Thank you for the great stay in such a wonderful area! Great host and great place!
