Nice place and excellent location

This has been my 2nd time staying at this property. I have enjoyed my stay both times. Check in and check were a breeze with my 2nd check in being able to accommodate a much needed early check in. The rooms are very grounded and spa like. You can't beat the location. My only advice would be to have your cleaning crew pay attention to the floors and bed sheets. I've found hair multiple times on both the floor and sheets that weren't mine. Besides that, it was a great stay and I'd book again.

This location fit all my needs. I do not spend a lot of time in the room so this was a safe, secure, and centrally located spot to stay in Puerto Rico. It’s very close to the beach, local restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies in case you forgot anything. The shared kitchenette area was also a nice surprise. I used the fridge to store leftovers which reduced clutter in my room. Thanks for a memorable and unique experience!

A very lovely stay and very close to good restaurants.

The beautiful Inn has so much character. Every corner is a unique treasure to discover. The staff was nice and helpful. Definitely not your average Inn experience, but perfect for a unique Old San Juan experience.

Dream Hotel was a perfect little spot for a few days in San Juan. The balcony has amazing views of the city as well as lots of spots to hang out. This location is walkable to food and the beach. Front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They have complimentary coffee, sunscreen and bug spray.

Don't think twice

Luis went above and beyond as a host. When I had a medical emergency he not only helped me call around hospitals to find one with that I needed, he even drove me there on Xmas day as I didn’t have a car. He was a wonderful host with helpful suggestions of where to hike and what to do. The rooms are simple but with everything you need. The real gem of this place is the pool and the hot tub backing onto a lovely garden area just outside the properly. They beautiful and an oasis of calm.

I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The place was immaculate—clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The pool and hot tub were a real highlight, offering the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. The host was also very responsive and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

Beautiful and cozy place. Lots of common areas for relaxing, rooftop terraces are amazing. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, yet the place’s street is very quiet. 100% recommended. I’ll love to come back soon.

Claudia’s place is so beautiful & well kept. The pool was my favorite place to be. Highly recommend staying here. The restaurant downstairs also had good food, drinks & dessert!

Great place to visit in Old San Juan! Right across the street from the ocean with great views. Room #12 is at the very top which we loved. The location is perfect with everything being about a 10 - 15 minute walk away. If you rent a car, parking lots/garages are near by. This Airbnb is about 15 - 20 minutes away from the airport. There’s a code to get into the building from the street and another code to get into your room. Smelled great and had amazing amenities which we used. WiFi worked fine and the room had an A/C unit plus 2 fans. We had everything we needed!

Great place! Restaurant next door is gear, too. Claudia was extremely helpful with questions I had about the local area and also gave me contact info with her answers. Plenty to stay entertained at night with prime, netflix, etc. Pretty easy walk to the Kayak Village for the BioBay experience, it’s a must-do. Claudia also helped me when I was in a jam even after I was checked out from our reservation. Highly recommended!

The review were correct in that you could hear the music from inside the room. It was not a problem for us at all, because along with the sound of waves also soothed us throughout our stay. Who complains about authentic sound and music on vacation anyway....lol. Our room was right on the water and the rest deck outside our room. We had an excellent stay and it is a great location. My only regret was I had to leave for another part of the island. Off to the sound of Coqui's. Our only concern is the staff was a lil slow and laid-back for services you're paying for. But this seems to be the culture everywhere near San Juan. 4.5 out of 5 for us.
