Vacation rentals with beach access in Viejo San Juan, San Juan Antiguo

This is my second time this year staying at Arlene’s. Beautiful location, amenities offered are always amazing and on top, and it’s a lovely location for the perfect getaway with everything that you need nearby. It might not be the absolute fanciest but everything in the apartment serves its purpose at it should and everything works just as good. Will definitely be one of my first choices when coming to visit back home in Puerto Rico. Arlene was very responsive when I had a problem and was always willing to help and recommend solutions, a great host! I appreciate your hospitality and letting me and my fiancé stay at your place once again 🔥

I stayed here for about a week. The airbnb was close to everything walking distance to most places . Very quiet and safe . I’ll definitely book again .

The condo exceeded expectations! The views were absolutely stunning, and the space was spotless with comfortable beds. The host was incredibly responsive and flexible, making the entire stay seamless. The location is perfect—central to everything you could need. The pool was fabulous and well-maintained. Don’t hesitate to book; you won’t regret it!

We had a great stay. The location is right at the beach, we enjoyed the beach as well as the pool. The designated parking spot was also great if you have a rental. The host comminuted promptly on every request. I will come back next time when visit PR.

Perfectly equipped for a relaxing beach vacation! Great location- a block from beach in one direction, two blocks from casual food in the other (at Kasalta, Coffeetera, and Pirilo) large colorful beach umbrella, chairs, towels, outdoor shower to clean up. Bed was comfortable, kitchen stocked with necessities. We loved our stay!

This place was perfect for our stay in Ocean Park. You absolutely can't beat the location, and the studio has everything you need for a short stay. The beach is 2 blocks away, it's walkable to a lot of great restaurants. A great stay in one of our favorite places! Kayla was very responsive, and helpful to accommodate our check-in/check-out requests. Definitely recommend staying here if you don't need much space, but still want a nice spot.

Ana’s place is in a fantastic location, right by the kite surfing beach, making it perfect for both outdoor enthusiasts or simply beach lovers. The home is filled with thoughtful details that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Communication with Ana was excellent—she was responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend this spot!

Staying at Mauricio & Melba’s Airbnb was a nice experience. It’s walking distance to the beach and good restaurants. I visited with my family and the kids had lots of fun with the toys provided by the hosts. We had some requests during our stay and they were very responsive.

The house is very nice. Plenty of space and natural light. The private heated pool in the back is small but for us, it was the perfect size. The house is the downstairs unit in a two story duplex, but we never heard the upstairs neighbors at all, even though there was a decent sized group up there during our stay. Lots of AC in every room. We always were able to stay cool. There’s also a little space in the garage where my wife and I did workouts. Finding the house was tricky the first night because it was dark. If you arrive after 7, you have to tell the security guard your name and where you’re staying. But once we figured it out, it was not a problem at all. The area is nice. Lots of restaurants, groceries and shops that are within walking distance. The biggest plus is that it’s a two minute walk to a great beach. When we came back, there is an outdoor shower by the front door to wash off our feet and messy. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location! Close to the airport and walking distance to the beach and shops nearby. Loved that he had beach accessories such as an ice chest available for our use. The place was super unique with a master suite that was separate from the other 2 bedrooms which I liked… and the place had unicorns on the wall! What more could you want?!

Alex & Diana’s place is perfectly center , the placita is 7mins away , highway accessible , beach near by & so much more ! Clean , spacious , beds are SOOOOO comfortable . Nice neighborhood & the local neighbors are friendly as well . I received my check in instructions bright & early the day of my arrival . Host responded in a timely manner & were very nice . We loved our stay & plan to be back 🙏🏽

Great place to stay. The house was very clean, it has a beautiful pool and spa, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Nelida was always in touch with my wife asking her if everything was ok, very very kind and attentive host. Any questions we had she was always willing to help us. I strongly recommend this house to any family that wants to enjoy their stay in P.R. Thank you Mrs. Nelida

Shelia's home was exactly what I needed, a peaceful, beautiful location where I can relax and enjoy my beautiful Isla. Local entertainment and restaurants were all within walking distance. I highly recommend staying in her lovely place.

The place it's clean, comfortable and practical. Great location with pool and access to the beach, besides restaurants in Condado area. While the building it's an older property, the AirBnb is kept in good condition, with everything you need including games for entertainment.

Beautiful and well appointed space steps from the beach! This condo was immaculately clean and nicely decorated. Great furnishings, plenty of towels, linens and beach supplies. The space was plenty of room for our party of 5 adults. This location is awesome. Not only is it beachfront but there are plenty of restaurants, stores, groceries and bars within walking distance. This is a great location for a long weekend or a week at the beach!

I had a great stay at Guillermo's for the 4 nights I stay there. The location was a block from the beach which was really amazing to have such close access and the apartment itself was perfect for 1 person or even a couple. With the apartment being in a more commercial area, there was a lot to do closeby and easy to get around. If I come back to stay in Condado again, I'd definitely stay here again.

Our first ever trip to Puerto Rico and Felix’s condo was the perfect spot for our stay. The location was safe and secure, nice and clean and looked just like in the pictures. We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay the location was close to everything couldn’t be any happier with our experience. Felix was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions that we needed. We will definitely book this air bnb for future vacations. Wow this place is a beautiful spot! So beautiful and secure and safe. Had every amenity you can think of. Very responsive host and made our stay in San Juan the best! I had the view of the ocean and loved it so much I didn't want to leave the place. Put all my other airbnbs to shame. If there is one neg is the parking, going down to that parking with a big car was a test of your driving abilities but after I parked it I ubered everywhere so it was great. I would recommend this place 1000000%
