Vacation rentals with beach access in Viejo San Juan, San Juan Antiguo

I had a great 4-night stay in early February 2025. Great location right on the beach and convenient to the airport, stores, and restaurants. Amazing ocean views from the condo. Clean condo, comfortable bed, and good property security. The hosts were also very responsive to any questions I had.

I always love staying at Aixa and Enrique’s property. It is a great space and very central. Everything is as described and they are always responsive.

Was a wonderful stay! The beach is right in front of the airbnb - only a 1-2 min walk. Everything was very clean and the place was close to a great brunch place we went to everyday!

We loved this place! Perfect size for a couple! It was cute and quaint and looked just like the pictures! We liked we could walk to restaurants and coffee shops and the beach was literally right out our door..(which wasn’t crowded at all) Plus every place we went that wasn’t walkable was just a short Uber ride away! Ana the host was absolutely amazing! Very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had! Would definitely recommend this Beachside Gem❤️! Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

We loved your place and really appreciated the extra touches like the water filter pitcher in the fridge with ice trays in the freezer (that weren’t stale tasting), the comfy bed, the coffee, and the cute decor (your dog is so cute!). This was our second time staying at Rita's. The information we received from her from the moment of booking until check out was helpful and informative. The apartment is very comfortable and convenient for our family of 4. The beds are comfy, the balcony is perfect for getting fresh air while reading a book or enjoying a beverage, and the living/dining room is space is great for eating together and taking a break from the sun. The kitchen has all the amenities needed to cook simple meals which we did daily. Use of the washer/dryer was important to us since we were there for a week. The convenience of both pool and beach can't be beat. There are also many restaurants and stores within walking distance, so we did not rent and car and used Uber to get to places for our excursions.

This apartment is steps from the beach in Carolina, and a short uber to downtown San Juan. The apartment was incredibly clean, I was very impressed. The balcony is a nice touch. A/C’s work very well. I found Metropol restaurant to be the best place walking distance for lunch/dinner. If you are looking to spend a lot of time in Old San Juan, this location might be a bit out of your way. It was about 15-20 minute uber to get down there- not terrible but definitely not walking distance. Depending on the time of day that Uber ride would cost $9-$30.

Awesome stay wish we could’ve stood longer. Had a small issue with the light but was easy to fix after the quick response from our host. My daughters loved the play area in the garage and took full advantage of the pool. There is a corner store that is walkable distance as well as a coffee shop and gas station. Was already trying to go back again before we left for the weekend but was already taken.

Would definitely book with this couple again. They were very pleasant and made check in an easy process. The home was very comfy & clean. The area was quite very residential. Close to the airport and not far from the beach.

Amazing place, good location and great value. Javi's place easily accommodated our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. All amenities were available as listed and everything was working properly (AC units, laundry, hot water, etc). The place was very clean and Javi was quick to respond when I had questions. The place is within walking distance to nearby restaurants, small shops and a super market. The surrounding feels safe and it did not feel loud, other than the morning rosters that are everywhere in the island lol. Javi is a great host was very pro-active about making our trip enjoyable the minute we arrived. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay away from the day to day routines.

Alex & Diana’s place is perfectly center , the placita is 7mins away , highway accessible , beach near by & so much more ! Clean , spacious , beds are SOOOOO comfortable . Nice neighborhood & the local neighbors are friendly as well . I received my check in instructions bright & early the day of my arrival . Host responded in a timely manner & were very nice . We loved our stay & plan to be back 🙏🏽

Second time staying at this location, definitely recommend it. Feels like home away from home, clean pool. About 25 mins from Old San Juan. Nelida is sweet and makes sure you have landed and made it safe. As I said before if I ever come back to PR this is my go to location!

Perfect place for a large group. Pool area was the perfect place to hang in the afternoon.

This home is everything that we've ever wanted in an AirBNB. If you are looking for a vacation home that's in the city, or in a touristy area, this it not it. Rather, if you want an authentic Puerto Rico neighborhood experience, this is it! The location was easy to find, as long as you used the Google Maps coordinate that is shared with you. We felt so at home. I spent most nights sitting on the rooftop, listening to the coquis frogs talking to one another. The neighbors that we met were so kind and welcoming. We needed to reach out to the hosts for a few things, and they were very responsive. I truly felt so at home and would have loved staying another week.... or even more ;-). The ocean was a quick two'ish block walk, totally flat and easy to walk. All in all, this was a lovely home, great neighborhood, and well worth the price.

We had a fantastic stay at Moon’s place. It was just as described - the views from the window were incredible! Right above the pool and steps from the beach. Moon provided beach chairs and towels, and access to the beautiful beach was easy. We loved the beach with its soft sand, warm water and big waves! A short walk along the beach was a stand selling coconuts and pineapple, ices and pina coladas! Easy to walk to the local restaurants - favorites included Bebo’s Cafe for local Puerto Rican cuisine, La Cantina Argentina, and Sobao’s Cafe for coffee/breakfast. It’s felt safe walking around and most people were friendly and happy to help. We rented a car for one day from Enterprise, a 10 minute walk along the road. We visited El Yunque rain forest - wow! Amazing experience. Uber was definitely the way to go for most places, easier than trying to park! Old San Juan is a must visit! One of my favorite vacations!

Loved the location and condo. Beautiful 3 bedroom condo on beach with massive master. Loved that it’s next door to San Juan hotel, nearby Plato’s and other great restaurants. Onsite washroom/dryer plus parking is nice too. Host was quick to respond to any questions I had as well. Will definitely book this place again.

Great Airbnb and location. Easy access to everything; restaurants, shops, pool, beach, etc. Apt was very nice and comfortable. Had beach chairs and towels for 6, and cooler for the beach. Kitchen had new appliances and everything needed. Host was very professional and in constant communication, and provided all necessary details. Security guard available at all times. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Gerardo’s place. The space was very well kept and maintained comfortable space. The view is unrivaled! Would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful place, spotless. The apartment was loud but the host let us know that they will call the police if necessary so that put us at ease. Great location!

Felix's apartment is great and he is an excellent host. The apartment is clean and bright and perfectly situated in Condado. Felix was a great communicator and super responsive to our questions and requests. We recommend the apartment and hope to go back.

We had a nice stay at the condo. It is a nice place with everything you need, good location and we were able to walk and see all of old town by foot, was more affordable and offered easy parking options compared to places in old town, and finally the views from the condo were excellent!
