My sister did a last min booking an hour before we arrived and Jess was super accommodating! everything was lovely and it was exactly what we needed for a little wellness getaway! we even extended our stay another night because we were soo relaxed and happy with the place and location! I highly reccomend staying here.

Had an amazing quiet isolated getaway with my family. We had everything we needed. Beautiful spacious place, games, tv with Netflix and Disney ect ( so handy for the kids) hot tub and sauna. amazing place and amazing host. Was always just a txt away.

Daniel gave a thorough intro message of specifics the day of on top of what was already so clearly laid out. The property was beautiful with access to so many activity options. House is clean and spacious. We spent a lot of time on the dock which had a great selection of furniture and sun/shade options. The beach is a close walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and will likely be back to enjoy the space again!

We had an amazing time in Bala for March Break! This was our first visit to Bala, but our fourth year booking an Airbnb with our best friends, trying out a different space each year. The house was perfect for our group of four adults and four kids, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other's company. The hot tub and sauna were fantastic for unwinding after a day of fun. We all loved the pool table and foosball table—plenty of friendly competition! The quaint, walkable streets made it easy to explore the local shops and cafes. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend for a cozy getaway!

Perfect for our family getaway. With 13 people ages 3-71 we appreciated the large areas to gather and smaller corners to get a little quiet when needed. Lots of amenities for various ages on the property as well as in the area. Clean and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Thanks for being a great host Jakub

We had a lovely weekend. Visiting family and celebrating a milestone birthday. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate in order to get outside but a lovely stay. We did not want for a thing. Thank you Steve

We were there for the huge snowfall mid February, never left the property and we were never bored. Spent hours creating a toboggan run around the cottage, it was so quiet outside, lovely. The hot tub and the sauna were a huge hit. Inside there is a cupboard full of games and puzzles and lego and a large bookshelf but the prize goes to the karaoke machine, that was a blast for young and old. The communal space was wide open and so bright, enjoyed creating meals and still being part of the fun. The beds were comfy, clean and there were full heating pads on the beds, loved it. Local store had the coffee we forgot and lots of firewood. Steven made sure the driveway was ploughed for us early the day we were leaving, no problems on the main roads. Loved the location, perhaps one day we will get to come in the summer and check out the waterfalls and restaurants. Thank you Steven.

Our stay at Sarah’s place was perfect. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. The cabin is so cute, with everything you’d need to enjoy yourself, from board games, bbq, water sports to Netflix, it was all inclusive. I would highly recommend, and we would love to come back myself.

We stayed 4 nights at Bryan's cottage and had a wonderful time. Very beautiful view of the lake. Although it was still a bit chilly in April, we were very cozy and warm at the cottage. It was very clean, well stocked, and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The cottage even had some board games. Bryan was very responsive and was a great host overall. 5/5. Would highly recommend!

Our family had an enjoyable Thanksgiving weekend at Carol's property. The cabin was cozy and charming, the bunkie was super cute and the deck and fire pit were amazing spots to hang out at. It's a short walk to the water and a convenience store/lcbo. Our only issue was that we didn't stay long enough!

The stay was very safe and cozy. The well-cleaned and maintained building created a great atmosphere. It is one of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed in. Anthony's responses were very quick and straightforward, making everything go smoothly. I asked for an hour early check-in, and it was approved. I will definitely come back again later.

We had a wonderful stay at Jonathan Cottage! The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. It came fully equipped with lots of appliances, making everything super convenient. The access to the property was smooth, and communication with the host was always prompt and helpful. We especially loved the newly rebuilt outdoor areas near the lake—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The cottage itself is spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. Highly recommended!

we had a great stay at Nicole's cottage! spacious, comfortable, clean and with everything we needed for a calm and cozy winter getaway. we were able to go for walks even with all the snow thanks to the well maintained roads and it felt so good coming back to a warm and beautiful space!! thank you for hosting us 🫶

My husband, 3&1/2 year old daughter, two dogs and I just returned from the most incredible cottage stay in Bracebridge, Muskoka, and we’re already counting down the days until we can go back! The host, James, was truly exceptional - responsive, organized, and went above and beyond to make our stay feel like a home away from home. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the thoughtful touches and extra details that made our stay so special. The Christmas tree was beautifully decorated with different lighting options, and the abundance of board games and video games kept us entertained for hours, regardless of the weather outside. The hot tub was immaculately clean and the perfect spot to relax and unwind, and the home itself was spotless and tidy. It's clear that James takes great pride in his property and goes to great lengths to ensure guests have an unforgettable stay. I'm so grateful to have found this little slice of heaven in Muskoka! Highly recommend!

Jesse was a wonderful host who made sure we had all things taken care of. The cabin had many games and activities to keep us busy through the snow. The house was clean and Jesse was able to provide clear check out instructions. Only thing to note was that the hot tub did take a lot of time to warm up. We had the temp set at 104 but even after 3 hours of being in the tub it only went up to 99. Besides that I would say our stay with Jesse was great!

Great experience. Jeff was proactive and made sure we are all comfortable during the bad weather. The location is perfect and lots to do around. Absolutely loved the stay and a great get away. Looking forward to visit during the summer.

My group and I had an excellent stay at the cottage. The lake is beautiful and the property is as well; inside and out. The location is quiet, yet not too secluded, making the overall experience very peaceful. The home was also very clean, functional, and had even more amenities than we were even expecting! A most delightful stay! We rented Wendy and Jeff’s place for a week. The place looked exactly like the photos--beautifully decorated, modern yet cozy and impeccably clean. The cottage is located at the end of a peninsula, with spectacular views in every direction. It was private and peaceful. Thoughtful little details throughout the cottage make this place stand out. We especially love the helpful notecards with instructions on how to operate the coffee machine and other amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms were also well-stocked. All these things add up to a very comfortable and wonderful experience. We highly recommend !

Went to James's place for some well deserved R & R and we got it. Lovely location, great swimming, the sun was shining, sand was golden, water was perfect. All the amenities we needed. Great to sit by the fire at night and enjoy the sun set. Loved the outdoor shower.

Trevor was a great host. Our family vacation was one of the best ever. The cabins are clean and comfortable. The canoes and kayaks were very convenient and added a level of fun and adventure to our visit. The sandy beach was a quick canoe ride away. I spent hours gazing through the clear water at all the life. Highly recommend.
