We loved Leonardo's place for our family holiday in Italy. Very clean, comfortable and practical accommodation, our children were very happy with the stay.

We had a wonderful time at Marina's beautiful house! The children all absolutely loved the pool, and we have everything we needed in the house for living comfortably. The views are spectacular! And with Lucca only a short drive away we were spoiled for choice with things to do. Marina and Paulo were very friendly and helpful, with local recommendations and booking restaurants etc. It's definitely a holiday we'll remember and I would 100% recommend staying here! Grazie mille!!

Accommodation near shops, restaurants and especially the train station. The proximity to the station makes you hear a lot of trains but you end up getting used to it. Our host was very responsive when we had questions and especially gave us very detailed instructions for check-in , departure, bus schedules, restaurants. Very available host.

I celebrated my 50th Birthday with 7 dear friends at Umberto's house last week - it was beyond perfect! This was my first trip to Tuscany and definitely won't be my last. Umberto, Sheriff and Valentina are extremely warm hosts and the house is huge! I still don't think I visited every room! There is so much space that we ate in a different room every night! We didn't hire a car, however, Umberto gave us the contact details for Mr Manrico who did all of our airport runs, trips to Lucca, and trips to a local winery - this made our trip so much more relaxing and obviously we could all enjoy a drink too! A well stocked supermarket is a 15 minute stroll if you don't mind walking along a road and we were happy to do that. Chef Giovanni on the last night was wonderful - a real treat and in a fabulous house! Thank you to Umberto for making our stay so wonderful!

Nice place to stay on the top of a mountain. Driving for us was a bit difficult because of winding narrow roads but the surroundings are beautiful. We even saw wild pigs roaming around the roads!

Quiet and peaceful village, very clean apartment; with some goodies and coffee for breakfast.

First clear instructions, then impeccable and spacious accommodation (we arrived after a long day of travel and were very happy with our arrival "like at home"). Plus, great advice!! Paolo and Valeria advised us on activities and places to visit around La Spezia, which greatly enhanced our experience. They are also very warm and friendly!

We had a very good vacation with our 10-month-old son. Everything we needed was present in the apartment. Furthermore, the view was super nice, you are in a very quiet place. Christina and her family live there too, but you have plenty of privacy! Road to unpaved the last 200 meters, which is especially challenging for your car but this also went fine. Very nice quiet place to cinque terre, Portovenere, lerici etc. To visit! Had a great vacation! Communication with Christina very well, she responds within a short time and helps you with questions.

Robertos apartment is a great place to stay in La Spezia. We really loved our 10 days in this "eagle nest" on the 4th floor above Piazzetta del Bastione. The terrace is huge, with great views of the city, the mountains and the lively mingling on the streets and piazetta below. The apartment is beautiful and it is much larger and brighter than we expected from the photos. The location is perfect, with shops and restaurants just outside the door and the train station within an easy 15 min walk away. What's not to like.

We had a great weekend in the space. Mirko is very available and on site we were greeted (even late) by Domenico who gave us some good advice. The space is as described and has beautiful views of the mountains. Both bedrooms are spacious and both equipped with bathrooms. The bedding is wide and comfortable. I recommend it without hesitation!

A great small rooftop apartment in the walls of Lucca. Great location, nice locals style cafe next door and walkable to all the other restaurants and cafes and shops in Lucca. Great view from the rooftop and areas to sit and enjoy the weather, great thing about being on the tip floor is the view and it makes the many stairs to the top worth it. Limited paid Street parking in the street next to the apartment 3 euros per hour. (we had no problem finding a space but it was off season) or larger parking areas outside the walls with day rates of around 10 euros per day or parking lots around 10 mins walk. Apartment is very well equipped in the kitchen but is compact. Perfect for 2 people or 3 if you don't mind being cosy. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to enjoy all Lucca has to offer

The place of the house is very beautiful and calm and also the hostess Romanella was very helpful. We enjoyed this very residence in a special place. You can go to Florence and Pisa by one hour

Carla's house is beautiful,finished. The owner was very kind and accommodated our requests. He welcomed us with a great aperitif. We were all pleasantly amazed and satisfied. We couldn't have expected better. We will definitely be back! Thank you Carla!

we absolutely loved it! we did not do too much research on Monica's Airbnb as we booked it a few days before our wedding as a little mini honeymoon and didn't have a lot of time.Thus it almost took us by surprise, how beautiful it is. We can recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful & relaxing get away and or anyone that wants to hike, mountain bike, do Canyoning and other such sports. The apartment is so cute, cozy and although the amenities are modern it has this romantic cabin vibe. The view is exceptional at any daytime and in any weather. Gaetano was impeccable. He explained everything perfectly and always helped us. The house was beautiful, nestled in the mountains near a river. It was a small house, but with everything you need: a very functional kitchen, a well-equipped bathroom and a comfortable bed. Every detail had been thought out in advance, and we felt at home. Outside there was a small garden where you could sit and listen to the sound of the river water. I recommend this experience to anyone who wants to spend time away from the city, in a place to reconnect with nature and tranquility.

We stayed at this apartment over the Easter weekend. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, is very spacious and has various relaxation areas (from the living room with sofa and large screen, to the room with the large pool table, to the sauna...). The beds and pillows are very comfortable, the area is quiet - despite being in the center - and we slept very well. Very functional bathrooms and kitchen. The entire apartment was impeccably clean! Thanks to Valentina, who we never met, but who was very efficient and clear in answering our questions and in the directions provided to us. The quality of the services offered, the beauty of the apartment and the building, the central location are worth the price paid. Absolutely recommended!
