The hospitality was impeccable, Andrea was very kind and helpful and straightforward. The house was very well maintained and clean with a nice veranda you immediately felt at home. The location is ideal for lovers of peace and nature with beautiful views of the countryside in the valleys. Absolutely recommend.

The house and the whole property is a dream! The park of the house is huge and offers a lot to discover including the pool from which you have an astonishing view to the little mountains in the surroundings. The house itself has a lot of tasteful old furniture, including a billiard table. We cooked a lot in the well equipped kitchen and also did a barbecue in the garden. It’s the perfect place for a big group like ours with a lot of kids who appreciate a quite and close to nature home.

Beautiful, country home in the best Italian style. Large, comfortable, with a beautiful garden and views of the olive grove. Stefano and his father Paolo are very kind and helpful hosts. A place for people who value peace and quiet. The sea, mountain trails, and beautiful Urbino are within a half-hour drive.

Amazing place, amzing pool , great people

Large property with private pool and in a quiet idyllic location. 😊 We had a great 14 days in David's place and were a total of 10 people incl. Children. The house with its own pool and the large property leaves almost nothing to be desired. A car is needed to Pesaro to the beach and can be reached in about 20-30 minutes. Davide was always easy to reach and left us a great regional food basket as a welcome gift. Thanks again.

Daniela and her family have been amazing hosts, very helpful and super responsive. The country house is beautiful and was a perfect exploration base for us. We would happily return if travelling in this area!

Maria and Angelo's stay in the house was simply amazing. They welcomed us very well, although we were many hours late due to delayed flight, clutter by rental car and closed Autostrada. The entire property, both inside and out, is of a very high standard. Everything appeared to be extremely clean and well-maintained. We really appreciated having three large bedrooms, two good bathrooms, living room with comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen and two balconies that could be used for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. We also thoroughly enjoyed the well-maintained pool area and the lush and beautiful garden. In summary - if you want a holiday stay with excellent comfort and with the very best hosts - in an area with almost only Italian tourists - then this house is highly recommended.

Nicoletta is a very helpful, kind and friendly person. He immediately made us feel comfortable, even meeting us on check-in and check-out times. He also recommended great places to enjoy local delicacies. The house is in a panoramic position a short distance from Rimini. We enjoyed our stay in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere in the middle of the greenery.

Spacious and beautiful Villa with big yard and pool. 4 adults + 1&3 year olds fit perfectly. The kitchen is really spacious and functional. Messaging with Andreas was super fast and smooth, he booked us taxis on the day of departure, as well as rental cars for the entire trip waiting for us at the train station ready when we arrived! A rental car(s) are almost essential if you want to see listings an hour away. For wine lovers, a big recommendation to visit the Guerrier winery.

Great 1 week stay at this villa, 6 adults& 4 kids. Pool was great, beautiful surroundings, very nice towns nearby to visit (Urbino, Gradara, Pesaro++). Superfriendly host in Riccardo who was so helpful and kind assisting with dinner reservations, tips + organising a chef-at-home dinner.

Our stay at Villa Cipressi was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed it. If we come back to Pesaro we will definitely be happy to stay here again.

A place immersed in "everything", more than in nothingness, as they say. (and for that reason, the road to get there is quite dirt, eyes open in the evening! But it's well well) Beautiful, clean and cozy house. I recommend this place to recharge your batteries, it's wonderful.

It was wonderful days at your place Adele. We were welcomed like a family member and the apartments and houses are a dream to stay. The pool was controllable in temperature and therefore adaptable to any weather situation. The hostess has her own chickens and we could buy fresh eggs every day, straight from the stable. There were also fresh vegetables and super delicious olive oil from our own production. Be sure to ask about the olive oil when you are on site.

We had a fantastic stay in Pesaro! The house and pool are very pleasant and the hiosts really responsive. They also had great recommandations!

Villa Lamborghini is unique: it literally borders the sandy beach strip of Lido di Savio, and its location could not be more convenient for everything. The swimming pool is huge (hotel-sized!) and it is great to be able to come dipping into it straight from the beach, all very pleasant. We were a family of 7 in the upper floor, a large apartment with a superb sea-view balcony, ideal for all our meals outdoor. Both the kitchen and the rest of the house have everything we needed and more, and Silvana has been a great host. We look forward to coming back!

We had a really nice stay, the house is fantastic and is idyllically located on a mountain, with great views of the lake (exactly as described in the pictures in the listing). Six of the house was perfect. For shopping, some time should be scheduled due to the mountain location with a small route, but can also be connected to a sweet city stroll in the nearby town. The contact was also impeccable, questions were answered quickly. Would recommend it at any time!
