Villa vacation rentals in Verucchio

We had wonderful days in Andrea’s house in Mondaino. Spacious bed- and bathrooms, wonderful terrace for dinners and good pool-area. Minor electricity-issues which Andrea made sure to solve very quickly. Our party of nine people (ages 12-55) all agreed that we would recommend the house to other travelers. We also recommend visiting other nearby villages where there are amazing views and local restaurants. One example is Montegridolfo.

We had three fantastic weeks in Stefania's home. We were two couples, there was enough space and privacy for everyone. We have been vacationing to Italy together for years, but this was the best house we ever rented. Beautiful location, nice garden, cozy village with a shop in food and several restaurants. And there is so much beauty to see and experience in the area. We made a lot of use of public transport, both the bus from Gabicce and the train from Cattolica. Stefania is a "top host", always available, and with good tips. Upon arrival there was a bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine ready. Extremely nice!

Nice and large accommodation perfect for a relaxing trip in Italy with amazing views, good nearby restaurants and very fun activities in the house. The host is ready for things to happen in their own way and may be perceived as slightly controlling. Recommend!

Great house in a strategic position, within walking distance of the sea and not far from the center. The street is very quiet and having the parking space inside is an additional plus. The house has a nice outdoor veranda that can be used especially in the summer and as in our case with a small child it is a nice outdoor outlet. Mr. Antonio was immediately very helpful and attentive to every detail. We will definitely be back!!

Maria and Angelo's stay in the house was simply amazing. They welcomed us very well, although we were many hours late due to delayed flight, clutter by rental car and closed Autostrada. The entire property, both inside and out, is of a very high standard. Everything appeared to be extremely clean and well-maintained. We really appreciated having three large bedrooms, two good bathrooms, living room with comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen and two balconies that could be used for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. We also thoroughly enjoyed the well-maintained pool area and the lush and beautiful garden. In summary - if you want a holiday stay with excellent comfort and with the very best hosts - in an area with almost only Italian tourists - then this house is highly recommended.

We'd highly recommend this! The house is located nearby lovely authentic Italian villages but you still have all the privacy you need. With your car, you can reach shops and lots of restaurants within 10mins. At the house itself you have everything you need: all the equipment you need and an amazing view and pool. Roberta is the best, she helped us with planning our activities and is also very responsive. We would definitely come back here :)

Roberta is the best AirB&B host we’ve ever experienced. She was responsive and made us feel right at home after two very long travel days from the U.S. Because we were arriving in Fano on a Sunday afternoon when most grocery stores are closed, she kindly did some grocery shopping for us ahead of time. She also connected us with an amazing local chef who cooked for us twice while we were there. Finally, the villa is beautiful - the view to the Adriatic, the grounds, the period furniture - all wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

We had an incredible stay. the views are truly breathtaking! and the home is marvelous. we booked an in home chef experience with Valentina recommended by the host and it was incredible!! we ate amazing local food while enjoying this view! highly recommend it. the train is an easy 15 min drive and cesena has anything you'd need for your stay. we were sad to leave!

Spacious and beautiful Villa with big yard and pool. 4 adults + 1&3 year olds fit perfectly. The kitchen is really spacious and functional. Messaging with Andreas was super fast and smooth, he booked us taxis on the day of departure, as well as rental cars for the entire trip waiting for us at the train station ready when we arrived! A rental car(s) are almost essential if you want to see listings an hour away. For wine lovers, a big recommendation to visit the Guerrier winery.

The house and the whole property is a dream! The park of the house is huge and offers a lot to discover including the pool from which you have an astonishing view to the little mountains in the surroundings. The house itself has a lot of tasteful old furniture, including a billiard table. We cooked a lot in the well equipped kitchen and also did a barbecue in the garden. It’s the perfect place for a big group like ours with a lot of kids who appreciate a quite and close to nature home.

A heartfelt and massive thanks to Chiara for eight great days in amazing surroundings and a very nice apartment. Everything was great. The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The pool is great, the big garden is a great joy and the the view from everywhere on the premises is stunning. Chiara is such a nice and considerate host and both we and our two children enjoyed every second there! We highly recommend staying at Il Colle delle Terrazze, you won’t regret it!

The holidays were perfect. It is a very nice and large house, in a very good location. There is a small bakery 5 minutes by car. There is a beach 15 minutes drive away. The host is very friendly and the service is great. The pool is big enough and the view is beautiful. There are no direct neighbors, you are on your own. There is a large terrace, in the afternoon the terrace is in the shade.

We visited La Barca nel Bosco with 6 adults and 5 kids. The house was big and it had everything we needed. Girolamo and his family were very hospitable and they arranged also arranged a local dinner for us. We did day trips to Fano city, Urbino and much more. Highly recommend.

This was our second time visiting this beautiful farmhouse and once again we were not disappointed. The location is peaceful and private. The pool is amazing. The location is the perfect place to discover Tuscany and the local towns and villages. Pop down to the bakery in the nearby village at Chiassa Superiore and have pizza, possibly the best pizza in the world! Thank you for allowing us to stay again. Salvatore the caretaker lives further down the valley, such an amazing guy, he will show you around and provide whatever help you need; he speaks no English, but we desperately wanted to bring him home with us! Please be kind to him, he will look after you. Don't hesitate to stay at this villa, you won't be disappointed.

House immersed in nature, in a very quiet area (you can only hear the birds and sometimes the cow bell in the distance), easily accessible from an untrafficked road. The place is ideal for those who, like me and my husband, seek an escape from the stress of the city and a healthy isolation in nature. The beautiful gated park with a private pool encourages you to relax at home and rest, with views of the mountains and the sweet kitten that circulates on the property. Privacy is also ensured by the grace and discretion of the friendly and welcoming host Valentina and her parents, who try to maintain the pool and garden maintenance if guests are absent. Ideal place also for electrosensitive: although the satellite wifi connection service is available, the host had no problems, following my request, to disconnect any wireless from the apartment, which is also distant from antennas.

Amazing place, amzing pool , great people

Large property with private pool and in a quiet idyllic location. 😊 We had a great 14 days in David's place and were a total of 10 people incl. Children. The house with its own pool and the large property leaves almost nothing to be desired. A car is needed to Pesaro to the beach and can be reached in about 20-30 minutes. Davide was always easy to reach and left us a great regional food basket as a welcome gift. Thanks again.
