Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Verde River

This home is truly a gem. It is immaculate and well socked. It feels homey without being cluttered. I was very comfortable there. I chose the location to be near my husband who was recuperating in the local rehab hospital. I would come back and stay just to enjoy the area and things to do and see close by.

We had a wonderful stay! Michael’s house was everything we were looking for and more. Perfect place to cook all weekend and hangout by the pool. Everything was super clean and very well stocked. Michael was quick to answer any questions we had and very friendly. The amenities were fantastic, so much fun using the pizza oven! Huge plus to be able to watch the football games too. 10/10 would stay again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Rooms are small, no real “master”. Instructions, check in are super easy. Great selection of games to play with family and friends. The owl decor was a little much but I get the point. Did the job, no complaints!

We had such a wonderful time at this lovely home. I’d say looks even better in person than photos, it’s really spacious feeling inside. Hosts were lovely!

The house was immaculate and fully ready to be occupied, from every utensil you would need in the kitchen, cleanliness, the outside covered patios, which having a two-, six-, nine- and fourteen-year-old in group made the outside pickleball, pool, spa, sand box, cornhole areas especially important. Also, I might add all play areas were well maintained, and all the equipment was readily available to use, from flotation devices to the heated pool, everything was totally functional. From the very onset of booking until the day we left, Greg was very communicative and engaged, answering every question that was asked of him. A specific example was reattaching the pool vacuum hose, pulled out by my six-year-old grandson which then needed to be reattached! I reached out to Greg, and he was able to remotely shut down the circulation pump, decreasing the pressure on the system, making the hose reattachment very easy to do. We had a family of ten and we would all go back tomorrow!

We found the reviews great except the one before we booked. We didn’t let that stop us. We where not surprised how wonderful the home turned out regarding cleanliness and how spacious it is. We loved MJ’s place it was everything we wanted. Big and roomy. Clean and had all the items we needed or even wanted in the kitchen. MJ is responsive and helpful suggestions for local attractions. Loved the views from both back and front porches. We surly will be coming back with family and friends.

This was the perfect spot for an unexpected overnight in the area while getting vehicle repairs done. I so appreciate Ron getting me in on a last minute booking. I walked down to a nearby brewery for dinner and it was excellent.

Very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and will look to book with Natalie on future visits to Prescott Valley.

The place is very quiet and comfortable. Very close to restaurants, trails but not too close to all the more crowded, nosier touristy areas. There are bike and walking paths everywhere close by. We got great recommendations for restaurants in our check in folder. Everything was very clean and we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

This was a great studio! Kitchen was well equipped and the linens were very nice. Quiet location.

My husband, our 4 year old son, our Aussie pup Trixie and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brad's place! It was easy to find, easy to access, it was very private and cozy! The location is perfect. We can't wait to visit again but next time it will be for a whole week!

Condo and grounds were nice. The unit was well stocked with supplies. The neighborhood is older with quite a few panhandlers. We didn’t spend much time in the neighborhood and really didn’t go out at night. Good value all in all.

Perfect condo for our weekend trip! Close to bell rock and a short drive to downtown Sedona.

Very nice outdoor area with a beautiful view. Rooms are generous and perfect for our family. Would definately recommend this place for a family with kids visiting the area

The apartment was nice and cozy.The location and the view were very nice. It is well stocked with usable items.The only downfall is that is you have guests upstairs that have young children. We were not in the unit much mostly at night and I believe the young ones were running a marathon..However we dealt with it because it is a nice place and the location is great and no one bothers anyone. Overall I gave it a good rating and dealt with the upstairs noise. Thank you for the good experience and sharing your home.

Exactly what we were looking for. A great space that was clean, peaceful, with comfortable mattresses 😁. The home had lots important details, including a full length mirror in the Master. Curtis was very responsive and the instructions were easy to follow. We will definitely stay here again.
