Apartment vacation rentals in Verde River

We loved our stay at the Pavoni Getaway! Perfect for a couple. The location was great - walkable to many restaurants, stores, and our favorite - OHSO Brewery - and just a short drive to Scottsdale or Phoenix. There’s a great walking/biking path just steps away from the complex as well that walks through the nearby golf course and neighborhoods. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the patio and the peacefulness of the area. Most days we had the pool to ourselves. All of the residents in the complex were very friendly. The unit was very clean, kitchen is stocked with many spices and dishes/pots/pans/silverware/tupperware. We had everything we needed! We hope to return to Carolyn’s place for a stay again soon :)

Great place to stay. Felt safe and secure in gated lot. Beds were comfy Kitchen was nice with a bar seating. Easy access to freeway and central in Phoenix area.

Very responsive host. Very clean , good amount space , well stocked with items for kitchen and bathroom. Cute private outdoor area, highly recommend.

My husband and I are retired couple from Illinois and stayed in this rental for a month. Jean was very attentive to our needs. We had a few minor issues in which she resolved very quickly. She checked in with us numerous times to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. The condo was centrally located with easy access to main highways. One of the things we liked the most about this condo is that it is a one level rental. The pool is right outside the front door, but was undergoing some maintenance issues for a while during our stay. We loved having access to the lake and its walking path around it. We did walk this most days. We also were in close vicinity to Spring training camps and got to see quite a few games. Overall we were happy with our stay and with Jean as our host.

Angie’s place was just as pictured. Extra amenities greatly appreciated- washer/dryer/supplies for laundry & cooking. Towels/sunscreen for pool areas. Easy in/out of condo. Bed & pillows were very comfortable- slept very well! Didn’t use the 2nd bedroom/office but looked to have great amenities for remote working including printer/other office supplies. Patio area off dining area was good for listening to the birds, relaxing. Angie quickly replied to questions we had before & after arrival - within minutes.

Fantastic location! This is a great place to stay and do day passes for Great Wolf Lodge as it's an easy walk. The beds are very comfortable, place was clean and well stocked. The outdoor space was beautiful and peaceful. It was very quiet and we enjoyed our stay very much.

It was so peaceful! Not any noise from neighbors, not even any noise from traffic even though there was a pretty busy road close by. There’s a grocery store right next door. Only thing we had a problem with was gps took us to a complex across the street. The location is on the same side as Albertsons. That was weird, but gps was the problem there I would assume. Aside from that, our stay was amazing, and very relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

Accommodations were very comfortable, peaceful and quiet; quaint courtyard area. Location met the needs for my visit. Safe and easy walking distance to shopping/ restaurants. Would definitely consider future stays. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

This was the perfect place to explore the areas are Sedona and cottonwood, without being in the mayhem of Sedona. It was 90 during the day but we never even had to turn the air on. Theres a little cat that comes by to say hi every morning and evening and that was the topper for me. Clean, everything you need, and the linens all smelled so clean!

We were there for just a very short time, but the place was comfortable with many things we needed for putting together our meals.

Really liked your place! Great for a short visit. The location was amazing!! I saw part of Prescott, AZ that I didn't know existed. Close to downtown, and also parks and lakes. I would stay here again, and again. Thank you, Joey and Peter

Had a fantastic stay at Brad’s place. Brad is an amazing host and is very responsive. His place is a hidden gem in a super convenient location. Would definitely stay here again!

As always, I was welcomed, asked if I needed anything, told to "just ask" if I discover I need help, great location. It feels very secluded yet so close to everything in town. The place is decorated in the style of the southwest but not over the top and not over-crowded with knickknacks like other places I've stayed. It's got everything you need for a quiet, peaceful getaway.

Nice place and real close to everything we needed to be near. I would stay there again if I am back in town and in need of a place to stay.

Our 88 year old father-in-law stayed at Darren's place for just under a week and loved it. Several times he commented on how well built/quality of materials were used in the kitchen. Darren was very responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

My stay was an absolute delight. The accommodations were impeccable and extremely comfortable. Directions were very detailed and therefore easy to find. Check in was a breeze. I didn’t have a single problem but I feel had there been one a response would be immediate as communication with the host was always available. I would recommend New Dawn Stays to anyone

My family and I stayed here for 10 nights and thought it was a great experience overall. Joel was detailed, friendly and responsive. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as many restaurants and bars nearby. The parking and lower level condo was convenient and was very accessible. The price was very reasonable and the place had everything we needed.

Beautiful space in a nice neighborhood, yet very close to main road and many trailheads. Comfortable bed and the hot tub was great after a day of hiking. The fridge is a mini and limited freezer space. Keurig coffee maker and hot water pot provided along with 2 burner cook top. Great host with helpful recommendations.

What an amazing jewel of a spot! Had a great stay at Camille’s and would definitely return! We were so pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous view and enjoyed our morning coffees and evening beverages from the porch. Highly recommend!

Great place, very clean and organized. We loved it. There were enough restaurants and bars and diners/coffee shops to allow us to go somewhere good, and different every day go 4-5 days
