The apartment was perfect in every way. Location, size, interior design, cleanliness, amenities, everything, has it all. I was very sorry for not being able to use the azotea amenities for not having time but they looked amazing. The treatment of the building staff was always very friendly. Javier gave me a spotless treat, excellent host. I am very grateful for all the care.

I would 100% recommend Alcide's place. A very peaceful area and place. With arrival facilities, as well as departures for places like plazas, restaurants and beaches. Very attentive and flexible. Always with initiative and goodwill in communicating with one.

Excellent place, this is the third time that we have stayed there. There are many food businesses nearby. The beds are comfortable and warm. Parking is a big plus. Chekx in and check out is super easy. In short, the best option to stay in San Martín.

The apartment exceeded all our expectations. Spacious, clean and with all the amenities necessary for a perfect stay. The rooms were comfortable, the spaces well laid out, and the fully equipped kitchen. Also, the location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. Great place and location; even with inclement weather in the place there are no risks ; a lot of openness, understanding and accessibility by the people of the condominium. Maybe the only thing that can be somewhat confusing are some technologies , such as an induction grill. Outside, everything is perfect.
