The apartment is just as Monse describes it, who was always attentive to our questions, was extremely kind and very flexible. The complex is quiet, the location is not the best, but Monse's apartment and the cost-benefit, in addition to being a very good host, are totally worth it. I definitely recommend it, she accepted us with our two dogs who also had a great time and felt right at home🐾

The place is as shown in the pictures. We traveled with 2 children, unfortunately we could not use the pool because the water was always freezing (we rented 4 days and 3 nights) even when it was 29 degrees, this was a bit sad because we rented the place for the children to enjoy the private pool, fortunately in the subdivision there is another shared pool that is very close to the apartment, with a more pleasant temperature. We reported the poor quality of the internet to Eve, but we understand that this is beyond her control. Consider bringing repellent, since the house is next to bushes, which means that in the afternoon there are many mosquitoes, which limits the use of the backyard, which is nice and cozy, we roasted meat and when we finished we ate inside, bring your own water to drink, it was the only thing that was not in the house, otherwise, it has all the basic things needed for cooking. Eve is always attentive, she is an excellent host.

The house is in an excellent location, a very safe area. I loved the spaces in the house, super spacious and very comfortable, and we were also more than 10 people and we all slept very well without any problems. All the amenities are 100%. The children really enjoyed the pool, which is also in excellent condition and very clean, just like the house.
