Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Vera-Playa

The house is perfect for enjoying a few days in the area. Everything is very new and the house has all the details. Air conditioning has been vital for these hot days. The development is very quiet, the pool opens until 12:00pm at night and has a Mercadona supermarket about 200 m away. We are sure to return on our next visit to Vera Playa.

Lovely place to relax with ever-helpful and welcoming hosts Marie and Martyn. In 2023 my wife and I broke our journey and stayed here for 1 day. In 2024, we intentionally increased the length of our holiday so that we could break our journey with a 2-day stay here. Now we are trying to work out how we can visit for longer in 2025!

Laura's place is really beautiful and we felt like we're at home. Communication with Laura was super smooth and quick.

Amazing place. The garden is very nice for doing a workout or chilling in the sun. The house is very light and spacious The host's father is the neighbor and very friendly, attentive and welcoming. The sea and beach is on a 2 minute walk, groceries a few minutes by car. So it's a perfect place to work from while getting non-work done quick.

We spent a month at Bernard’s and Corinna’s place with my wife and our tabby cat. It was just the best! They were perfect hosts, very-very friendly and helpful! The house is walking distance to the beach, super cozy and quiet. Highly recommended!

Location, communication all good. Nice house with amazing pool, everything you need including pizza oven! Only downside kitchen was a little messy/not very clean.

Literally cannot say enough great things about our stay at this lovely home. So peaceful and within walking distance of all Mojacar Village has to offer. Stunning view and very peaceful. Paris was very welcoming and gave us some great recommendations. Would love to stay again if we are ever back in this beautiful part of the country.

Outstanding location right on the beach but incredibly close to everything . To wake up so close to the sea was a blessing . There is a little almost private bay to swim but is a little rocky so beach shoes useful Lots of restaurants nearby but recommend Neptunes, Marcello’s, Bocaina. If you have a car venture to Agua Amarga . Not far but pretty village with fantastic sandy beach. Would def rent this villa again it has everything you need and more .

Pretty good accommodation. Next to the beach, chiringuitos and not far from the nightclub area. The Mercadona walk is quite far. There is a small supermarket very close. Facilities like the pools, jacuzzi, and gym are great. Highly recommended.

Apartment was very well equipped and comfortable during our stay, everything we needed for self catering was thought of in the kitchen also, thank you.

Well located apartment with all amenities available in a quiet urbanization. The apartment is well equipped with good decor and lots of details from the owner. It's spacious and with a terrace overlooking it. We had a very pleasant stay.

Magnificent apartment in Carboneras. Very spacious and well equipped with everything you may need. The terrace is wonderful, with great views of Carboneras and the sea. It's in a quiet area, but at the same time, close to the carboneras center, and just three minutes walk from a Mercadona. Finally, it has a very good parking space in the same building. In short, 100% recommended.

The studio was bigger than expected. I do yoga and had enough space with the bed in 2 person mode. (It's possible to transform it into a single bed!) There is a very spacious built-in closet, to store all your luggage and organize it nicely. The studio kitchen has an oven, microwave, gasstove, airfryer, toaster, water cooker, coffee machine, fridge with freeze compartment. Nice neighbours, very quiet (you hear a lot of birds!) It's easy to reach most places on foot or by bus (only 3 times a day, but it works perfectly). The people in Antas are truly the nicest people I met during my travels in Spain! They were so helpful and friendly! Richard is truly a super host! He picked me up from the busstop in Vera for free, gave me a ride to the supermarket in Vera. Introduced me to some really nice people which I deeply connected with. Invited me to a jazz concert he was playing in. And he is very friendly and responsive. I felt incredibly spoilt and enjoyed every minute of my stay! 🥰

I start by saying that Arántzazu is an exceptionally friendly helpful person and communication with her is perfect, as well as the instructions for access to the accommodation and for the use of all her services. On the other hand, the apartment is even better than it looks in the ad, it has everything you need to have a very pleasant stay on the beach front and with a swimming pool and beautiful green areas of the urbanization. The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

This is the second year that we come and everything fantastic. The apartment is perfect, very clean and with everything you need to feel at home. We'll repeat it for sure.

I highly recommend this place. We absolutely loved our stay here it’s exactly as pictured beautiful and clean. We will definitely return.

The house was amazing and so comfortable with great facilities. We enjoyed the outside spaces, especially relaxing on the roof top terrace with sea views and wonderful sun rises. It’s a perfect location with so much to do. A car helped us explore further beyond beautiful Mojacar. Romaine is a perfect host and we were grateful for the whole experience, enhanced by Romaines support, evident right from the point of booking our holiday. It’s all perfect and the house is so tastefully put together, with everything you need for a perfect stay. We will return without a doubt!
