An Absolutely Perfect Stay! This Villa was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how immaculately clean everything was—it felt like stepping into a high-end hotel. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance and accessory we could possibly need, making it so easy to cook and feel at home. The location was unbeatable, close to everything we needed, yet peaceful enough to truly relax. And the hosts? Absolutely fantastic! They were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. If you're considering booking this place—do it! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back!

Wow, from the moment we drove we felt like we'd escaped to a Tuscan Olive Grove🙌we came to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and Justin's house was absolutely perfect. we spent hours lounging on the deck sipping g&T's, enjoying the magnificent views over the olive Grove and out to the water. Justin was so helpful and made sure we made the most of the beautiful bass Coast. highly recommended this property for a special weekend away for two

I’ve stayed in Phillip island 3-4 times but this is the first time I stayed here and safe to say I would 100% be staying here again when I visit Phillip island. There are a lot of cabins/houses here but yet you still have your own privacy and everyone’s respectful. So much to do here, wouldn’t even need to leave the resort. Loved the gym, pool and go karts here. Loved the animals and the open track walks, we seen so many rabbits, possums and even horses.

Having an amazing kitchen, pool, several areas to chill out & two queen-sized bedrooms with ensuites was fabulous. There were handy supplies provided. Would be excellent value if 3 or 4 couples were staying.

Great large size house with plenty of space to enjoy. This property was so easy to find, just off the main road. The spa was delightful, the colder weather ( Mid June ) was a bit chilly outside, but the water temp was perfect. A wonderful getaway home, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Very spacious home. Got warm in the bedrooms but otherwise a wonderful stay for bigger families. Carli and Nick were great with any help we needed.

I recently stayed at this beautiful home and had an amazing experience! The house was spotless on arrival, and it was clear that great care was taken in maintaining its cleanliness. There was plenty of room for all of my guests, and the modern furnishings added a chic, comfortable touch to every space. Additionally, Allan and Kay, the hosts, were incredibly helpful and provided clear communication throughout our stay, ensuring that all our needs were met. I loved it and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious, stylish, and welcoming retreat.

A fantastic experience for my family. The accommodation was exactly what we were after - clean, functional and spacious. The pool was spotless and a perfect temperature and nice and close to our villa so that we could have a swim while the baby slept. Mathijs was a fantastic host - very responsive and friendly. He was accomodating as well - allowing us a late checkout while the baby had a nap. We will definitely be back soon. Thanks so much Mathijs!

Great little villa with brand new kitchen and amenities. Well appointed. Perfect size for our group of 7 with two bathrooms and one room on one side of villa and the rest on the other side. Great location, the Ramada resort is always lots of fun for the kids and they love it here. This is one of the better villas we have stayed at in the area with its freshened up look. Host was extremely responsive and attentive, would book again!

Great spot. An abundance of wildlife at our doorstep. Full kitchen and washer and dryer. Great facilities at the resort this villa is located in - including pool, spa, tennis courts, walking tracks, playground and pedal buggy hire. Bar/restaurant at the venue is nice. A short drive to the GP track and town. Strawberry picking at the nursery next door.

Anne was attentive and responded quickly to messages. The villa was clean and had all the things we needed. It was great having linen and bedding supplied. I would definitely recommend and stay again.
