Beautiful studio furnished and arranged with taste and quality, all with a magnificent view of the Bay of Nice! Particularly well located for shops and walks in Cape Town: everything can be done on foot. Too bad the environment is noisy, sometimes very early in the morning. Jean-Pierre and Yvette are charming hosts and provide very good advice.

Start to finish our stay at Renaud’s apartment was perfect. Even when we potentially had to cancel due to our airline strike he was very flexible and accommodating. His mother Michelle gave us a wonderful welcome and helped us feel right at home in the suite with local recommendations. The suite is as described, clean and quiet with a great view of the port. Easy access from the airport, close to trains and buses to towns all over the coast. Walkable to restaurants, old town, beaches and the coastal path. We loved Nice and surrounding areas. We had a wonderful time at Mark's home. It is exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and cozy. The balcony is the best part! Location couldn't get any better! There's a boat shuttle that is very convenient for accessing the other side where the famous casino is. The rock is walking distance with lots of cute shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I highly recommend staying at Herve's! The views of the sea are spectacular. The kitchens and bathrooms were well equipped and recently updated. Even has heated towel racks. Very walkable location. Everything about our stay was great. We will be back.

We have stayed in Antibes many times and this was, by far the best apartment to date , fantastic location, all the amenities you could wish for ! (even a couple of deck chairs). The outside balcony was a lovely feature which was used each day . Svetlana was very welcoming and her response to any questions was quickly answered. Overall I can thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Frederico is a great host who speaks perfect English. During our long stay (4 wkn), there were a few things not available. Make 1x contact and it was arranged accutally. He was also always available for questions, info and tips. In short: great stay.

A very nice apartment right on the beach of Cannes. One small flaw is the slightly older furniture and that you could not sit or have breakfast on the terrace as well as the table was a little small. But you can handle that. Vincent is a great host, very friendly and was always easy to reach and responded quickly. If you want to spend a nice and relaxing holiday, this is the place for you!!!

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

We had a wonderful time in Marions house. The villa has a perfect location close to a nice beach but still in a quiet spot. The two terraces where great with excellent views. We would very much like to come back!

Fantastic accommodation with a brilliant host! We had 10 people staying in the whole rental unit and there was lots of space for everyone! 5 seperate bedrooms with en-suites, 2 kitchens, brilliant showers and everything was clean, tidy and well kept! Perfect for a group or families! The highlight was the rooftop with a stunning view across the beach and up to the mountains, the sunsets were spectacular! Great garden space with French Boules (Pétanque) court aswell. Fantastic concierge who answered any issues we had with great speed. Right beside the beach (1 minute walk under the tunnel) which was sandy (not rocky like Nice) and the water was perfect. 10-15 minute walk from train station which gets you anywhere around the south coast from Cannes to Monaco. Close to Juan Les Pins (walking) and Antibes (Uber or train). Aqua park and mini golf 15 mins drive away aswell. Overall the best Air bnb accommodation I have stayed in due to all the factors above, thank you!

A dreamy place for a few days of rest in October 🌞 An apartment for rent with such a location on the French Riviera is unique. It's a beautiful place💖. Away from the noise of the street and people. Being asleep by the sound of the sea and awakened by the rays of the sun is a fairytale dream that becomes a reality in this apartment🪄. And after breakfast, a dip in the fresh sea...🌊what more could you ask for? We felt very comfortable. We did not lack anything, the bed is comfortable, everything is clean tip-top. The highlight of the apartment was the illuminated mirror in the upper bathroom. We would book this dream again and again.😃🌞

Charming apartment just next to Poet’s Garden and the Mediterranean. Nathalie and her family were quickly at our disposal and responded immediately when we had a small emergency. She and her children (adults) were charming! i can’t recommend Nathalie’s place enough - I would definitely stay here again next time through Antibes. Delightful!

Amazing location with a great view. Was big enough for 4 adults and a child. Right on the water in old town I would highly recommend staying here.

Jon's place was fantastic. You couldn't ask for a more convenient location. It was just a short walk to tram line 2 which took us anywhere ee wanted to go. We stayed for 1 week so we purchased a 7 day pass with the Lignes d'Azur app and allowed us to just scan our phones for the trams and the busses (less than 3 digit designation) to explore all over the surrounding cities. When checking in, we were shown how everything worked and recommended cafés and convenience stores. The place is small but well equipped and perfect for 2 people. We would absolutely stay here again. Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

A great stay at Sonia's apartment! The welcome was super warm and then there was nothing missing. Plus, Sonia left us some homemade farm products that were really delicious. The apartment itself is extremely close to the port of Fréjus as well as at the beginning of the beach (<300 m). Everything you need and at your fingertips. Beyond all this, there is the very large and beautiful terrace, perfect for eating on it. This was an experience that will exceed all expectations!

Very friendly and friendly encounter with Jean-Yves. Communication in writing and in person worked very well. In the fridge, delicacies were waiting for us, so we didn't have to buy anything for the first morning. The apartment is modern and very nicely decorated. We felt very comfortable right away. The large terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea, simply magnificent! The beach, restaurants and bars are on site, you don't need the car. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is ideal for sleeping in the great heat. There are comfortable beds and the rooms offer a good size. We can highly recommend this apartment. Would definitely stay here again; you are a block off the water in Antibes, with tons of restaurants and shopping just a couple minutes away. Access to the place is easy, it's quite spacious and comfortable, and has all the necessities for a week spent in-town. Would definitely stay here again!

Frederic was very friendly and let us check in an hour early as it was pouring with rain ..the view from the balcony was exceptional .. A little tight room wise with 3 teenage daughters and all their luggage and make up!!! but apart from that we all loved it at Frederic’s and none of us wanted to go home..I would definately come back it was great value with all the amenities around you could need ..I liked being out of the centre of Cannes it was only a 30 min walk.. wonderful choice of beaches…open market everyday I could go on.. worth every penny..
