Extremely well-equipped accommodation, a small water heater issue to be fixed but Rémy is very responsive and very welcoming. Ideal for stays with pets, dogs are welcome and it's really nice, everything is equipped for them too. A large park for walking 2 steps away and a small, convenient supermarket! Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Melanie’s! She was a wonderful host. Her house is also super kid friendly - there was no need for us to bring toys for our daughter. She didn’t even want to leave!! There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy most of what you need, a boulangerie where you can get delicious baguettes and croissants, and a delicious espresso place. She was also super communicative - we had ordered from Amazon as we needed a couple of things that we couldn’t find in stores and she was super flexible about it. The house was spacious and since we had a car, it was easy to get around! I highly recommend this place! It is just beautiful!

We would like to thank Benjamin for the wonderful week we spent in his house this summer, as we were able to meet with my children, parents and grandparents. Indeed, the house offers several units, which is ideal for family gatherings. The interior is air conditioned and very functional. The salt pool is well maintained and safe, it has been a real asset for our sunny days. We also loved the variety of games and activities available, both for kids and adults, like ping pong, pétanque, archery and swings... The location is fine, only 15 minutes from the Polygon Riviera and 2 minutes from a large Intermarché and a bakery... Finally, Benjamin's listening and kindness was much appreciated. He was able to meet our needs and was very responsive throughout our stay. We highly recommend this house!

We had beautiful days and we enjoyed the terrace with the view very much in sunny warm temperatures. We would book this apartment again at any time.

We had the most wonderful stay. The place was so ideal for young children (we had 6 under 5 years) and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setup. The trampoline and also the safety fence around the pool were great features. Samantha was so incredibly helpful and always responsive. Thank you so much! Very good stay at Cindy's with 3 toddlers and 2 dogs. Pablo Picasso beach with its parking (for a fee) is very good and easy to access. Quiet residence with super nice neighbors. Very welcoming house. The air conditioning in the room is very very pleasant, especially with the hot weather we had. The games for children as well as the tubular pool were a real plus too . Cindy was accommodating and attentive and always available. Super stay, really not disappointed.

Very nice place! Our toddler loved the playground 30 meters away for 1 to 4 year olds. At the same distance is a bakery and the fine sandy beach is a small walk through the park. The house itself is nice in every way. We doubted the privacy of the garden in advance, but because of some beautiful trees you sit here privately and all the connecting windows belong to the apartment. At the kitchen you can see that a cooking lover's house is. We were kindly welcomed, definitely recommended!

We had a great vacation in a great apartment. The apartment is in a very good location in the city center and everything is easily accessible on foot. Damien is a very responsive and very understanding host (we arrived at the apartment around 11 p.m. and this did not pose any problem for the key handover). We would happily stay again.

John's apartment is stunning. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable with all the amenities you could want. It can be chilly in Nice in the winter but the flat was always cosy and warm. John and Dorine, who looks after things in Nice are so helpful and friendly and all the communications were clear and easy and very responsive. Dorine was even able to let us check in a bit early which was very much appreciated. The local neighbourhood is also great, with a much more local feel and packed with great restaurants. Shops and the essential bakery all close at hand, a 5 minute walk to the Promenade, 10 minutes to the old town and 15 mins to the station for day trips. Absolutely perfect for us and hope to come back for another winter trip to Nice before too long

We spent a lovely week at this beautiful apartment. Every little detail was tasteful and artistic, yet it was convenient and comfortable. The neighborhood was secure and quiet, the view of the sea is amazing, also a walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Vassil was responsive and sent us many recommendations for things to do in Nice and good grocery stores and restaurants. Everything was perfect, we highly recommend it. Thank you Vassil & family.

Inna was a wonderful host! She was incredibly communicative with us and met us upon arrival to give us a tour of the space. The apartment was exactly as described in photos and was the perfect sanctuary during my work trip at Cannes. There was plenty of space (I had my family with me) for each of us and I really appreciated having working AC in all rooms. Shops and restaurants were very close by - I would definitely stay here again.

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. Very good stay at Manon's. The apartment is as described. The residence has many assets: beautiful impeccable swimming pool, playground, tennis, mini golf It's missing a coffee table in the studio, the bedside lamps for the upstairs beds in the entrance don't work and it's missing a few small details (clothes peg for example) but nothing very serious The neighbors around the studio (with kids in particular) were a little noisy every day… Directions for lockbox and location were clear We recommend this experience.

We had a good time at Mrs. Simona's house. The location of the house is strategic as the house is located in a quiet area but has access to various parts of the city. The house is cozy both in the decor and in the amenities of the house. The owner has met us for any of our needs. The city of Laigueglia is also quiet, relaxing and has a beautiful walk along the sea. Our three-day stay was positive. Also, our dog immediately settled in.

We spent very pleasant days in the Bella Marina apartment Maria Vittoria was really nice and helpful. The house is well cared for exactly as in the photos, the location is great, close to the sea and the center of Porto Maurizio. There is also private parking, really convenient. So a big thank you!

We had a lovely stay, Sabrina's apartment is very nice, ideally located for visiting St Raphaël and the surrounding area (Old Town, Beaches,… Cap Dramont, Cap de l 'Esterel etc.). Sabrina is a very friendly host, we thank her again for her check-in instructions and kindness:) Great bedding, and the view is also very pleasant. We'll most certainly be back:)
