Waterfront vacation rentals in Venezia Spiaggia Blue Moon

We spent two nights in November in Sylvia's apartment. Although it is really small we found everything we needed. The apartment is fully equipped and modern. A little bit of folding and re-arranging is needed to convert it from bedroom to kitchen/living room in the mornings and back in the evening, but that was ok and went quick. Sylvia was always reachable and her mother helped us into the apartment and gave us good advice on possible activities in the surroundings. The apartment is located a bit off the tourist paths, which we liked very much, with the Chioggia city center and beaches within walking distance.

We have stayed 4 nights in the magnificent apartment of Valentina. It is very well located, in the quiet and beautiful neighborhood of Dorsoduro, a pleasant walk of only 10/15 minutes from Plaza San Marcos. The apartment is comfortable, practical, clean, well equipped and decorated, air-conditioned, etc... meets all the conditions for a satisfactory stay. We will return to Venice in the future and will definitely stay again in this apartment.

Such a lovely cosy flat. All amenities in the kitchen which was great as we did lots of cooking. Apartment spotless and toasty warm from the heating. Great location - literally off the high street and close to coffee shops/restaurants and bars. Very quiet but easy enough to walk everywhere ! We had a great stay thank you ☺️

We were extremely pleased with our stay in Venice, from start to finish. Olivier and Alessandro made us feel very welcome, and there was strong communication throughout. The property itself is very unique and a cut above most other rental properties on Airbnb. Beautifully renovated, tastefully decortaed, and well worth the rental fee. The location is especially well-suited to those visiting Venice for the Biennale, but I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

Utos place was great , lots of things to see in close range . Plenty of places to eat . There is about 50 stairs to get to the apartment so be mindful of that . Good Aircon and has all mod cons for a short or long stay . Perfect for 2-4 people.

Amazing three days. We loved every minute.

We traveled with a family group of nine people and had plenty of space for everyone. And the location was peaceful, as it is about a twenty-five minute walk from the heavily visited tourist spots. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It met our needs well as we visited Venice for a few days, and the owner and manager were very helpful.

Beautiful and peaceful. Loved the easy access to everything in Venice while being able to escape the crowds by just a short ferry ride.

Great location. Nice house. Very well equipped, very clean. Easy access from Venice or the airport. We were very well received by Tey and her family who speaks French and was waiting for us at the arrival of the bus. A supermarket is a 2-minute walk away and a very good pizzeria 5 minutes walk away. Recommended for a peaceful trip to Venice. Perfect!

Thank you. For such a lovely stay in your house. It was truly fabulous. Everything that we needed was there, including condiments, coffee pods and dishwasher tablets. The communication with Irene was fabulous and she was there to welcome us. This was lovely because she showed us around the house. Irene, was available all the time and we even checks out slightly later, which was really helpful. We have been ti Venice many times and we thoroughly enjoyed staying in this area. It was so close to all the attractions but at night time it was so peaceful - which was great. The garden area was lovely and I sat outside each morning and had coffee. A great stay in Venice I thank you once again.

Super convenient location! 15 min to main bus station, 5 min to 2 water different water ferry stops. Great pastry shops and restaurants near by. easy access to attractions without the crowds and noise. apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped.

We loved out stay in Lido,it's ideal for visiting Venice as it's easy to get to and it's away from all the bustle. The apartment was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean and had a lovely terrace looking out on a small canal. The host was very responsive and left very good instructions on how to get in, even a little video to help find the apartment. The beach was within easy walking distance, as was the water taxi stop. The bus passed very often if you didn't want to walk. We would definately stay here again.

Fabulous location, away from the crowds but a short walk to all areas. Chiara was really quick to respond & resolve the couple of issues that arose. Perfect apartment for 2 people but maybe a bit tight for 4, in particular only enough comfortable seating on a small 2 seater sofa & kitchen space limited if wanting to cook & eat in. Overall a really lovely apartment.

Giacomo's apartment is located in a peaceful area. The view is breathtaking and the apartment is very charming. We had a lovely stay with my husband. I would highly recommend this place whose host is very nice and accommodating!

We returned to stay at this apartment once again, and it was just as fantastic as we remembered! Since our last visit, the bathroom has been beautifully modernized, and it's now at an incredibly high standard – a great addition that we truly appreciated. The host was, once again, a pleasure to deal with. They were very responsive and went above and beyond to help us book a water taxi back to the airport. The convenience of departing from the private pier at the apartment made for a wonderful and memorable experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained stay, with great service!

5 star apartment. Great experience at Markus's place. Everything is very clean, furnished with extreme care and attention. Super-equipped kitchen, there is really everything!!!! Same thing for the bathroom, personal cleaning products of all kinds, large shower stall and impeccable cleanliness in every corner. Spacious and very functional rooms. I absolutely recommend this apartment and hope to be able to return.

After many trips to Venice, this was our second time staying at Monica’s apartment, and we have never felt more relaxed and pampered! We love the location and the mattresses are so comfortable that we didn’t feel guilty napping each afternoon. Monica, Fernando, and Alessandro are top notch, amazing hosts. The views from the living area are simply magical, and the terrace is a lovely spot to relax and feel like a local! .We are so grateful that an apartment this beautiful is in Venice! Love the modern amenities and how tranquil Monica’s apartment is! Vacations should be relaxing, leave the stress at home.
