Nicole was very attentive and picked us up at the neighborhood boat station. Also, it helped us with indications of leisure and gastronomy. The apartment is comfortable, clean, in a quiet area and is 7 minutes by boat from San Marco. Very simple to get around. The stay in Venice was very good!

Beautiful place to stay and lovely area. It was nicer than in the pictures and great to have the garden. Lucia was helpful at check in. We went to a very good restaurant close by, far better than any more central.

We had a fantastic time, thank you! The location is perfect, in a quiet area around the corner from Giardini. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and the vaporetto stop is conveniently located at a few steps from the house. The flat is spotless and we immediately felt at home. It has everything you need, from perfect air conditioning to efficient wi-fi (I worked and had Zoom calls during our stay). The hosts were very kind from the beginning and welcomed us in person at the check-in, even if our arrival was delayed to after midnight. Around the corner from the house, Osteria San Isepo serves some delicious food in a quiet ‘calle’. We are looking forward to going back, highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Silvia's place. There were 7 of us (4 grown ups and 3 children), but the place was big enough for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent for visiting the Biennale, very cozy, quiet and beautiful.

Marko's place was outstanding for our family of 5. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. It is perfectly located to take the train to Venice. It was an easy walk to the train station (5 min walk). The rural Italian countryside made it feel very warm and quaint. Marko was also flexible with us arriving after 10pm. Only criticism would be the check in/check out process. We had to go to Marko's family restaurant to get the keys and drop them off at the restaurant upon checkout that meant we had to wait a while both checking in and checking out for Marko to be available. It would be great if Marko had a key lock box at the house to allow a more seamless check-in/checkout process.

I really appreciated the ease of communication - especially since we had the unique situation that train strikes were announced for our departure day so we had to change our itinerary last minute. Vincenzo and Vania were kind, generous and helpful. We had a great relaxing holiday despite the outside circumstances.

Very nice, spacious and cozy apartment, found very clean and complete with everything described by the host. It is located on a side street on the main street of Chioggia so it is in the heart of downtown, but in a very quiet area. Very comfortable beds, new and functional kitchen, perfect bathroom. Linda has always responded promptly to our messages clearly and accurately. Recommended!

Our stay in Venice was a great pleasure. Of course, the city is just marvelous. And Jess‘ apartment added to a great experience. It is located in the middle of the city close to Mercato Rialto - and very quiet at the same time. Jess provided us with useful information and was always available when we had a question. The apartment is lovely with everything you need. And the terrace is just a blast. To have breakfast in the sun end of october before heading out into the city - that was extra nice. We would return anytime and highly recommend Jess‘ Domus Croce.

We returned to stay at this apartment once again, and it was just as fantastic as we remembered! Since our last visit, the bathroom has been beautifully modernized, and it's now at an incredibly high standard – a great addition that we truly appreciated. The host was, once again, a pleasure to deal with. They were very responsive and went above and beyond to help us book a water taxi back to the airport. The convenience of departing from the private pier at the apartment made for a wonderful and memorable experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained stay, with great service!

5 star apartment. Great experience at Markus's place. Everything is very clean, furnished with extreme care and attention. Super-equipped kitchen, there is really everything!!!! Same thing for the bathroom, personal cleaning products of all kinds, large shower stall and impeccable cleanliness in every corner. Spacious and very functional rooms. I absolutely recommend this apartment and hope to be able to return.

Very nice condo, clean and comfortable. Location is a little extra effort (water taxi & bus) because it’s near the beach and golf course, which is in the description to be fair. Golf is what we were planning. Unfortunately no one can control the weather and a huge storm arrived just hours before us. We didn’t get to enjoy Venice the way we had hoped. We hope that we will get to return again sometime.

This is a lovely flat close to a bus station that takes you directly to Venice Central. The hosts were incredibly lovely and allowed us to drop out luggage off early whilst they cleaned the flat. Excellent communication - they were able to answer all of our questions and fix any issues we had. Overall, highly recommend!
