Family-friendly vacation rentals in Velsen-Zuid

Stayed here for a night with 3 friends. Actually far too short for this nice pipo wagon, beautiful surroundings and super friendly Irma and Jack. We greatly enjoyed the hot tub, highly recommended. Everything is well taken care of. A warm welcome and everything has been thought of in detail, such as a cord to turn off the lights from your bed and even more of such small things. Conclusion: definitely recommended!

Fred and Kelly were very kind and responsive throughout our check in and throughout our stay as well. The place is located in a quite and peaceful neighborhood so it was ideal for me. The place itself is beautiful and makes you feel right at home [away from home]. They had an amazing amount of books, pamphlets, etc full of information to help guide you around. The instructions in how to use the amenities were super clear so we did not struggle with anything. It truly was such a lovely place and I feel very lucky to have found such a gem for our trip to Amsterdam!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the Netherlands.

Everything great, communication great and check in spotless. Really very nice accommodation and breakfast possible for an extra charge. The breakfast was plentiful and lovingly prepared. It was a great weekend and we will be happy to come back. The location is also great and you are also very fast in Amsterdam. Bicycles are free of charge. Great hosts!

We had a lovely stay here at Marcel’s home. Lovely quiet area and easy transport right outside the home. The hot tub is a perfect addition to chill out and relax. We walked to Haarlem one day and used the bus/train into Amsterdam a couple times. Marcel is a very pleasant and kind host who checked up on us to make sure everything was okay with our stay. We would love to visit here again in the future. Thank you for having us Marcel x

We had a wonderful holiday in Moniek’s beautiful house. We were so comfortable and relaxed as Moniek provided everything we could need. There were lots of lovely, stylish extras in her house too that made our stay feel special. The neighbourhood is great; quiet, peaceful and full of beautiful views of boats, beaches parks, nature and water. Yet there is also loads to do with teenagers, being so close to Amsterdam, Ajax and Delft. Almere is the perfect place to explore by cycling. The week went so quickly. Moniek was very helpful in giving useful and detailed info and in answering questions quickly. I would 100% highly recommend this AirBnB to others.

Wonderfull house. Supermarkets close by (5 minutes by car). Well equipped kitchen great living room and bedrooms. We used the sunny terrace a lot for breakfast and dinner. We would definitely rent the house again.

It was very nice to stay with Hans and Siennie! Top location and a sensibly equipped Airbnb. You can tell they're passionate about it 🙂 If we are also traveling to Callantsoog next year, we will be happy to come back!

The perfect place to escape from Amsterdam for a weekend in a very atypical farm! Patries and Mike were very welcoming and warm, they gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do/see in the surroundings. They made us feel at home. Our 2 year old son particularly liked being able to go see the horses whenever he wanted. The house was very clean and very cozy! I highly recommend, thank you again!

We spent a family weekend with four in Tine and Reinout's house. It is a very cozy, cheerful and lively house. It feels like you're in a real family home where it's good to get together. We took advantage of Amsterdam as much as the beautiful environment of Zansee-Schanz, and also Tine's recommendations for discovering the surrounding area. Tine and Reinout were very available and gave us a warm welcome, which just makes us want to come back!

We stayed for a couple of days while visiting Amsterdam and Leiden - it was fantastic for the train and a real quiet cosy little place Kitty was a lovely host, she sent the most comprehensive directions I’ve ever gotten to find the place from the station and was super speedy to respond. Thanks for having us 😊

We enjoyed the holiday very much, very friendly hostess and great accommodation. Beach, downtown, restaurants and shopping are easily accessible.

Countryside accommodation with its charm and spacious stay, countryside location, but highway accessible very quickly to get to Amsterdam located 25-30 minutes away. Parking space provided inside the courtyard. Great welcome, flexible check-in times and prompt response from the host by message. Advise without hesitation.

We had a lovely stay at Maycke's during the Wijk Aan Zee chess tournament. The house is comfortable, clean and very well equipped. And we were able to enjoy the very nice weather for beautiful walks on the beach nearby! Thanks to Maycke who was a very responsive and efficient host. We'll be happy to go back!

We enjoyed our stay at Wendela's place. We were greeted very warmly. The "rose cottage" was exactly what we had imagined. It was our " home away from home". And we will come again for sure.

I felt very comfortable in the beautifully prepared car. Also because it was a little different. The welcome by Jose‘ was very kind. I'd love to come back.

Our stay at Marcels cottage was brilliant! He welcomed us upon arrival, introduced us to his family, showed us around the cottage, explained how to unlock the electric gates and swimming pool cover. The cottage is within the grounds of Marcels house but provided enough privacy for both of us. Marcel is a very easy going person, friendly and accommodating. He was always there when we needed him but never impinged upon our privacy. We were on a cycling holiday on our own road bikes and not once did we fear our bikes would be stolen from the garden. Vicky my wife is a keen swimmer and there was never a time when it was a problem for her to use the pool. We loved the accommodation and the atmosphere Marcel provided. Of all the Airbnb we have stayed at this is by far the best. Thoroughly recommend. We will definitely come back 😀

We, a group of 4 people, felt very comfortable with Magdalena and Hermann. Thank you for the very warm welcome, the hosts were always available and helped us with every issue. Very clean place, very accommodating hosts and a phenomenal lakeside location. Can we only recommend! :)

My husband and I went on vacation during our 14-day stay, but also partly worked. The work worked really well with the Wi-Fi, also a desk was available in the third bedroom. But the house was also very suitable for the holiday. Everything was very well equipped, there was nothing missing. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms modernly equipped. In the evening we turned on the fireplace more often, very comfortable. To the stone you could walk well and also make great excursions in the area with the bikes. Elvi was easily accessible and very helpful. The place is really recommended, with or without children.
