We travel to visit family. The area is very quiet and close to parks , leisure areas, health center, restaurants, train... Everything is very well connected. Rosa excellent host, from the first moment she was interested in that we had what we needed, the husband left us the house warmly so that the reception was very pleasant, she helped us with the luggage...Nice, very good treatment, communicative, available, recommended 💯

It’s a great place to stay, not too far from Madrid. If you enjoy calm and tranquility, it’s the perfect spot. It’s a cozy place where I felt like I had never left home. Without a doubt, I would return again.

The house is very nice as described. Spacious and spacious living room, kitchen with all the necessary utensils and bbq, spacious and comfortable rooms. Excellent accommodation, unbeatable views and a very good location. The house is exactly as Manuel describes it, very well furnished. It has some paint damage and humidity, but they don't prevent you from enjoying your stay. We trust that they will be repaired soon and we will definitely be back. Great communication with the host.

We loved staying here. The photos are accurate, it was clean & Felix is so responsive and helpful with any needs. It’s small and basement level yet with interior light it feels comfortable and has everything you need for a month long stay. The neighborhood is right next to the Palace and tourist areas, and also beautiful parks and the river walk, so you feel right at the edge of being in the middle of everything but with tranquil nature. 10-15 min walk to everything. Good restaurants and groceries and anything you need just a block away. We chose it based on price and being by nature and it was perfect for us. My husband and our two dogs stayed here comfortably.

Fantastic stay, a pity the bad weather because we couldn't take advantage of the whole place, but the house is wonderful, it doesn't lack anything, we were 10 people with babies and nothing was missing.
