If you are someone who loves to be in nature this place is for you. The house is surrounded by trees, touched by river & its blissful sound all day long. The hosts are amazing. They sent someone to pick us up, so finding property was super easy. As soon as we reached Mr. Rajput welcomed us with a big smile & roses. He briefed us about the property. Sitting by the river was the most blissful part of our stay. Rooms are clean & have everything you need during the stay. Rooms have view of the river. The food was homemade, Organic & Delicious. Hosts made us feel at home. I recommend booking this stay, 100% you wont regret :)

My 3.5 YO golden retriever and I loved every bit of our stay at Village Nirvana. Revathi, the host is warm and proactive and guided us well The place is extremely pet friendly, your pet can enjoy leash-free in the orchard and take a dip in the slash pool. The staff led by care taker Sunil are helpful and friendly. The food prepared by Priya tai was simple but delicious and especially the fish thali. Tambaldeg beach is just 20 mins drive from the property , it’s pristine and not crowded so your furry friends can enjoy freely. Highly recommended!

Very satisfied with the hospitality of home stay owner Mandar Kadam and care taker Shirke couple. If we have such good experiences, then tourism in Maharashtra has a bright future. "Casa by the Bay" is an amazing property situated in the hearts of Ratnagiri.Its tastefully designed by the Host and its a perfect amalgamation of modern architecture with the natural beauty of Konkan.The listing is surrounded with beautiful lust greenery around.Walking distance from the Kalbadevi beach,in monsoon it's looks heavenly.The beach is an isolated beach and the navigation through the beach is a bit adventurous especially during the monsoons but it's worth every bit of it.The property was the best we've stayed till date,with finger liking konkani food made by the cook Sartha ji also her husband Santosh ji was an amazing tour guide who drove us for site seeing.The last which is kept for the best,the Host Amit is a gem of a person he has made this heavenly abode with all his heart.He truely describes the term Host,he was in constant touch with us throughout the stay.Words would fall short to describe but he's a Super host for a reason.The best Host I've come across so far.

This was the most unique and quality time we spend in very long time. The best thing is the property is pet friendly and when I say Pet friendly it means the people living there, the owner and the Premises. As a pet parent, i always look for the places where my dogs can be off-leash, enjoy their time fully and be safe at the same time . The property is all that. Ashwini and Ashu Dada took good care of the cleanliness, food and they keep every interaction friendly. The trees are loved and took care of very well. please keep your minds and heart open only then you can enjoy what this place offers... Trek to the seashore, spend some time with family in the farms, on the cot, enjoy meals on open dining space and more. 10/10 from our side for the place and service.

This is a great place to relax and have a nice quite vacation. We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The host is very welcoming and helpful. The property is very well maintained and in a very peaceful location. Shailesh kaka, the owner is an amazing host. Always available for you and will provide you solutions for everything. He arranged for an escort (Shinde kaka) to come with us to the fish market at the jetty to help us select fish. Shinde kaka then prepared the fish for us also. It was absolutely delicious. Shailesh kaka also guided us with tips of what to see around Ratnagiri. In all we had a great stay. Pros: - peaceful and clean property - all amenities in working conditions - amazing hosts Cons: - Property is a bit far from Ratnagiri and Ganpatipule - food can be improved

The place is very very beautiful and has a breath taking view. Every corner is made aesthetically with much thought. The garden is well maintained, there is a lawn facing the sea, a terrace with a view and you could walk within the premises for fresh air. It's a dream home for people who appreciate nature. There are so many amenities available that anybody would feel right at home. The place is economically priced as well. The host is very communicative and suggests places to visit. There are certain electrical glitches due to the location in which the property is based. The host has made many arrangements to ensure guests are not inconvenienced. Overall, I was mind blown! I would visit the place again if an opportunity arises!

It was really a great experience. The view of the surrounding is awesome, surrounded by trees. It has a great outdoor area where u can sit and enjoy the nature. The host was responsive and helped us at every possible situations( foods etc) Overall it was a very good exprience Only suggestion / feedback: The swimming pool is very small and tree leaves were present. Since we arrived in winter, we didnt require that but it can be improved. Overall -5/5

Amazing place and host and caretaker Prathamesh was so responsive. Good place to stay with family and friends.
