Our stay went very well. Simonetta and her son are extremely dedicated and available at the slightest request. The accommodation is very clean and perfectly in line with the description. We felt like we were staying with friends and will happily be back.

Incredible stay. Beautiful villa in a stunning road, adorned by those characteristic Roman pine trees. House was large, easily slept 6 of us with one bedroom to spare and another single bed also free. Wonderful stay, they were also very communicative, even when we had a very minor issue in one of the bathrooms. All in all, can only describe this place and the host as perfect.

We had a very good time, very welcoming and well furnished apartment. There has always been immediate support for every request we made. I will definitely return to Fabrizio and I highly recommend it.

Clean and very well located accommodation, in a beautiful environment, quiet. The center of Rome is easily and quickly accessible with a vehicle (about 25 minutes, large car parks near the Cornelia metro station). Francesco is very friendly and was responsive and available when we arrived. We really enjoyed the pool after the hot days spent walking in Rome.

Beautiful place to stay. Feeling at home. Great attention to detail. Large spaces both in the living area on the ground floor and in the living room on the second floor. Having one bedroom on the second floor and two on the ground floor with respective bathrooms allows, even if you want, privacy in the case of two families or parents/ children. Very pleasant garden with a very pleasant pool after a day dedicated to the wonders of Rome easily accessible by the train that leads to Piazzale Flaminio. On the stad between the house and the train, a great supermarket for shopping that combined with the delights offered from the garden allowed us to have very pleasant dinners under the pergola equipped with table, chairs and lighting. Ability to also relax with ping pong and soccer. Thank you Lucia for the beautiful stay that we hope to repeat with our children too.

Great quality of the accommodation

Accommodation described very accurately, it matches what it is. Large environment, with 2 terraces, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, all clean and well-kept. There are also some useful accessories in the house (Alexa, Wi-Fi, Smart TV). Definitely a positive experience.

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

The place perfectly matched the description, with a small kitchen, a bathroom, a comfortable bedroom, and a nice terrace. Located in the King district of Rome, 5 minutes from the metro, with all services, restaurants and pubs nearby. Giorgio was always available, offering us useful tips about the area and allowing us to leave our luggage after check-out time. We recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay in Rome.

We had a pleasant stay in Rome. Simone's place is easy to access with the metro and parking right next door. 15 min walk to the Vatican and just 30 min by metro to the Colosseum, ideal for visiting Rome's essentials.

The host was waiting for us at the check-in time, gave us instructions and treated us so well! The place was just what we needed, huge space for a group of 5, amazing hot water and safe. 10/10

Everything is perfect, beautiful house, clean, easy to reach, not far from the metro line A. (5 minutes walk) Strategic location to reach the most named places in the city. Quiet place. The host was very kind, we even found the brioche for breakfast and coffee. Great value. I am very happy and highly recommend it ♥️

Simone was a wonderfully helpful and responsive host. She helped me find a place to store my luggage before my flight, which made things much easier. The apartment is conveniently located right next to the metro, making trips to the city center very straightforward. As someone with curly hair, I also really appreciated that the hairdryer had a diffuser attachment—it was a thoughtful touch!

Just spent 4 nights in Rome at the end of a family trip to Italy. This house was perfect for us. We loved the balance of being in a quieter area and being able to walk to stores and restaurants. The house is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The hosts were responsive and extremely helpful in terms of arranging transfers and making recommendations. Would strongly recommend.

The space was very lovingly decorated and clean. We felt right at home because Pam informed us superbly. On foot you can quickly reach St. Peter's Basilica and have numerous restaurants directly in front of the accommodation. We'd come back in a heartbeat, Pam was a super hostess!

The house is like your own home, clean and tidy, much better than the photos make it look, and the host turned on the heater before we checked in.And prepared fruit and variety of food.It was as if it was your loved one and it was too warm.I didn't expect that there was a separate yard, there were a few lemon trees in the yard.A month trip to Italy, the last four days made us meet the best house, the most beautiful host husband and wife, perfect experience.
