Clean and very well located accommodation, in a beautiful environment, quiet. The center of Rome is easily and quickly accessible with a vehicle (about 25 minutes, large car parks near the Cornelia metro station). Francesco is very friendly and was responsive and available when we arrived. We really enjoyed the pool after the hot days spent walking in Rome.

Alexander was an excellent host and his property truly beautiful. couldn't have picked a better place to stay! very grateful for everything Alex did for us during our stay.

Beautiful place to stay. Feeling at home. Great attention to detail. Large spaces both in the living area on the ground floor and in the living room on the second floor. Having one bedroom on the second floor and two on the ground floor with respective bathrooms allows, even if you want, privacy in the case of two families or parents/ children. Very pleasant garden with a very pleasant pool after a day dedicated to the wonders of Rome easily accessible by the train that leads to Piazzale Flaminio. On the stad between the house and the train, a great supermarket for shopping that combined with the delights offered from the garden allowed us to have very pleasant dinners under the pergola equipped with table, chairs and lighting. Ability to also relax with ping pong and soccer. Thank you Lucia for the beautiful stay that we hope to repeat with our children too.

I stayed at Giorgias lovely house for a weekend get-a-way in Rome. It matched our needs perfectly and Giorgia was such a polite and sweet host, who was super flexible and willingly to adjust the check-in/check-out times for us - because it otherwise would be a bit troublesome due to our flight. ☺️🙏🏻 A++++ service and the location is top notch aswell. I really like that it IS NOT in the complete center of Rome, so it actually feels a bit calm and chill in the neighborhood - while not too crowded with tourists. I would definately visit her place again one day. 🙌🏻☀️

Nice, cosy place, a bit outside the city center of Rome, but with excellent public transport connections. The host was very nice and always at our disposal whenever we needed her for help and tips.

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

The place perfectly matched the description, with a small kitchen, a bathroom, a comfortable bedroom, and a nice terrace. Located in the King district of Rome, 5 minutes from the metro, with all services, restaurants and pubs nearby. Giorgio was always available, offering us useful tips about the area and allowing us to leave our luggage after check-out time. We recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay in Rome.

We spent a weekend in Simone's bed and breakfast, there were 8 of us and we had a great time! Spacious and comfortable spaces! Simone also accompanied us step by step from check-in to check-out with messages and tips on what to do! convenient location, close to the Cyprus metro stop in an instant we were in the center.... Highly recommended! And if we were to return to Rome in the group we definitely know where to go!!!! Thank you for everything Simone!

Fantastic stay! Me and three friends stayed here and we had a great experience. Anna was both incredibly responsive and lovely! It is much nicer than the photos depict, and there is more than enough space. Loved our time here 👍🏻👍🏻

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

We stayed for a long weekend, 3 adults and 1 dog; we had a really great time, although I am not a genius in orienting ourselves we were able to visit everything we were interested in; although very close to the station we did not have any problems from this (noises, etc...), being able to leave the house at the last moment to go has undoubtedly its advantages!!! The perfect house, it doesn't hurt anything, in fact, we also found more than what I was asleep (toiletries, various groceries...), the presence of a courtyard in front of the house did its own thing, since the dog is not a little to be in the open air in tranquility!! . I highly recommend it, for us it was a great experience!!!!

We visited Rome in a group of 4 and stayed at Rita's place. The host is very responsive and helpful. The apartment is modern and well-equipped. The location is great and in a walking distance from Vatican, Metro station and restaurants. A perfect choice for a short trip.

Beautiful garden, clean space, and air conditioning. All in all, a great place to come back to after a long day of exploring.
