The apartment is located in a very green area and, from its location, we enjoyed a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The area is very quiet and is perfect for those who, like us, love contact with nature. The apartment is very clean and tidy, stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We received a very pleasant welcome that added the famous icing on the cake to make our stay simply perfect!

Just amazing! What we needed after 20 days in a camper! Anna is the most amazing host! When we come back to Europe we will be coming back to visit.

We stayed as a couple for 6 days, Emilia allowed us to check in earlier, making us welcome by the very kind husband, although Emilia came the same to meet us, the thing that impressed me was her discretion, it seemed like she was in our home, the house is a dream, the lake view delights you, it is like staying in a luxury hotel, with the convenience of being at home, the lake beach is very close on foot, what to say ...thank you emilia... Super recommended ...

Immersed in the peace on the hill between olive trees and vineyards, the apartment turned out to be really spacious and comfortable, matching the photos. Indoor parking always available, effective soundproofing to closed windows, good quality mattresses and pillows combined with the air conditioning in the bedroom, allowed us to rest at its best. From the terrace you can enjoy the fantastic view (an authentic postcard) and, in the evening, there is never a shortage, even on the hottest days of August, a nice cool ventilation that makes your stay very pleasant. Gianluca and his family were kind, attentive, helpful, and ready for any eventuality. Present when needed and discreet at the same time. It is the ideal solution for any type of vacation, in a short time you can reach the sea or mountains, or even be the base to visit the beauties of Abruzzo and Molise. Highly recommended!

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

Magnificent stay, ideal for "two hearts and a hut". We were able to get away from the hustle and bustle of cities, immersed in greenery with absolute peace. There is everything you need, breakfast with warm curtains, seasonal fruits, coffee, tea, water! The fireplace has stolen our heart! Highly recommended

Great place to stay. Very well equipped with absolutely everything. In fact probably only 1% of the things are listed but once you get in the home you have absolutely everything you need ( fully equipped kitchen including spices, detergents. All facilities work excellent. Instant hot water and heating, quiet location, very bright and clean. I noticed it has an extra foldable bed as well. I didn't need much because I only stayed for a couple of nights but if I was to come empty handed I could have had everything that I could possibly think of. Thanks Giuseppe for being so thoughtful about things which make a massive difference to others who are in transit . Would definitely go again! Highly recommend. I felt better than in any place I even stayed.

Stefano's house is nestled in the wonderful alleys of the magical ancient village of Pettorano. The house overlooks a beautiful mountain view of Mount Genzano, accompanied by the sound of the flow of the Gizio River, in the true center of the nature reserve. The house has everything you need for a great stay. Stefano's tips on what to eat (restaurants in the historic center to reach on foot) and what to see were helpful. Highly recommended

We spent 15 days at Loredana's place in 10. Everything is tidy and well-maintained. Air conditioners present that have made the night restful on these hot days. Beautiful terrace to use in the evening.

In terms of comfort, this is one of the most comfortable places we’ve stayed. Large, cosy home with beautiful surroundings. Super comfortable beds and linens, all very clean and smelt amazing. The place had a really lovely feel to it. Host was very helpful and instructions were clear, everything from check-in, to using the space and checking-out was so easy. Lots of ammenities in the kitchen. Free steering parking available right outside the home. A perfect place for a winter retreat, we would love to come back for longer.

I enjoyed the stay, I was there to ski and in less than half anhour you could reach the Passo Godi facilities. The view of the lake was lovely and the apartment warm and comfortable. I hope to have a chance to go back and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends too.

everything went well, including the proximity to the beach and its amenities... the pine forest between the house and the sea that we took advantage of every day because of the heat above all during lunch... also those on the greenbay. The only note out of tune is the noise of the train that disturbs during the nest in the pine forest... common or railways should make noise barriers at least in some busiest stretches

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

Dear Gunilla and Niklas we thought your house was just perfect with the most spectacular views. Many thanks for the help with the lighting to the steps. We watered the plants as often as we could and managed to clean the pool with the robot a couple of times each week. We will be back and I understand Jo Jo's family have already booked for next year so we will fit our dates around them.

We enjoyed a lovely stay. Gianni and his daughter are two warm, sweet people who provided a nice welcome. We felt right at home in their beautiful home. The region is very beautiful and you know that if there is a problem you can go to the host. At the same time, they gave us all the privacy. There is a beautiful swimming pool that is very well maintained. We would like to come back and can only recommend this house and these hosts.

Margherita’s place was wonderful. One of the best best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! The pool is spotless and the terrace has a breath taking view. Ideal for those who want to relax in a peaceful location with friends or family. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need and the house was very clean. Thank you for the beautiful stay!

I can not praise Milena enough, wonderful host! So welcoming, friendly and charming. Our stay was very comfortable, probably the most comfortable we have had so far in all our travels. The accommodation is spacious, had everything we could possibly need, spotlessly clean, nicely air conditioned. Villa is shared between 3-4 families, but somehow it works out to be quiet and private and very pleasant, great for an occasional chat and exchange of local tips with neighbours. Same with a swimming pool, due to different schedules we had it mostly to ourselves, but even when shared with others- still comfortable. The premises are looked after by Enoch, who is absolutely lovely. He looked after us as well, made friends with our 6 year old son. Location is great! Picturesque! Convenient for visiting beaches, mountains, grocery stores, vineyards, local restaurants and great pizza. Quite close to an airport. A car is a must though. Hoping to come back next year, thank you Milena and Enoch!
