We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The location was perfect as it was easy access and close to everything we needed. The house itself was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed with every amenity you could possibly need. It was especially nice to find the place dog-friendly, and our pup felt right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft and fresh, making for restful nights. The host was thoughtful and clearly went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. This was truly a fantastic place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped home in a great location.

This is the second time my family has stayed at Rhea’s place because we enjoyed it so much the first time. Perfect for middle age kids and we had plenty of space to celebrate the holidays. The kitchen is awesome for someone hoping to cook, tons of equipment and tools for really cooking away from home. Super fast replies to any questions we had and the fenced yard was perfect for our dog and kiddos; with street parking for our rental car right out front. Rhea has gone above and beyond the call of duty for BOTH our stays when we had unforeseen circumstances arise, so we are just so grateful for a lovely place like this for our family to spend together. Will be back for our next trip to Tacoma!

What an amazing place to stay! It was extremely clean, the beds were so comfy and the pillows were perfect. The space was open and great for lounging. The kitchen had everything you could ever need and then some. It was well furnished and they even had Nintendo. Definitely put some thought into their space because it felt like home away from home. Cyrus was so friendly and made everything easy. I highly recommend this Air B&B.

The house was very well appointed, and in a clean, quiet, and safe neighborhood convenient to SeaTac. There were enough towels for an army, and cozy blankets for the living room. The kitchen was well stocked, complete with a coffee station. Everything was perfect.

Walking distance to ferry and Lumen Field. Would definitely stay here again!

**Amazing City-View High-Rise Location ** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We couldn't be more thrilled with my experience living in this stunning city-view high-rise apartment! From the moment we checked-in, was impressed by the open layout, modern finishes, and breathtaking panoramic views of the skyline. Whether it's watching the sunset or the city lights twinkling at night, the view never gets old. The apartment matches the photos with sleek appliances, ample natural light, and amenities. It’s perfect for both work and relaxation, offering plenty of room to spread out. What really made this place stand out, though, is that it’s *pet-friendly*. As a pet owner, finding a place that not only accepts but welcomes our fur babies was a game-changer. The building location is centralized to great coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and the nearby parks make walks a daily delight for both of us. Alissa is also incredibly responsive and friendly, making sure every need is met promptly.

Jennifer and Heather were super hosts! We live in the neighborhood and had a power outage. We needed a place to stay right away and Jennifer and Heather accommodated that need perfectly. But the house was extraordinarily lovely especially the backyard which looks out onto Lake Washington through beautiful foliage. It was a lovely, quiet and peaceful place to stay until the power came back on at our house! We would recommend this Airbnb to friends visiting from out of town.

We would definitely love to return! The setting is beautiful, and the home is very accommodating with a spacious layout, fun activities for kids and adults, and a helpful host. We had a few hiccups with a master bath shower and checking in, but nothing major we couldn’t work through quickly. I love that the furniture was sturdy and not just all cheap ikea stuff. There were a few special surprises my kids just adored, too. Helped them to feel right at home!

My husband and I stayed for one night for our anniversary. When we arrived, there were muffins and a hand written card on the table. There were also rose petals on the bed and chocolate on the bedside tables. Shelly was super helpful with any questions I had and they even brought us potatoes by hand once we said we didn’t have any. This is by far one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The location was gorgeous and peaceful. My husband and I are already planning our next trip there. This was an amazing trip and worth the money we spent. This AirBnb is a true gem.

We've had a great time in Tari's cottage. It was very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed and the fireplace was a great bonus. We also loved walking the neighborhood and trails. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Amazing house in great location. Jeffrey was very communicative. There was a smoke detector that needed battery replacement when we arrived and he was quick to explain where the spare batteries were as well as offer to have someone replace for us.

Even though I live in the same town, Cole's place was the exact perfect location for an event I attended near Seatac airport. Friends who stayed in the hotel were jealous that we had our own kitchen (plus, it was more affordable)!! I hope his place is available next year!

We stayed at Katrina‘s place for about a week. It was exactly as described. It was just my husband and myself but we could’ve accommodated a lot more people. I would definitely stay there again. Also, the beds were fantastic and I’m very picky about my beds.

My family and I stayed at Greg and Stephanie’s home for 5 months while I worked at the nearby hospital. Their hospitality and respect for your privacy was exceptional. The hosts were extremely kind and attentive. The house had everything we needed and the property was highly enough for my children to run around, not to mention there is a park around the corner. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and the neighbors are kind and welcoming. The location is perfect as it is 2 miles from the hospital is worked at and a mile or less from the heart of 6th Ave where there is a plethora of restaurants and activities to partake in. We enjoyed our stay and if work or pleasure brings us back out west to Tacoma, we would happily stay with Greg and Stephanie again.

This place was great! Just what we needed for our short stay and VERY close to Evergreen and lots of natural beauty. Driving into town was an ease and easy access to the bus system.

This stay reminded me of what Airbnb first started out to be -- staying somewhere new with a local host. The cabin is well appointed and Martha and her husband made me feel very welcome. They even dropped off a loaf of bread from the farm around the corner! They were very thoughtful, and happy to share their property. The gazebo by the water was available any time and they were so kind to my doggo who had free reign to run around (and had a blast). Also, the check in and check out was easy and cleaning fees are very reasonable. I had a lovely long weekend this winter!

Such a beautiful home! The kitchen was completely stocked so we were able to make meals. The hot tub was a great treat. The nearby creek was also delightful to look at and watch! Thank you!

Would give more than 5 stars if I could! Home was safe, walkable, and comfortable. Walked to Cafe Fiore every morning for coffee! Host was more than accommodating, very proactive, and easy to work with. Look forward to coming back in the future!

I almost hesitate to review this lovely home because I’m afraid it won’t be available when I want to return! The photos do not do this home justice. It is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space for our group of 6 adults and two dogs. The kitchen is a dream to cook in - with a wonderful island to help prep and hold food. The view out the back is wonderful, with spectacular sunsets. Beds are comfy, the garden was pretty even in winter, and the woodstove made it all cozy. Erik was kind and responsive. Highly recommended!
