Wonderful apartments! Everything is new and clean, the building is modern, and there is a parking space in the underground garage. The area is excellent, with shops, a park, and the sea nearby. The hosts were polite and very accommodating—thank you for the sweets! A special thanks for allowing us to stay with our dog. We will definitely choose your place again next time!

We had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, just a short walk to Lidl and a few minutes drive to Kaufland, which made grocery shopping very convenient. The apartment is in a new building with all the amenities exactly as described, if not better. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. Communication with the host was also great - they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, parking was just a 2-minute walk away, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Varna!

Apartment with everything new in a newly built building. Very close to a main street with several supermarkets and other shops. But in turn the neighborhood is very quiet. It's just like the photos, divided into two single rooms/bedroom and living room/. Well equipped, with everything you need for two or three people to stay for several days. Tsvetomir was attentive at all times and gave us useful instructions for our stay. It was a pleasure dealing with him!! Great success the single garage in the underground parking..

I have been staying in this apartment for two weeks during a business trip. The location in Varna is perfect with a nice view and walking distance to the beach and old town. It was very clean and the kitchen equipment was good for cooking at home as well. I did not miss anything during my two weeks there and felt very comfortable.

Very cozy and modern place with a perfect location. Wonderful hosts who responded almost immediately to any questions and went out of their way to make us feel as comfortable as possible. We'd love to visit again!

The flat was spotless. All amenities needed for a comfortable stay were there. The check in was smooth and easy - clear instructions were sent in advance. The location of the flat was perfect for us - walking distance to all that Varna has to offer but in a quiet and peaceful part of the town. My family and I have stayed in places managed by Konstantin a few times and he has always been very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend him as a host.

It was a wonderful stay!

The apartment is beautiful, modern, clean and very well equipped. Comfortable bed and all necessary devices. The residence is secure and is located in a quiet area. Beautiful fenced area with a swimming pools. The whole complex is new and excellently maintained. We had a private parking space. The communication with Nicole and Katia was very pleasant. We will be happy to come back again. Highly recommended for all those who want to have a quality stay!!! Thanks again for everything!

Clean home, welcoming hosts. The pool is not free, it costs 8 leva per person per day. We received a sum of money from Krasen for this inconvenience. Overall a successful vacation.

Quick and comfortable check-in despite the late arrival. The listing matches the description and photos. There are a couple of things I would like to fix (like a small sink in the kitchen), but they are not critical and do not affect the rating of the property.

Maria was very friendly and flexible regarding the check-in/check-out time. The apartment matched the description and it was very cleaned and feeling like home. Definitely will go back and choose this stay to be our home again.
