stayed for the 2nd time. highly recommend

The flat was spotless. All amenities needed for a comfortable stay were there. The check in was smooth and easy - clear instructions were sent in advance. The location of the flat was perfect for us - walking distance to all that Varna has to offer but in a quiet and peaceful part of the town. My family and I have stayed in places managed by Konstantin a few times and he has always been very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend him as a host.

The apartment fully corresponds to the description and is equipped with all necessary amenities for the comfort stay. The location is convenient, everything is at hand. The host was very hospitable. The apartment is extremely clean,bright and warm. Everything was exactly as described. There is an underground garage which is a great convenience to Varna.. The host was extremely helpful and was easy to communicate with. We were in the vicinity of 3 of those malls. Highly recommend. We will visit again :)

Great apartment. Very close to all the resultants and very close to the beach

We had a long trip to Varna due to a problem at the border and even if she had a strict policy, she offered to help us with a plus day. We could not stay another but we really appreciated the intention. Alexander was very responsiveand tried to help us with all that he could (info about closest and best beach, best shopping places, where to eat) Place really clean and good wifi, AC works just fine. Nice and clean around the place, quiet and very close to the beach! We'll sure be there again, next year!

The place was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable! It was clear that a lot of thought was put into creating a pleasant experience for guests. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shopping establishments nearby. Highly recommend!

It was a wonderful stay!

The apartment is beautiful, modern, clean and very well equipped. Comfortable bed and all necessary devices. The residence is secure and is located in a quiet area. Beautiful fenced area with a swimming pools. The whole complex is new and excellently maintained. We had a private parking space. The communication with Nicole and Katia was very pleasant. We will be happy to come back again. Highly recommended for all those who want to have a quality stay!!! Thanks again for everything!

Great Location and really comfy place. The whirpool was not functional and we were informed in a timely manner. We proceeded with the reservation anyway, mostly because of the location. We had a very pleasent stay and we were able to celebrate New Year directly in the center of Varna. Easy to recommend.

Clean home, welcoming hosts. The pool is not free, it costs 8 leva per person per day. We received a sum of money from Krasen for this inconvenience. Overall a successful vacation.

Clean,nicely arranged apartment,equipped with what is needed to have a carefree stay. Very communicative and responsive host - considering that in 2 days the water was stopped, he proposed us ( and we accepted) to move to another location, being the eve of the new year and not knowing how long it can take to fix the problem in the entire area. The second apartment also clean and well equipped. Pet friendly, an advantage for us traveling with a little poodle. I recommend, on a new visit to Varna we will come back to you. Maria was very friendly and flexible regarding the check-in/check-out time. The apartment matched the description and it was very cleaned and feeling like home. Definitely will go back and choose this stay to be our home again.

Well located, equipped, secure and comfortable apartment, close to the beach, restaurants and bars with nice pool and gardens. Host was easy to communicate with, polite and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again, when we return to the area.
