The stay there was very comfortable. The apartment is very tidy and well arranged. Everything was fine

It was a great stay. Pros - Not far from the heart of the city, very clean rooms, friendly host Cons - some room walls needs maintenance.

Our first time in TVD and Binu's place was ideal for our family of 3. Location was perfect, easily accessible to most places, uber and autos are easily available and most of all helpful folks. Everyone from the caretaker to the security were very responsive and kind. An exquisitely designed and well kept home.

Me, my Mom and 2 of my aunts visited Judeson's place during Pongala. We had an incredible stay! The house is very beautifully built, well maintained, clean, with a lot of facilities (a/c, equipped kitchen, heater). There are many places to eat, or conveniently order food online, very easy to get an auto, close to Pettah railway station. The highlight of our stay was the very helpful staff - Kunjimon and Rajan. They made sure that everything was taken care of, went out of their way, especially Kunjimon, to help us take part in Pongala and go around trivandrum (food recommendations, commutation, check in / check out). Great place, highly recommend! We hope to stay here for our next visit! Thanks very much for hosting us :)

A clean and spacious place with amazing hospitality, suitable for families or solo travellers. It is suitably located in a residential area. The caretaker Matthew went out of his way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended if planning to stay in and around Trivandrum.

A neat cozy apartment in a quiet residential society. Spacious kitchen and bedrooms. The check-in and check-out was very smooth, with the apartment staff. The hosts were always available to help with anything that we needed.

We had a great time at this property, Lekshmi's mom treated us like family and was super responsive with all our queries. House was very clean and tidy. Varkala cliff is very close to this property and the main town too. overall, it was a great stay and we look forward to visiting this property again.

Nice place for groups

Wonderful stay. I requested to check in early he accepted it On the day of check-in, Delan was waiting at home for me to check in. He gave a tour of that house, and he suggested some Places to visit. He put water bottles in the refrigerator for us he was so kind. The home is as described and clean. He suggested someplace to visit around. Decently recommend. Thanks, Delan

This trip with my friends became more memorable because of the host’s humility and kindness. He himself took initiative and suggested lot of local places to visit. The statutory placement of the building was just right. The rooms were well ventilated and we definitely did not require ac even on the hot sunny day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

The location was perfect, very close to my sister’s house. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The caretaker Unni and his mother were very helpful!

This is the best place in all Kerala to havr Ayurvedic treatments and to meet fabulous people. If you are looking for a serious place with the best massagests - don't think twice, just book! Its also very close to the beach (walk distance) and you have doctor next to you all day, she gets to know you, and she has a lot of experience and gives you the filling of being in the right hands. The rooms are clean, the food is great. If you want to see more reviews, go to Trip advisor! Very recommended.

Excellent stay for big groups and families close to the Padmanaba Swamy Temple, they have 2 floors with around 9 rooms which can accommodate upto 20 people. Proper kitchen with all utensils available. Dedicated gated parking available in ground floor and also has a lift.

I booked it on behalf of my family and they loved the whole stay experience!
