Beautiful stay at Thiruvananthapuram. Sad we could not stay for more than a day. The house is beautifully decorated and great for long stays. Really well setup, with all amenities you might need. No problems at all. The host is easily contactable. It’s very close to the airport as well, barely 500m away. definite recommendation especially for family trips

Sudeep was a great host and we had a wonderful stay at the property. The place seems like it was recently redone and hence has spotless clean and new washrooms and convenient bedrooms too. It has a full kitchen where you can cook whatever you want to, but we just used it to make tea. The location of the place is so so good. everything you want is within a 4km radius. The only cons I can point out, that too are a stretch, are the location since it is right next to a hospital which keeps the road busy with vehicles and the occasional ambulance. Otherwise this is the best choice you can find in all of Thiruvananthapuram and a must stay without any concerns.

Traditional kerala style properties with authentic “Naalukettu” and traditional amenities One who would like to experience the authentic Traditional Kerala stay with modern amenities like pools , then Nivriti will be a good choice One thing very appreciable is the Breakfast. It was very yummy and one could experience the authentic taste of Trivandrum Rooms were clean and well maintained and the staffs were cooperative and responsive Since the stay happened in the first week of new year , we could enjoy the lightings and other festive decorations( Don’t know whether it will be there throughout the year.. :) ) Overall experience was good and highly recommended

The stay was peaceful and comfortable, with all basic necessities thoughtfully provided by the host. The host was exceptionally friendly and offered valuable recommendations for dining and exploring nearby attractions. Although the property is situated in a slightly rural area, the host went above and beyond by assisting with transportation to the parking area and even offering a more convenient alternative for easier access. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend this stay to others.

We absolutely loved staying at Anita’s beautiful spacious and artistic home! Tucked away just 1.3 km from the busy Peroorkada junction this calm peaceful home and lovely garden offered a great way to wind down after busy work and tourist days! A lovely bedroom, beautiful living and dining area with a well equipped kitchen. The bonus was the lovely stone patios that surround this home Check in was easy as the housekeeper Mamta greeted us on arrival, gave us a tour and handed keys to us. We used the services of Satish for a whole day of guided sightseeing at a reasonable $25 ! Uber autos (tuk-tuks) come in 2 mins and you are just a couple of km away from restaurants and tourist sights..Stay here and you will have a good time!
