Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation spot. I look forward returning in the future! Efcharisto

Kyriaki is so wonderfully nice and heartfelt, she immediately made us all feel welcome and at ease. The house is peaceful and luxurious and we spent most of our time out on the yard, enjoying the pool and having long lunches. There's lots of seating space and the yard is so beautiful and well kept it's hard to go elsewhere. The stay was made so simple and easy - there were detailed instructions on how to use all of the amenities, recommendations on places to go eat (which by the way, are absolutely worth following through), everything was done to make our stay as relaxing as possible. The fridge was even stocked with wines and juices and fruits, marmalade, crackers, treats! A cleaning and change of sheets/towels midway through our stay was offered too- so thoughtful! I could not have pictured a better stay than what we ended up having. If you're on the fence between two places to stay - choose here. Thank you for making our holiday such a wonderful memory to think back on.

The place is very beautiful and everything was super clean and very well cared for! The decor of the house is excellent, the pool very clean! Perfect for a rest and relaxation! The host was very kind and eager to help!

Beautiful home as described in pictures. Ms Lila is available for anything you may need. Cleaning service is there every morning and will do your laundry and iron as well. Would stay there again

Antoni & his mother were the most amazing host’s you can ever ask for. From before I landed he made sure what time I would be coming to make sure everything was perfect!!!! I was even able to check in an hour earlier as he wanted me safe and sound in the villa❤️. His mother is the most caring kindest woman you’ll ever meet and she’ll always be there to help you with ANYTHING no matter what time!!! They also filled the fridge with breakfast for me and even made sure to offer if I needed any help getting food. Anytime I messaged Antoni he either called or responded so quickly. The villa itself is an amazing villa, peaceful and a homey vibe. Clean as anything, spacious yet warm! The pictures do not do this place justice. I had an issue somewhere in Greece and Antoni allowed me to stay after check out time. No questions asked!!! As long as I was happy and safe Antoni and his mother were happy. PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK THIS VILLA!🥳

We had a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations! A heartfelt thank you to the hosts, who were incredibly welcoming and always easy to communicate with. On our arrival, we were delighted to find a lovely assortment of treats left by the hosts, waiting for us in the fridge—fresh fruits, delicious marmalade, bread, and some drinks, including wine. also some exquisite local olive oil and cookies. The house is beautifully decorated, with charming rooms that felt like a fairy tale. Our kids loved it, especially with the many toys ,English books and the lovely treehouse in the garden. It truly felt like a magical getaway! Equipped with everything we could need, the house provided us with towels and swimming pool towels, as well as toiletries like shampoo and shower gel. We visited in late October when the weather was a pleasant 22 degrees, allowing us to bask in the sun by the pool. We also made unforgettable memories enjoying a barbecue and soaking in the jacuzzi. Delightful!

We had a very pleasant stay in Stamatis’ beautiful and spacious apartment. The neighborhood was at comfortable walking distance from the city center, Acropolis hill and the metro station. A perfect place to stay when visiting Athens. Communication with Stamatis was very easy and fast and he was very kind in asking if there was anything we needed. Nights can be a bit noisy due to traffic.

I couldn't of asked for more from Theadora. I highly reccomend to book here!!such a beautiful home,perfect for peace and quiet after a busy day exploring Athens. Theadora was so helpful and friendly, she sent me reccomendations for the local area. We had an adorable basket of snacks and water and juice in the fridge wich was so appreciated as we had landed very late at night. The studio is beautiful, so clean and lovely outdoor areas and pool. I was travelling alone with my daughter and felt so safe with the doors to the building. I would come back to Athens in the future just to stay at this home. netflix available,hot water tests up within 10/15 minutes,air con and heat available. Washing machine available for use. Everything was perfect!!. The local uber was great we used this to travel around all the time into Athens and back. The metro is easy too access although we did not use this as I found uber fantastic.

Very comfortable apartment in a great location

The apartment and the building is absolutely beautiful and new, you don’t find that usually in Greece! The area is full with local shops that we enjoyed the most during our stay! Also felt safer than center. Center was only 15mins walk away which made it easy. The gym and the pool was a nice addition for our morning routine and the terrace for late night ☺️

Wonderful stay with my kids! Attentive hosting with details to make our stay smooth, easy and pleased. Everything a parent needs for their child. Nice neighborhood also. Felt so safe.

Lovely place, definitely go again

Zhanas place was wonderful, well located near public transport, wonderful food spots surrounded. the rooftop terrace had amazing sunsets to watch just as the acropolis lights up in the evening which you have a wonder front view off!! amazing place definitely will be trying to return with lobed ones I'm future:))

The apartment was clean and cozy. Easy to access, close to the sea and to the city center. Christos has been very kind and helpful. We had a great time staying for our xmas holiday

A beautiful home with a view to match. We enjoyed our stay here so much as a family of 7 with 3 kids and 2 seniors. The house is a fairy tale castle for the children and the pool and patio view are to die for. We never missed a sunset and soaked in the perfect weather at the end of October and beginning of November. I would highly recommend this home and it's hosts if you are considering a stay in the area. Maria and Manolis made sure every need was attended to, they do a wonderful job making you feel at home.

This home is beautiful inside and out!! We had a wonderful time staying there with our family. There is plenty of room for a lot of guests. We would most certainly stay again if we are ever in Athens. Wonderful host.

The beauty of this location and home cannot be overstated. The views of the Aegean, the beautiful flowering gardens and the design and decor of the home are spectacular. We had 7 guests here for our daughter’s wedding and on the wedding day 5 additional bridesmaids came for the day plus a makeup artist and hairstylist and photographer and the great rooms of this house provided ample room for all the day’s activities. We also hired the recommended Chef Theodore to cook for us at the house one day and that was a great experience. Our only issues were the narrow winding driveway was a challenge for larger vehicles and not all local ride share drivers could locate the house with the directions given. Overall, the experience of staying here is one we all treasure.

Great place… great location excellent communication with host and would probably look to book again! I guess the only downside for me would it’s a shame it’s not 3 bedrooms… otherwise really enjoyed my stay…👍🏻

We had 6 of us staying at this villa. It was exactly as pictured. We loved the location, it was perfect for our group. It is about 1/2 hour from the airport. We did rent a car, which I think is absolutely needed in this area. The roads are very interesting getting to the house from the highway. And we loved it. Lavrio is about a 15 minute drive and we went there almost daily. There is a grocery store on the way to the house from the airport, that Mario suggested to us. We drove to the airport and parked there for the day on two occasions and took the metro in to Athens. It worked out wonderfully and was so easy to figure out where to get off and on. I would highly recommend Mario and this house. It was peaceful, secluded(ish), plenty of room and you cannot beat the views. Mario met us at the house, he asked midweek how things were and provided some information on things around the area. There are some lovely sandy beaches nearby. Highly recommended!
