Waterfront vacation rentals in Vanderbilt Beach, North Naples

Our second stay was fantastic as our first time! The place was beautiful, clean and modern. Elva is a super host! Very responsive and provides you with everything to feel right at home. Couldn’t ask for more. The location is great! It’s close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Definitely coming back!

The condo is located on a beautiful inlet waterway. Sunsets over the water with the sun's reflection were amazing. You can see the Sanibel bridge from the grass and beach areas. If you enjoy sunrise, there's a great view from the top floor open walkway. The pool and surroundings are clean and inviting, there's ample parking, and plenty of restaurant/bars within a short walk. The main reason we chose this condo was the proximity to Sanibel, Ft Myers, and Ft Myer's beach. What a gem!!

Ideal property, good location, great hosts and would definitely stay again.

The property looks like old Florida. It's on an inland canal in a nice and peaceful neighborhood. It has 2 bedrooms that are very well maintained and kept very clean. Washer/dryer big plus. We ate out mostly but did have Jan's family over for Chinese take out and then used the fire pit by the pier. Her granddaughter loved it. The televisions in the living area and master bedroom worked perfectly. The one in the living area has most of the streaming services. It was nice after a day out to come back to what was essentially a home-away-from-home. No lobby, no elevator, no parking lots to deal with. Jody was great about answering calls and patient with me, which can sometimes be a challenge (lol). We were lucky to be able to book this place. If/when we return to Naples we will look to stay here first for sure, just hope it's available. I give this a highly recommend.

I had a great time with my family ! The place is exactly how it's shown in the pictures, and it feels like home. All amenities included. If you want to find a place to relax and don't worry about anything, you will find it there. I had an issue with the A/C, but Sally was supportive and responsive to the situation.

Simply put, we will be back and we highly recommend this home to anyone looking in Naples. The home has a great layout, is very clean, and has all the extras needed for a comfortable stay (pots, pans, towels etc). The furniture and beds are all in like new condition - even the bunk bed mattresses were comfortable. The heated pool was perfect and well taken care of. The lake view was great and we had privacy via tall hedges from next door neighbors. It’s refreshing staying at a place that is exactly as described. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed - Thanks Tucker!

While the area is still recovering from the hurricanes, you can’t beat the view and areas. Plenty to do in close proximity. An easy ride over to Sanibel/Captiva. The condo provided a wonderful place to relax, the beach was not busy and the pool is spacious and clean. The only issue was the hall bathroom for bedrooms two and three was left dirty. There was hair in the shower drain as well as on the shower wall. The sink and toilet were also both dirty. We cleaned the bathroom and moved on with the week; did not stop us from enjoying our time.

We loved Alex and Sally's place. It was very clean, super cute and so easy to access. Love the outside seating by the canal. Highly recommend it if you are staying in the Naples area.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb. The host were very friendly and helpful, the condo is comfortable and peaceful and our two daughters enjoyed the heated pool very much. Would love to stay again when visiting the area!

We have used Naples Vacations a few times in the past and they have always been proactive and responsive. We had no issues with our stay and Jennifer was friendly and reached out personally before our arrival to provide check in and access details .

Stacy was a pleasure to speak with about logistics and she quickly answered my questions and concerns. In addition, her Airbnb was one of the best we have ever stayed at, if not the best. Highly recommend her condominium; the location is walkable to the beach, 5th Ave. shops and yummy restaurants. It will not disappoint.

Great host and great location on Fort Myers Beach. The sunset view from the balcony is breathtaking and makes it worth renting this Airbnb, the balcony chairs are high and comfortable for nightly viewing. It was also great that Jeannette provided beach chairs, a twist umbrella, huge beach towels, a cart, tennis rackets -> basically everything for a wonderful beach vacation! We drove to eat at Doc Ford’s which was delicious with a great view and also visited nearby Naples / Bonita Springs and the historic district of Fort Myers. Jeannette was very responsive and helpful, I recommend this Airbnb!!

Great place in a great location! The resort is private, but within walking distance of groceries, shopping, restaurants, etc. Will stay here again in the future.
