We had a great time while staying at Den & Jim's place. The surroundings are beautiful, and so peaceful. We could enjoy the landscape along the beach. Still, we didn't have a car, so it was not that convenient to travel back and forth. We had to walk up hills to get to the nearest bus stops. Except for this, it was amazing and the hosts were very friendly. Thanks.

You cannot ask for a better location, a one-minute walk to the beach! We had Family staying with our 3 yr. old grand-niece and she loved the daily beach walks, amazing playground, the 'Secret Garden' and the duck pond. The home is super comfortable, well-equipped and Lisa is amazing! She let us come by before check-in to drop off groceries, etc., and is so accommodating and friendly. Close walk to Southlands for dinner, coffee, e-bikes, etc., and short drive to the ferry. For folks who do not live close to the ocean and are not familiar with 'beach living', this is the perfect spot to stay at and experience. Thank You Lisa!

This home was absolutely stunning! The views of the bay were breathtaking — we could have sat and watched the water for hours. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The shower was also amazing — spacious, with great water pressure, and the perfect way to unwind after a long day. Everything about this stay felt peaceful and luxurious. We can’t wait to come back!

Jim and Sue are outstanding hosts who go above and beyond to ensure their guests are taken care of. Their air bnb was a clean, cozy and peaceful place to stay. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. The sunset beach walks were stunning. Words cannot express how grateful we are for the kindness and compassion they shared during our difficult circumstances. We feel very blessed that we had a comfortable and safe place to land and are so grateful for the accommodations you were able to provide throughout our stay. Many, many thanks.

We met our kids there for my mother's 100th birthday celebration in Lynden. It was a lovely home with great amenities and beautiful views of the bay and surrounding landscapes! Everything was neat & clean and the master bed was quite comfy!! We loved our time there and would really like to try it again when the weather is nicer. We did get some nice breaks in the rain now and then. Lovely decor and homey feeling. Highly recommend! Thanks for the hospitality! Cindi P.S. A suggestion: With 6 guests, the fold out couch could stand a much better mattress, or be replaced by a queen bed or two twin daybeds. Always someone in the crowd that is at the bottom of pecking order that gets the uncomfortable bed. :(

Theo was an exceptional host. We asked for an early check-in, and she was quick to let us know she would get us in as early as possible. She provided helpful instructions throughout, the home was pristine, and we had plenty of space. She even left Canadian treats and snacks for us to try. Would definitely book again on my next Vancouver vacation.

Brennan was very responsive via private message and very helpful with my preparation for the trip. His place was very organized and tidy. The home is nice renovated with all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay. My wife and I loved the fireplace and the dimmable lights which created a great ambience for the evening. We are looking forward to staying here again!

This accommodation is beautiful, clean and well laid out for larger groups like ours. The location is excellent, relatively close to beaches and the usual necessitates. We enjoyed the back deck patio for relaxing in the evenings. Our hosts were very accommodating and easy to deal with. Great value for larger groups. Very grateful to have discovered this gem. It was particularly well suited to a group of couples who know each other well and were looking for fun weekend together/ retreat-style. The house has lots of spaces for various activities (large well-equipped kitchen, table for puzzles, sofas by a cozy wood fireplace, downstairs arcade and pool table, lovely backyard, forest or beach walks nearby... and also enough room to get some space from each other, go take a nap. (We all slept well on the super mattresses.) Steve and Carly couldn't have been more responsive or kinder as hosts. Truly a pleasure. We'll be back for another weekend!

My husband and I loved this Airbnb so much every year we come to Washington we will be staying here for the remainder of our trip. It was so clean and I’m a clean freak it was up to my standards I have very high standards for cleaning. The house is very welcoming and warm cozy feeling. Home away from home. The kitchen is perfect but we are a big cooking family. The hot tub is so amazing during the nighttime after a long day with our newborn and the pack n play and chair was amazing to have for our daughter. We loved absolutely everything about this house and our host Michelle was amazing and prompt very friendly. Also the beach is so close by the house less than a minute walk with us. Everything I was looking for we got and meet our standards above and beyond. Having a baby with us we appreciate the in laundry unit was so great to have. Everything was amazing we will always be staying here. So thank you for our lovely stay.

We stayed here for a week while waiting for our household goods to arrive after a cross-country move, and it was exactly what we needed. The house was clean, spacious, and had more than enough room for our family of six to spread out and settle in for a bit. Communication with Marcellus was great throughout, and he was super accommodating when we needed to extend our stay by a day on short notice. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed place in Birch Bay.

We stayed at Omid's cozy place for a week with our family of 4. The space was super clean and beautifully decorated! We appreciated the thoughtful details such as the Nespresso setup with pods, the extra heaters in every room, the spacious mudroom as you walk in and even the premium toilet paper! By far one of the best managed Airbnbs we've ever stayed in. As others mentioned, the parking situation is tight, but we got used to navigating it. Overall, a peaceful experience and one we're grateful for. Thank you Omid!

She generously allowed a late check out which was very helpful and even had a couple of pots delivered to us when we explained that there was only one in the unit. The house is very comfortable and just as beautiful as the photos. The location is incredible - amazing views of the water, mountains, and big ships passing. It was so lovely to be able to just walk across the street and be on the beach with long walks possible in either direction. It was also really convenient for groceries and restaurants along 4th Ave, and an easy 15 minute drive to downtown and Stanley Island. We loved Vancouver and our stay in this beautiful home!

Walt’s place was very nice and super clean. It was very spacious for our group of 5. He met us on arrival a did a quick rundown of the house. He was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and responsive to text messages. It’s a very pretty area. A quick walk to the beach and a bunch of little restaurants within walking distance of the house. If I’m ever back in the area I would definitely stay at Walt’s house again.
