Lisa’s home was great. Super spacious and everything was nice and clean, she was very responsive and made sure that we can count on her if we needed anything. The goats in the backyard were the cherry ontop. We had a little dog with us and she didnt hesitate to allow him to stay in her home with us. Thank you lisa for allowing us to stay in your home

We used Karen's house for some family that came in for a wedding at Macedonia Meadows. The space was beautiful and probably the best equiped Airbnb that I have ever been to. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

We came to stay in the area for a wedding. The place was so quite and very enjoyable, and questions or Issues Will was quick to answer us. We unexpectedly had to extend our stay by one day and Will worked with us to make that happen. We had a fantastic time at the farmhouse and if our travels take us toward McMinnville again we will definitely make the effort to stay there again.

Visiting family in the area and location was excellent. Home was spotless and they allowed my well behaved 10 year old dog and cat to stay. Outside porch/deck area was very comfortable and serene. Loved spending time there enjoying nature. Be sure to visits their shops downtown and introduce yourself. Very friendly and great places to shop. Sparta is a wonderful area and offers something for everyone. I’ll definitely be renting again.

This was the second time staying in this house and it exceeds expectations each time. This trip, it was over Easter weekend and she even left an adorable Easter basket full of goodies for us! Snacks were especially welcome since arriving late in Crossville limits the available food options. Will definitely look to stay here again during our next visit!

Fantastic place. Away from the main strip but tons of restraunts/stores and fishing areas within 10-15 minutes from the house. House was great with everything you’d need to be comfortable. Owner was very responsive and helpful! Would stay again!

The pictures don’t do it justice! The spacious open floorplan left plenty of room to stretch out and get comfortable. The backyard was nicely wooded with a stream, perfect for listening to the birds in the morning! The kitchen was well stocked with cookware including a slow cooker, but you’ll want to bring your own coffee, spices, condiments, etc. for cooking. The K bed was very comfortable, giving us a good night’s sleep. Jeff was very friendly and responsive, thanks!

spotless clean it was our home away from home for my waterfall obsession...having a washer and dryer was awesome...bed super comfortable spacious home. Having two bathrooms was great. Cynthia is an amazing host! IF we come back to the area we will definitely be staying here. Side note the car port was able to accommodate my husband's lifted F150!!! super bonus!! don't think just book this place!

The clear directions were impressive and very much appreciated as we arrived after dark. Location was perfect, a great space which was peaceful and comfortable, allowing us to relax from the intensity of our property search. Loved having a space/trail to walk our dog. Washer/Dryer a definite bonus.

We enjoyed ourselves so much. We were warmly greeted, and given a tour. We opted for the morning farm chores, and they were fun and educational. It was my husbands 60th birthday, and he milked a cow for the first time!! We were offered Bible study after the chores, and Brynne did a great job. Brynne was our farm chore guide too. She was excellent at both. At night, I opened our window, and the ladybugs greeted me, and I could see the stars from my pillow. The weather was perfect. I’m very happy with my stay, and would recommend it. We were about 45-60 minutes from Chattanooga, where our activities were for the weekend, but it’s an easy drive. It was so quiet and peaceful, that you forget there are animals right near you. My husband had a great birthday weekend!!’

This house became my home. As I walked out I felt a piece of my heart was being left in the hot tub. Not only was the home clean and spacious, it was welcoming and kind. The hot tub was my safe space, it was clean and warm and everything I needed for my week in Tennessee. The view was IMMACULATE and exceeded every expectation I had. The community pool was not yet open, however the hot tub was everything I needed and more. Also, the Airbnb was as close to the community pool as possible so in a summer season this is the PERFECT spot! Also, the screened in porch really came in clutch and allowed us to have beautiful scenic family dinners every evening. Smithville is a beautiful, quiet, friendly small town. All the boutiques had kind and lovely owners. I genuinely cannot imagine a better spot that we could have spent our spring break. The only downside was that we had to leave. Overall, a great place to stay while we went to Nashville and surrounding state parks!

Great place to stay to get away from traffic and crowds. Some what isolated (which we wanted) so we came prepared with food and snacks. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and my kids enjoyed hours spashing around.

House was beautiful! Kevin was super accommodating & quick in responding to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely beautiful spot to get away. Very quite and serene. Lovely view and lovely deck! Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We were not disappointed! The cute little cabins are tucked in the mountain with absolutely gorgeous veiws! Property is well maintained. It's quiet and peaceful there. The only issue we had was parking. But if the other cabin had read the simple instructions it wouldn't have been an issue. The cabins were well stocked with all the things you may forget you need. Bed was comfortable. Shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Which was greatly appreciated after a day a Fall Creek Falls. This cabin is not meant to entertain, but it is the perfect place for a couple to get away from the hustle and bustle of life.

We had a wonderful stay!! The cabin was comfortably furnished, HVAC worked perfectly, shower had good pressure and hot water. Wifi was strong. Close to the entry to Fall Creek Falls.

Stacy was super responsive, all through our stay. The house was well presented and we had all the place for our little ones to run around. The location is amazing, we also got a chance to do some stargazing since there was absolutely no light pollution. overall the house exceeded our own expectations.

This is a delightful cabin in the woods. Very quiet and very private. It seems larger than it is because of a very good layout. Everything is thoughtful. I would definitely rent this place again :)

This place is awesome! I loved the views and waking up to see the horses every morning! Visited a couple of the breweries and those were great too! I want to go back and spend more time in the area. Also the best hosts ever!

I really enjoyed my stay at this rental! It was the perfect little get away for the weekend. Everything matched the description and photos. Definitely a place I would stay at again!

This was the perfect place for us to stay while exploring the state parks in the area. Very peaceful and has a great view from the hot tub on the balcony.
