Before talking about the apartment, I want to say that Antonio and Giulia were two exceptional people. For a series of coincidences on the first day our dog was lost and having asked Antonio for help, they immediately went out of their way through social media, in the search. After a few hours when I was no longer hoping for it, Antonio calls me and tells me that he found the dog! Wonderful news, so thanks again to you guys! The apartment is very nice, tidy and super clean. It is also very central, in 2 minutes walk you are in the center and at the proton of Roccaraso. Antonio is always available for advice or any kind of need. If you want to take a vacation in Roccaraso and you are no longer people, go to the Regina vacation home and you will be satisfied, without a doubt or perplexity! We'll definitely be back...

A really nice and well-kept villa, everything clean and even decorated for the Christmas week. There were 10 of us and we had a great time. Lovely living room and comfortable, clean rooms with all the comforts. Maria Thank you very kind and super helpful. We will be back!

It was late at night when I arrived, and it was dark due to the nature of the countryside, so it was somewhat difficult to find the accommodation, but when I finally arrived, the accommodation was spacious, clean, and peaceful. This accommodation stood out in terms of quick replies and thoughtful consideration from the host.

We've had a great time in Villa Lina. We are an extended family with various needs. And here it was easy to be. Large bedrooms, nice bathrooms, outdoor areas, not least the outdoor kitchen! And the proximity to the beach. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

Luca's apartment is delicious and equipped with every comfort. Luca was available to provide us with directions and suggestions to fully enjoy the beauty of the area. It was a really pleasant stay!

We had a wonderful weekend in this villa surrounded by greenery, a real corner of peace to get away from the routine. Right away, the host was helpful and attentive, guaranteeing us a peaceful stay. The house has exceeded expectations: spacious, cozy and tastefully furnished, with clean and well organized environments, equipped with every comfort. The location is ideal, surrounded by nature but well connected, with the ski slopes reachable in about an hour. After a day in the snow, we wanted to watch the Sanremo final, but the comfort of the sofa and the warmth of the environment captured us... and we fell asleep! An unforgettable stay, which we will definitely repeat!

The house is really nice, it is in a quiet area at the beginning of Castel di Sangro, easy to reach and with reserved space to park. It is spread over two levels and has several bedrooms with many beds, ideal for large families. The outdoor space leading to the house's entrance is pleasant. We had a good time, warm and cozy house. The owners are kind and helpful; Gian Marco is always ready to answer any questions or provide information during the stay and even before during the booking. Really a recommended host!
