Great stay! I strongly recommend this listing. The location is excellent, in a very quiet area and surrounded by nature, providing a perfect environment for relaxing. The space was pristinely clean and very well taken care of. The service was equally fantastic – the host was always very attentive and responded quickly to all questions. Undoubtedly, a great option for those looking for comfort and quiet!

This place was such a gem! It truly felt like a hidden piece of countryside tucked right into the heart of the city. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the cozy, cabin-style space made it feel like a peaceful retreat. I loved how you could enjoy total calm and still be just minutes away from all the action. The sweet dogs on the property added such a warm, homey touch too! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a beautiful, serene, and unique place to stay.

We enjoyed 10 days at the lovely old Mill house. It is a fully equipped house with a beautiful garden. The surroundings are peaceful and you're practically in the national park. Even though it's remote, you're very close to supermarkets and Porto. We took the chance to explore not only Porto, but the Douro region, some beaches and towns of Northern Portugal. Aida had lots of great tips we also made use of. She was very easy to reach and made sure that everything we needed for our 7 month old was also there! The house has a lot of character and is comfortable in heat (a lot of shadow outside) and cold (warming up with the fireplace or sauna). Recommended if you like somewhere calm, green surroundings near hiking areas as well as Porto and the Douro valley.

Rosa is a very kind person, concerned about your well-being and always ready to help. It is true that the garden is very pleasant for those who come with their pet. However, the street is somewhat noisy and frequented by drivers! All in all, exceptional stay in value for money. We'll be back, THANKS to Rosa!

very good family apartment, very clean, parking space available without problem, you have in the apartment everything you need. In one word " perfect " great host 👌

This is a one of a kind place that will make you remember Portugal forever. Hélder and his mother and Sebastian and his amazing cook of a wife Manuela are so great!!! Make sure to try the local bakery for their AMAZING bread!!!!

Villa is very modern and decorated with very good taste. Grace was very helpful with communication before our visit and gave us a very warm welcome upon arrival. Everything was perfect - nothing to improve. Thank you !

It was a pleasant stay! The cabin is cosy and cute with beautiful patio. The animals and greenery all around create a relaxing environment. Easy to find and park. Kind of enjoyed the kitchen outside as well. The only con for us was that the house is close to the fence and the street where you hear cars all day. We were (kind of) lucky and stayed here on a super rainy day so the rain muted the traffic. Not the best option if you are looking for complete silence to disconnect.

Very beautiful, unique and peaceful studio. We felt right at home and had a great night sleep.
