Norma's house is beautiful, very equipped and everything works in wonder. She is always very attentive to our questions. Her gardener is also very friendly and willing. Absolutely recommended

The photos don't do it justice! It's super nice, the spaces are perfect for everyone's privacy. The kitchen is spacious and has a very comfortable bar/breakfast room, as is the indoor and outdoor dining rooms. The pool is amazing; we didn't get into the jacuzzi because the water was always warm. It also looks a little old and like plastic, with the pool you won't need the jacuzzi. Everything is in perfect condition! The main bedroom is super comfortable as well as the studio. The internet is not like to work in all areas of the house, they could put signal repeater. It looks much better than the photos! I want to go back yaaaa

The house is very spacious and with several spaces to live with family/friends, the view is incredible and the pool and jacuzzi were perfect throughout the stay. Felipe was always attentive; we'll definitely be back.

The house is great for 3 couples with our puppies. A very peaceful place, next to the waterfall and forest view. The house is in great condition and with everything you need to enjoy the weekend. We take advantage of the jacuzzi, swimming pool, paddle court and fireplace to celebrate the December parties. Irma was helping in the house every day and was very attentive with everything, excellent attitude and the house is very clean. We will be back! 👌🏼

Super nice everything! The location of the house makes you disconnect from the world; if you need to be connected, the wifi signal is very good. The house has many spaces to live together, then I recommend it for groups.

Great spot right by the paraglider landing at the lake! Still close enough to the town but far enough to where it was nice and quiet at night. Would stay again.

It was a very pleasant and quiet stay, the house was very comfortable and clean, the terrace is a must, at night you can enjoy a lot, the only inconvenience was the water from the showers, we did not achieve the average temperature and it was very hot. In general, everything was very good!

The house is located in a privileged place, with spectacular views of the lake and the nature reserve. A gem for those of us who enjoy the tranquility and connection with nature. The architecture is beautiful, with a design respectful of the natural environment. It is extremely comfortable and equipped with everything needed for an excellent rest. I especially highlight the terrace and the social area, which offer unparalleled views. Communication with Luis Fernando and family is perfect. Always attentive, instantly responding to any concerns, they welcomed us with a nice gift, they are animal lovers, so we felt very comfortable. Valle de Bravo has wonderful places for all tastes and several interesting hiking trails, the only one but you should use the car for everything because there are few streets and avenues that have a pedestrian trail.

The apartment is very nice and very functional. With many details that are appreciated and appreciated as a guest. In addition to being very well maintained. It's important to note that it's on the street and very busy. On the terrace of the 1st floor you can hear the passage of the cars; but inside the apartment you are very comfortable because you do not listen. The terrace of the 2nd floor where the jacuzzi is is heard much less the noise (due to the height) and has a super nice view of the lake (the two terraces have a beautiful view). We would definitely go back.

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s close enough to the town center to be convenient but back enough to be peaceful. You can also watch the paragliders from the big window in the living room.

The place is just like the photos, the room is super comfortable, they left us board games, there was always hot water, cooking utensils and many amenities. The center is about 20 minutes walking and about 10 minutes by taxi, nearby there are shops, a 3B or a Chedraui, at night the area is quiet, no street stalls or noises. Definitely a place to get out of the routine and a nice place to spend it as a couple

I came for the paragliding season and was able to work remotely too! wifi is around 15-20mbs ave for me, so zoom video calls were unstable 1/5 times. I'm also sensitive to smell so I needed to use the humidifier and incense everyday. I read a review there that there was a musky smell and it definitely has that damp towel smell, but again, nothing the humidifier and daily incense couldn't fix :) the location is great! I loved the terrace on top! beautiful sunsets up there. overall, friggen love this family and my time in Valle!

The place is gracious, very cozy, the view of the lake is unbeatable and above all there is a lot of tranquility. Cynric is a great host, very friendly and always answered everything very quickly and clearly. We will definitely be back.
