jean-baptiste is a very attentive friend, patiently asked about our plane arrival time, gave us a lot of information about the local parisian place, recommended a lot of good food around.The house is conveniently located, going out is the nation station, and it is also safe and quiet around!It's a very pleasant trip.

Great place with vibrant atmosphere. Large well furnished kitchen and a wonderful living room space. The ambient lighting and large projector were a lovely addition to the living space. Paired with a great sound system, it transformed the living space into a cinema like atmosphere. Would definitely book again if I had the chance to go to Paris.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Manon’s place is stunning- a beautiful, quiet, peaceful oasis, just minutes from the metro line 9. It was immaculately clean. Attention was paid to every detail. The apartment is spacious - unusual in Paris. We were there in January, and were very comfortable. In warmer weather there is a beautiful outdoor space where it would be very lovely to sit. Manon provides so many amenities. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. There is a washer and dryer, and drying rack. The neighborhood is definitely not a tourist area, but once we knew our way around, we felt safe. There are several grocery stores close by, including organic options with whole grain breads. The only place we did not discover was a boulangerie. Should have asked! We chose this neighborhood because our daughter recently moved nearby with her family, but we often went by metro into central Paris quite easily in 30 minutes. If you need a taxi, consider using the G7 app, which was easy.

Lovely place. As described. Few points to note: pool table difficult to play as the room was too small; although it doubled up as a dining table. Stairs are really steep so take care.

Thank you again for loaning us your warm home so we can spend Christmas with the family. We felt like at home with all the comforts of a real fireplace, super equipped and very comfortable beds!!

small convenient studio, clean, well appointed and quiet

extra welcome, available host, helpful and very nice host, it's like at home. The studio is spotless, peaceful, clean and functional. the cozy side of the mezzanine bedroom is appreciated, the bedding is perfect, the ladder to climb there is convenient and secured by several handles. The shower is large and there is everything you need to rest after days of work. In addition, there is a lovely dog who loves cuddles. thanks and maybe next time!

Patrick was a very good host. He even helped us out late on Sunday evening when someone else had parked in the reserved parking spot. He found us another place to park and worked everything out for us. Very friendly and responsive.

I had a great time in the apartment offered by Juliette (2 weeks). The neighborhood is peaceful and we are very well located whether in terms of public transport or shops. The apartment is impeccable and as described. Juliette is a really very welcoming, friendly and available host. I would recommend without hesitation!

The view is unmatched truly. See it for yourself! My only issue is the lighting in the hallway didn’t turn on which made for some spooky walks up to the door but once inside everything was lovely.

Excellent kitchen, interesting art work, 2 bedrooms with real queen beds (not side by side twins offered by other rentals). Loved the Basque restaurant next door. The cassoulet was spectacular. Convenience to grocery store and Gobelins metro stop was a huge plus. if you stay here, spend an hour or two browsing and munching on the Rue Mouffetard, 10 minutes walk on Avenue Gobelins.

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location for us as a family for our first visit to Paris. It was tidy and clean, and beds were very comfortable. We would book this place again for our next trip to Paris.

I would have given 4 stars to the place, but I guess the problem we have encountered was not caused directly by Stan. Stan is a great host and was responsive every time I had a question, and he even allowed us to check-in a few hours earlier, which not a lot of hosts do, so he deserves 5 stars. The thing is that when we checked in, we noticed that there was still some dust on the floor, and there was no shampoo/soap in the bathroom and we needed to buy that. I guess that Stan hires someone to clean the apartment and that person was probably not careful with that, so it’s not his fault directly. Besides these two problems, everything was as described and the apartment is really in a good and quiet location. You can walk to the metro station (5 min), and from there you’ll be in the center of Paris in 20-30 min by taking RER line A. I would definitely consider Stan’s place if when I’ll go back to Paris.🫶
