Fantastic apartment in an unbeatable location! Stylish, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to great cafés, boutiques, and landmarks. Thibaut was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location in Paris between metro lines and bus stations, Convenient market near to purchase supplies needed during the week. This unit is on the 3rd floor and there are stairs there is an elevator for luggage or bags. You will hear street noise at night till about 1-2 am if your a light sleeper this will affect you. Owners clothes and belongings are left in the flat. Not enough towels or wash clothes left for more than 2 people had to wash every other day. No toiletries left other than owners personal toiletries. More toilet paper and toiletries would have been a nice touch , 1 roll for 7 days isn’t enough. A nice flat , centrally located , cleanish and incredible views!

This is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. The host went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. I would highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Herve s place. It was like staying at a friend’s apartment. It has many different rooms and it’s really helpful to be able to spread out when you’re traveling. Loved the outdoor market right outside, just perfect. Staying there made you feel like a local. Just love Paris. We walked everywhere. Herve was so helpful and helped us to plan our trip to Champagne area and was just a good friend helping us with transportation needs. Metro station right outside the door as well as a taxi stand and bus stop. He’s a very hands-on host and we really appreciated that.

Very nice apartment, well equipped, clean, quiet and equipped with good bedding. Quick access to transportation (Place de la Nation), Metro Avron, Alexandre Dumas and amenities. Very good communication with hosts, whom we thank. I would highly recommend this property.

Just thought of turning on the heating before the guests arrived because it was very cold on arrival, it still took time to heat up with the small heater. Otherwise, apart from that, the accommodation is great, even better than in the photos.

The location is great! It’s on a quiet street with a lot restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is very comfortable and Stephane is very responsive and helpful.

Claire was really friendly and helped us with our travels by recommending a very useful transport app. She also amended our breakfast order with no fuss. In general, Claire is a responsive and proactive host! The apartment is just as described, the hot tub in the terrace is a great addition too! The location is ideal, only a few minutes walk from the local station, Porte d'Orléans. Would definitely recommend :)

Great place in my favorite neighborhood in Paris. The apartment was quiet and peaceful and also central to cafes, museums, shops, and beautiful little parks. Live your best Parisian life in this flat. I also really loved that the closets were empty so we could store our things. It was great! Host is responsive and professional.

Very good location for transportation bus and metro. Nice host and security, there are security cameras on each floors . Good location for grocery shopping just in a few minutes for walking distance.

This apartment was a dream, both in terms of its interior and exterior. It was gorgeous inside, it was classic, functional, and more than I had hoped for. The location is magical, from its spot on the Seine, to the vibrant neighborhood with its local feel and great variety of little shops (cheese, bakery, grocery, fruit, clothing, art, wine, and more) and its restaurant and cafe scene. I spent over 4 years of my life in Paris, and our stay in this apartment not only made me feel back "at home," but it also helped me see Paris with fresh, new eyes as all of my senses were brought to life. We are so grateful for the recommendations and the special, beautiful visit we had and definitely hope to return to this exact spot someday!
