Beautiful designed apartment, even better than the photos. Kitchen had everything you’d need and more. Loved the books. Spotlessly clean, champagne in the fridge was a lovely surprise. Restaurant recommendations were perfect and hosts got back to us straight away with our queries. Thanks for a lovely stay, highly recommend!

Perfect location in Paris between metro lines and bus stations, Convenient market near to purchase supplies needed during the week. This unit is on the 3rd floor and there are stairs there is an elevator for luggage or bags. You will hear street noise at night till about 1-2 am if your a light sleeper this will affect you. Owners clothes and belongings are left in the flat. Not enough towels or wash clothes left for more than 2 people had to wash every other day. No toiletries left other than owners personal toiletries. More toilet paper and toiletries would have been a nice touch , 1 roll for 7 days isn’t enough. A nice flat , centrally located , cleanish and incredible views!

The place was perfect for my partner and I, we loved the location - close to everything and felt like home. Stephanie was super lovely too and was accommodating with the check out time which was very kind of her and very much appreciated on our end. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! Thanks so much

We really enjoyed our stay at Herve s place. It was like staying at a friend’s apartment. It has many different rooms and it’s really helpful to be able to spread out when you’re traveling. Loved the outdoor market right outside, just perfect. Staying there made you feel like a local. Just love Paris. We walked everywhere. Herve was so helpful and helped us to plan our trip to Champagne area and was just a good friend helping us with transportation needs. Metro station right outside the door as well as a taxi stand and bus stop. He’s a very hands-on host and we really appreciated that.

This place is beautiful and spacious, and in a great neighborhood! It's clean and well stocked and Clement is very communicative and helpful. It's right across the street from a taxi stand, making it convenient to get to the train station or airport, and there are several great cafes and restaurants nearby. There is a balcony with a charming small table with a beautiful view, where you could have coffee and croissants in the morning. The bed is comfortable, the shower is great, and this is a perfect place for a couple to stay in Paris. It was actually much more space than I needed as a single guest. Enjoy!

The apartment was great, perfect for our trip. It looks just like the photos and was perfectly clean. We didn’t eat in but the kitchen looked well supplied if one did want to cook. The location was super and instructions for access were very easy to follow. I’d definitely recommend this place.

John's place is in the absolute best safe location for seeing Paris. It's a good jumping off point, but also, if you don't feel like going across the city for dinner, just walk a block (or less!). The home itself is quirky and fun. It's a smart home, so you can command Alexa to do all sorts of things. 2 things that stood out though are: 1. It has the best shower in all of Europe. It's HUGE and has 3 different jets with amazing pressure. 2. Every time I turned a corner, there was a phone charger. I can't TELL you how handy that was. Overall, John is so thoughtful about what is available: multiple smart TVs, pods for washing, coffee, fans, good hair dryer, etc. You'll see some talk about the street noise. It's noisy. But it's a bustling Paris! It's people eating, drinking, and walking home. It actually made the experience better.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, well located apartment. It was perfect for 2 guests, we loved each having our own full bathrooms. It’s located inside an inner courtyard, so despite the fact it’s only half a block to a busy street, it’s totally quiet. You have everything you need nearby and it’s central to all the sites. Stephane was amazing, he stayed in touch and made himself totally available if we had any questions. I will recommend this apartment to friends!!

It’s difficult to say in a brief review how wonderful our stay in Chantal’s lovely apartment was. Both she and Stephane communicated with us before and during our stay to address any questions we had and left a comprehensive manual on everything apartment as well as neighborhood / Paris recommendations. The apartment was in a quieter area but still centrally located with metros, markets and boutiques right outside your door. The apartment feels like a true home … one that we would live in full time if given the chance!! Everything was spotless, the kitchen well equipped and the bed super comfy. The appointments were lovely and no details were overlooked in stocking the apartment for our stay. This was truly the best week away we’ve ever had thanks to Chantal and Stephane’s hospitality and their lovely apartment. We will return and stay with them next time in Paris… maybe sooner than later.

Claire was really friendly and helped us with our travels by recommending a very useful transport app. She also amended our breakfast order with no fuss. In general, Claire is a responsive and proactive host! The apartment is just as described, the hot tub in the terrace is a great addition too! The location is ideal, only a few minutes walk from the local station, Porte d'Orléans. Would definitely recommend :)

Great place in my favorite neighborhood in Paris. The apartment was quiet and peaceful and also central to cafes, museums, shops, and beautiful little parks. Live your best Parisian life in this flat. I also really loved that the closets were empty so we could store our things. It was great! Host is responsive and professional.
