The luxury holiday home is located in the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park near Doorn. Because it is located at the Succesholiday Park De Bonte Vlucht you can use all the amenities of the park such as the heated outdoor pool, restaurant, tennis courts and children's play facilities. In high season there is an animation team. From the house you can walk straight into the woods of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug, but it is also by bike or mountain bike. The house is equipped with every comfort and luxury. Layout: The fully furnished house features a living room with open kitchen. The living room has a dining table with 6 chairs, a comfortable 3-person sofa and a TV. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. All rooms have central heating. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen contains a 5-burner gas hob and oven, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle and coffee machine. Bathroom: The bathroom has a washbasin, glass wall shower and a hot tub. Yard: The house is equipped with a private parking space and spacious garden. While the kids jump on the big trampoline in the front garden, swing or cuddle with the kitties, you'll be cooking or drinking wine together under the veranda by the fire. Monumental family home on the edge of the forest

On the edge of the forest in a cozy street you will find this beautiful family house. With the French doors to the sunny garden, this is a wonderful place. At the edge of nature reserve the Utrecht hillside. And close to the city Our cat Jitske fits the house when we are not there. We ask our guests to feed Jitske some food every day. Around the corner, you will find restaurants. Nearby is also the station of Driebergen-Zeist. By train, you can reach Utrecht in no time and Amsterdam in 40 minutes.

On the ground floor is the living-dining room with patio doors to the terrace and the cozy bathroom with underfloor heating and a built-in sun shower with infrared light. Upstairs you will find the kitchen with hob, coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. You can bake your own sandwiches in the convection oven. The spacious bedroom has a king-size box spring bed of 180x200 and a spacious linen cupboard.

Welkom in het prachtige dorp Amerongen! We hebben ons appartement in 2021 gerenoveerd en het is een heerlijke en lichte ruimte. De woonkamer met open keuken is ruim met speelruimte voor de kinderen. Er is een grote slaap/werkkamer en twee slaapkamers achter het huis. Eén slaapkamer is ingericht voor 2 kinderen. Vanuit de keuken is er een buiten heerlijk ruime daktuin met eethoek, houtkachel die overdekt zijn. De badkamer is ook ruim met 2 fonteinen een bad en aparte doucheruimte.

The cottage has a unique atmosphere, created with materials from old times. It is in the back of our yard, overlooks the meadows, the forest and the dike. In the summer, the cows graze from the adjacent farm in the meadow, the ducks and meats swim in the ditch. You regularly see a stork or a deer! With the sound of the cuckoo, the kievit or the owl, you will experience the nature very close! From the conservatory or from the large garden, you can see the sun rise in the morning.

It is a beautiful, spacious modern home built in classic style. The house is at the heart of National Park "Utrechtste Heuvelrug". This is a lovely base for hiking or mountain biking in the woods. Visiting the surrounding villages, or exploring the surrounding estates and castles. The house is located between the villages of Driebergen (1km) and Doorn (3km). This home is very convenient for kids! Bicycles and mountain bikes are available for guests in consultation.
