On the edge of the forest in a cozy street you will find this beautiful family house. With the French doors to the sunny garden, this is a wonderful place. At the edge of nature reserve the Utrecht hillside. And close to the city Our cat Jitske fits the house when we are not there. We ask our guests to feed Jitske some food every day. Around the corner, you will find restaurants. Nearby is also the station of Driebergen-Zeist. By train, you can reach Utrecht in no time and Amsterdam in 40 minutes.

B&B KNUS is a house with its own entrance in our garden. On the ground floor is the living-dining room with patio doors to the terrace and the cozy bathroom with underfloor heating and a built-in sun shower with infrared light. Upstairs you will find the kitchen with hob, coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. You can bake your own sandwiches in the convection oven. The spacious bedroom has a king-size box spring bed of 180x200 and a spacious linen cupboard.

Our newly renovated, spacious barn is available! Situated at the end of a quiet, dead-end street and overlooking a mixed landscape of trees and meadows, we offer a welcoming place to unwind. The barn (over 150 m2) with its rustic farmhouse interior, fosters a cozy, pleasant, atmosphere. The barn is equipped with heated concrete floors, a full kitchen, wood-burning stove, comfortable seating, and TV. The bedrooms and plumbing are upstairs. There are two double beds and two single movable beds.

Boshuis DenRooz is an atmospheric forest cottage that was built in 2023. It is 70m2 and is located in the middle of the woods on the Utrecht hillside. There are 5 sleeping places. It has a spacious garden of 600m2 and is located in a small-scale holiday park where use of the facilities can be made; swimming pool, playgrounds, tennis court and restaurants. From the house, you can walk into the woods of the Utrecht hillside. Bike and mountain bike routes can also be reached from the cottage

Cottage De Boswachter, in NP de Utrechtse Heuvelrug

'Huisje De Boswachter' is located on a forest park on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug in Maarn, where a limited number of weeks can be rented out to keep the peace on this park. There are 3 bedrooms and is ideal for a family. The cottage itself and the garden are very pleasant to spend time, but nature also beckons nature within walking distance. So you have the Henschotermeer; a beautiful swimming lake and the forest and heath is all around you. The cottage is located on a private forest park.
