Waterfront vacation rentals in Utila

Josh is a very friendly person, if you want to have fun and have a good time you have to stay here. The place is close to everything, convenience stores, bars, restaurants and has a spectacular view for sunrises and sunsets. It has everything necessary inside the room. And very close to the pier.

This is the perfect place for easy going travelers, it's well located very close to the main part of the town (around 15 minutes walk and 3 minutes tuk tuk). We walked a few times just to enjoy the view. This means is also quiet. You'll have the sea right in front of the house as a front yard, with one of the best diving / snorkeling spots in the island. Tony and Jo will pick you up from the ferry as an additional touch, I felt so important when I saw my name on the air. House is amazingly clean, even smells like you're in the US. The hosts prepared a pamphlet with all the useful information and a cellphone with all the important numbers, we used the tuk tuks they recommended at all times, they give you a better fare! Tony and Jo gave us the best recommendation for restaurants, I didn't even think there was such a delicious place like Mango Tango - PLEASE DO GO! Thank you for everything, guys, we felt like home at all times!

Really nice appartement directly at the water. Florita and Roland were really friendly. They even took care of our laundry.

The photos don’t do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful with first-rate furnishings and finishes. Comfortable king-size bed, enormous shower, reliable high-speed internet, and two large TVs! The unbelievably clear, turquoise water is just a few steps away. I can’t think of a better way to spend my day. Sunset happy hour overlooking the Caribbean can’t be beat.

The place is very well located, the photos are very similar to how nice the house is and it is very cozy. You can perfectly move to the most visited places on the island.

Tony & Jo were so amazing, very helpful and kind. Their home is beautiful and comfy. Can't wait to go back!

A perfect place to stay whilst visiting Utila, especially for diving as it’s right across the street from UDC and other dive centres! The communication was easy and Cliff was fantastic at solving any issues we had quickly when needed. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a place close to everything they need

10/10! Absolutely a great option for anyone looking for a sizeable home on the water! Everything in the picture is exactly what you get. Every room had an air conditioner, the kitchen was well equipped, the washer and dryer were a life saver, the back patio is an amazing spot for morning coffee, plenty of towels for everyone, clean bathrooms and great hospitality. So many other great things to point out about the home but all you need to know is that you'll enjoy your stay here. Tony and Jo met us at the ferry to get us to the house and coordinated a golf cart rental for us. Throughout the stay they were in constant communication and very helpful. Utila is one of our favorite places ever. Each time we've been, we have had an amazing vacation. The restaurants are great and the diving was amazing. I also want to point out if you like board games or reading books, you should check out Quest Utila. A really cool place with tons of great options.

The Coral House is a true hidden paradise, offering exactly what we were seeking—a perfect escape from the city to recharge and renew our energy. The entire Coral House team is simply outstanding, each person deserving a 10 out of 10 for their warmth and hospitality. Trish is a wonderful woman who went above and beyond to assist us, both before and during our stay. Lawrence’s connections with the captain were also top-notch, introducing us to even more wonderful people. I will definitely return to this gem!

I want to start out by saying the location is amazing. The ocean and reef are so close and easily accessible. We did a lot of snorkeling right off the property, we saw tons of beautiful fish and even an eel. The property is beautiful with awesome little inlets that have mangroves and lots of little fish. The pool was so great. We spent a lot of time in the pool trying to escape the heat. We live in the mountains of Montana and while we prefer the warmth our bodies are still used to cold weather. This particular unit doesn’t have AC and we regret not getting one of Tamara’s other places on the property with AC. We roasted up in the treehouse and also got eaten up by bugs. With that being said that’s no one’s fault but our own. There was bug spray provided which once we realized they were getting us at night while we slept it helped to load up on bug spray before bed. The property is secluded but also walkable to restaurants and the main part of town. Renting a golf cart makes it easier.

We had a great stay at the coconut house ! It was a great place to unwind after a week of doing a medical clinic on the mainland . I loved being able to do the cooking for my friends . The only thing that would have made it better was if we had a little mor access and flexibility to going to Utila town .

My partner and I visited for our honeymoon and this place did not disappoint. Not only was it in the perfect spot, private and peaceful, but it was also close to town. We decided to rent a Navi to explore the island, which gave us a lot more freedom. My partner and I love to critter hunt and we saw so many amazing things on the property.

This was a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this place, not just for the amenities but for the host. Snorkeling out front was beautiful, the pool was great, nice trade winds, whole house filtered water. Jo met us at the dock with a tuk tuk, her personal vehicle and had lined up two golf cart rentals that were at the dock as well. We were able to smoothly get all our luggage and people to the house without stress. She got us settled in, explained everything about the house, and had a guide to Utila with a ton of useful information. The house was equipped with solar panels which really decreased our power usage. Power is extremely expensive on Utila. It's about 4 times what it is in the states. Expect to pay extra unless you want to run the AC all the time or rent a house with solar panels like this one. I don't think we could have had a better host or better house while we were on the island! Thanks so much, Jo!
