This sunny and modern apartment ( 68 sq m) is just 400 meters from a wide, guarded beach on the Baltic Sea. There are two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and terrace. Two TV sets, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, iron, cooker etc. The apartment is situated in a gated community and so very safe. Facilities include a safe playground, parking place, barbecue area, volleyball pitch and bike rental ( 7 $ per day) is available. Wi-Fi is free in the apartment. The community is surrounded by the Eastern Eco Park. You can ride on a magnificent bike path ( Bike the Baltic) which run through the Park and dunes to the center of Kołobrzeg within 15 minutes. Around the apartment are small grocery shops, bars and a cafe. You can enjoy sea-fishing, horse riding, Nordic walking and all kinds of water sports. The closest beach is one of the most beautiful, wildest and cleanest in the area, and is almost empty even during the summer season.

Ein privater Raum für Euren Urlaub am Meer. Wir haben es so eingerichtet, wie wir selbst gerne unseren Urlaub verbringen würden. Das komfortable Apartment ist 38 m3 groß: ein Schlafzimmer mit einem super bequemen Doppelbett, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, einem großen Bad und einer 7,5 Meter großen Terrasse.

The place is only 8 minutes walk from THE SEA - the best and widest part of the coast - CENTRAL BEACH and 4 minutes walk from The Town Hall. The biggest advantage of the apartment is impeccable cleanness which is prior to me and a great location-you don’t need to use a car what saves your time and money :)

Cozy apartment in a block, consisting of a larger room ( with a double bed) with a kitchenette and a smaller one with a bunk bed ( at the bottom double bed). The apartment is located opposite the railway station. Close distance to the beach - 10 minutes on foot to the town hall - 10 minutes on foot. there are many grocery stores in the area ( e.g. frog, ladybug) An additional fee for a pet is PLN 50 per night.
