The fantastic, luxuriously frieze-style new thatched-roof house is located in the middle of wonderful nature and absolute tranquility. The lagoon and the bay are within walking distance. 130m² on 2 levels, luxurious equipment with real wood floors and stone tiles from Italy, large open kitchen, sauna, fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, guest toilet, large garden with 2 sun terraces, 2 car parking spaces at the house, lockable bicycle garden house with socket and central electric charging station.

The holiday apartment is located in the seaside resort of Kölpinsee about 1 km from the beach. It is new and will be rented from June 1, 2024. In the immediate vicinity are some restaurants and shops as well as the train station. On approx. 70 m², a tastefully furnished two-room apartment with balcony awaits its guests. There is a free car parking space in front of the house. The location also offers an ideal starting point for hiking and biking tours to the island hinterland and the Achterwasser.

My place is ideal for families and friends who want to break away from a hectic life. The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill. The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.
