the villa is in a beautiful, quiet location, far from the other houses in the area. In about 10-15 minutes on foot you can reach all the beaches and coves on the west side of the island. Alternatively, about every hour the public bus passes right in front of the property. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. The porch, very large is beautiful! It is always quite ventilated and therefore usable even in the hot hours to have lunch or rest on the beds. Host Cristina is really impeccable! Very kind, always ready to give us advice on places to visit, clubs and activities offered in the island. Upon our arrival, he promptly resolved a TV malfunction problem by immediately calling a technician who resolved everything . Thank you very much Cristina! We had a great time in the ten days spent at Tegolo's house!💚

Beautiful house full of Mediterranean atmosphere and perfectly integrated into the atmosphere of Ustica. Great sense of freedom with the large outdoor spaces to live from which you can admire the spectacle of the sea from dawn to dusk. Inside there is everything for a comfortable stay. If we go back to Ustica, it will be the first place we will look for. Thanks Erica.

Delightful mini-apartment that can be reached from the center in a few minutes and about forty steps. Fully equipped kitchen to prepare simple meals, comfortable beds, pleasant shower. And above all the hospitality of the owner: always available (e.g. when the island had internet connection problems) and attentive to our needs. We found nice weather and in spring Ustica is beautiful: trekking trails in the middle of flowering meadows, views of overhanging cliffs, the locals are kind and welcoming... really hard to leave... Very, very recommended!!!

We had a great time at the house of Davide's palm trees, surrounded by greenery, full of outdoor areas where you can have lunch or relax, very comfortable interiors and furnished with care and intelligence (reading lamps, well distributed multiple outlets and, as a touch of kindness of the innkeeper, a branch of basil left for us on the windowsill of the kitchen window to perfume our preparations). Davide was a perfect innkeeper, he responded promptly and affable to our needs. We are very satisfied with our experience, we recommend it to everyone and hope to repeat it in the future.

A well-organized bathroom is shown, featuring a modern sink with a mirror above it and a round wall mirror. A toilet is positioned alongside a white cabinet, while a door leads to another space. The green flooring adds a refreshing touch.

Well renovated apartment and furnished with all the essentials for an optimal stay, clean, like being at home. Host always very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is located in a central area, easy to reach even on foot from the port, although a municipal transport service is available: this is also very useful for touring the island. However, many private transport services are available on call. The area is served by small markets, bars and restaurants.

Susan's house is cozy, tidy, clean and equipped with everything you need. The large terrace overlooking the garden is a nice place to linger, enjoy the surrounding quiet and a glimpse of the sea in the distance. I imagine it is enjoyable even in winter, given its structure and conformation. Susan proved to be understanding about everything and helpful, she picked us up and took us back at the end, always helping us with our bags, and she kept us one more night due to the suspension of the maritime transport service due to adverse weather conditions. Ustica is a beautiful island, to discover and explore.

We stayed at Gia's for 7 nights: simply wonderful. The clean house, and with everything you need, has an amazing view. Great location for getting around the island and getting to the center of town quickly. Simply magnificent the kindness of the owner and all her collaborators, they really helped us visit the island and turn the stay into an unforgettable vacation.

We were Vito's guests for two nights. Host always super helpful and attentive to making us feel comfortable. One of his collaborators picked us up at the port to take us to the apartment as soon as we arrived. Also, for any advice ask Vincenzo... he will be happy to advise you and explain everything in detail. From the first moment we felt the kindness and friendliness of the hosts.

Beautiful Sea View Capanno

There were two of us for 12 days as guests in the beautiful accommodation of Gia. Located directly above the sea, you have a breathtaking view of the sea and the picturesque town of Ustica. Gia personally welcomed us and gave us some information about Ustica, which was very helpful. At check-in, Domenico was also present, who greeted us in German and translated everything Gia said for us. Many thanks also to Domenico for his delicious melons, eggplants and the delicious tomato sauce, which we were able to purchase for a small price. The island is really very nice. There is a beautiful hiking trail along the cliff that is easy and safe to walk. We took the electric bus to the beaches every day for 1 euro to swim and snorkel. In the morning, we enjoyed our cappuccino and croissants at the Bar Centrale. It was very, very nice on Ustica. We'll be back for sure! And then we will be happy to be Gia's guest again!

Beautiful stay. The house is surrounded by greenery but relatively close to the town of the island. We have always had beautiful breakfasts and dinners on the patio. We will always have a great memory of the house and the innkeeper, very helpful.

What a fantastic location! From Antonio's house you can quickly reach the center and the port, but also beautiful places to go snorkeling and cool off with a swim. At the end of the day, a dip in the pool on the terrace was the perfect way to enjoy the landscape and relax. Even though she didn't meet Antonio, Laura was always very helpful and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Vito and the person who manages the property Vincenzo are perfect hosts, always friendly, always ready to help and give advice They were available to let us into the accommodation at 10:00 a.m. long before check-in time very clean apartment, fantastic location, air conditioning, the gem is a beautiful garden behind the property with spectacular views
