Michelle is so great to work with regarding any questions or assistance needed. We had a special circumstance we needed assistance with and she was quick to respond and provided guidance on how to resolve our matter. She is a gracious host!!!

The place was so nice and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet, safe and clean. It was a nice place for families … The beds are very comfortable and the house is very modern and the decor is so cute. The televisions are wonderful and the sauna is amazing. The house is very spacious . The only changes I would make are some type of patio chairs on the front porch , to set in the evenings and the couch was not very comfortable.. The hosts were very friendly, attentive and responsive. I would not hesitate to stay at any location they own . I know it would be well maintained ..

The place was beautiful and fit our family perfectly. Nicely furnished and the fish tank was a fun addition.

Great place to stay! The home is beautiful inside, and surrounded by beautiful open space. The master bedroom was comfortable. The master shower is very luxurious with its multiple jets. Lots of closet space if you need that. The kitchen is very well furnished - good knives, multiple cutting boards, mixing bowls, measuring cups, utinsels, lots of plates/bowls/glasses/mugs, and serving dishes. It's great to have your crew sitting at the kitchen island while prepping a meal. The fireplace adds a warm ambience and warmth. The floors are polished concrete with heating coils so bring your thick socks or slippers to soften up the walking. The bunk room has 2 bunk beds = 4 beds. The game room has a pull-out bed that was judged to be "very comfortable". The 2nd bathroom has a double sink area and then a separated toilet & shower room, so it can handle all the people. There are two cool cats that live in the garage. They will greet you and want pets if you're into that.

The house was immaculately cleaned. Wiliam and his wife met us at the drive with parkibg instructions and a full tour of house and grounds and reccomendations for dining. Our stay was peaceful and uneventful.

2nd time staying there. great hosts. location is perfect for skiing Mt. Schweitzer. You'll hear the trains go by a few times during day and maybe once at night but they're really not a bother. the King mattresses in each room are nice and firm and provide fur great sleep. radiant floor heading is nice. Well appointed kitchen.

Wow! This place was perfect for our family. After we had booked another place in CDA, and the listing person cancelled, we were worried about finding another place on such short notice. We are so glad, because Emily’s place was EXACTLY what we were looking for. It was a quiet, gated area, and just a short walk to the Spokane River. We spent a lot of time walking and biking the area, especially with the Centennial trail right there. We biked to downtown several times as well. Beyond the location, the home itself was beautiful. The rooms were all cozy and the living space perfect for the 5 of us. We had everything we needed for cooking and enough toiletries to last us for the 8 nights we were there. We truly enjoyed every minute of our vacation and hope to visit again soon!
