Very good pied-à-terre to visit Madrid and the surroundings when you get home at night. Carefully decorated and well-equipped apartment, pleasant to occupy despite the few openings, very quiet. Good welcome. Good value.

Diego's home is amazing. Magical. A wonderful place to disconnect, breathe and feel nature. Everything was tidy, clean and prepared to have everything you need to enjoy. We stayed the whole family in the finca la cuadra and we couldn't find a better place to share Christmas. There are three independent spaces all very complete and comfortable with a beautiful view of the River. I recommend them for several families wishing to occupy the entire site. Our host was Juan Carlos who welcomed us and indicated how everything works and super friendly. We would definitely repeat it.

The apartment is located on the fourth and final floor (it does not have an elevator). The accommodation has two comfortable bedrooms with large wardrobes, a small but functional bathroom and a very large shower. The living room has a folding dining table and 2 comfortable sofas. The kitchen is small but equipped with everything you need. The house is completed by a beautiful terrace with a table with umbrella and bbq. The house is very quiet and no noise comes from the street (but we had the windows closed). The neighborhood where it is located is Usera, the china town of Madrid. Don't be scared by it, the neighborhood is really very characteristic and quiet. You can get to the center comfortably by metro or bus. Public transport works very well. Oussama is a very kind and precise host, available for all your requests but not at all intrusive. Thank you for hosting us

Raquel's place was very inviting, white glove service from start to finish. quiet community, beautiful home and home amenities where perfect. Home has private parking that was available. Also had cable TV service - free of charge, great for my children. enjoyed plenty of sunlight. Bathroom and showers where amazing. Beds where comfortable after a long walks site seeing. This is a must stay and very close to Madrid (downtown). We had a rental vehicle.

The house is beautiful, ten clean, very comfortable beds, spacious and very cozy. Fabiola very nice, he left us a detail upon our arrival that is to be thanked, a very rich homemade cake. It has been pending throughout the place and gave us flexibility when checking out. The house is located in an exceptional environment, where you can hike with beautiful landscapes and you have all the services and restaurants where you eat 10. And that the house has a bathroom in each room and the fireplace has been a joy. We have definitely been very comfortable. Thank you very much for your stay.
