Vacation rentals with a pool in Upstate South Carolina

Great location in a walkable neighborhood of Black Mountain, NC. House is warm and inviting. We enjoyed our time there. Rooms are small and it is hard to imagine 12 people staying in this place. We are a family of 8 and it seemed a bit cramped at times. If you plan to eat meals together at the house it would be difficult to have seating for all; there is no real kitchen table. Kitchen is cozy, but they do have two, one upstairs and one downstairs in a cleverly concealed staircase. There is no dishwasher, so be prepared to wash and dry dishes if you eat at the house. Kids really enjoyed to pool and hot tub. Also the inside of the house is warm and inviting, personal decorations and books and toys will make a family feel right at home or potentially nervous that something will be left out of place or broken. Overall, we felt the place suited our needs and we were thankful for our time there. Hosts clearly love their home and have done a nice job making it a place that is inviting.

Sunsets and Siestas was fantastic! Alan and Sylvia were responsive and friendly leading up to and during our stay. The home was very well equipped with furnishings, bedding, etc. The kitchen was a huge success. We were amazed at how many amenities were in the kitchen. We cooked everyday and the kitchen was well appointed with dual ovens and many other great features and appliances. The new Weber grill outside was also a great added feature! Our entire family of 16 had plenty of space to enjoy the house, pool, boat dock, and outdoor fireplace/hot tub area! I highly recommend Sunsets and Siestas! Lake Keowee and the entire area is full of outdoor adventures and fun for all ages.

The house had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Extremely clean throughout and amenities were perfect. Especially since we were staying for 22 days we were able to keep the house and pool clean throughout the heavy pollen season. We treated it like our own home. The residential area was nice, peaceful backyard facing 17 acres of woods, close to downtown Simpsonville. We used the pool and it did require daily cleaning based on the time of year we stayed. The equipment provided allowed us to keep up with it. It was a fantastic experience and we are eager to return. It was hard to leave as it felt like home. Sincere appreciation to both Talia & Moshe. They were wonderful hosts!

We love Tracy’s house! It has become our go-to spot when my friends and I get together each year. It’s a beautiful home, with plenty of space and awesome lake views. Hope to see you next year!

we absolutely loved Christian's place!! the stock pool was such a hit with the two small grandsons and loved the back yard. Fell in love with that tree!! Everything was spotless and the perfect size for the 5 of us. Thank you for a wonderful experience and we loved Greenville!!

My kids and I had a wonderful spring break at Patrick and Jordan's house visiting all of our friends and favorite places around Monroe. Their house is in a super convenient and safe location and set farther back from the street so it feels more private and quiet than most of the houses around them. The house is truly bigger than it looks with plenty of space. My kids even said it felt like home before the week was over and we all slept so well in the super comfy beds!

Fantastic stay -- Only issue we had was it's on the third floor with no elevator. Made it difficult for elderly mother, but that was my fault for not checking prior to booking.

Tamera’s place was absolutely amazing! I am a night shift travel nurse and I felt at home as a rested peacefully during the day! The neighborhood was beautiful with plenty opportunities for walking! The patio was amazing with tons of privacy! I will definitely book again:) Thanks Tamera!!!

Clean and cozy. Enough room for my family of six. Not far from Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

This place is so wonderful. Daniel was such an attentive and exceptional host. Whenever we had any questions or needed anything, he was right there to answer any and everything. We had some issues with the WiFi during our stay, and Daniel was so quick to respond and was SO committed to getting to the bottom of what was going on, and got things fixed for us as soon as possible. The condo itself is a so nice with unbelievable views. It was very clean, and I just cannot get over the location. It absolutely worth every penny. I will definitely be staying here again!

I really enjoyed the condo and it was a beautiful area. The host was great and responsive. Place was clean and charming! It was a little scary driving up the mountains but lots of people live up there so they are used to it. However the drive was beautiful! I do wish they had 2 pools or a bigger pool because I love to swim and there were lots of kids in there in the evening.

Very lovely and spacious home with two king sized, comfortable beds. They provided a lot of towels and appliances including washer and dryer. The home is located up on a hill, so it's not very walkable to downtown Gatlinburg. However, it is located very close to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park so it is still very convenient to stay here and drive to the Smoky Mountains. You can also still drive down in a couple of minutes to nearby parking lots and pay $10 for parking and explore downtown. We would highly recommend this place for families.

This place was perfect for me and my friends! It’s exactly what you’d expect with some extras that Lisa graciously provided for us, from toiletries like the usual shampoo and conditioner to things you might forget like toothbrushes and toothpaste, and even snacks including chips and chocolates and other candy. The location is hard to beat as well, walking distance to a crepe shop we had breakfast at, and steps away from the beautiful lake and all of its scenery. Would highly recommend!
