Condo vacation rentals in Upstate South Carolina

Our stay at Ashley’s rental was exactly as described. Nice, spacious, and clean condo right next to a little river. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ducks. Ashley‘s condo was close to everything we like to do. Near all the popular attractions and restaurants that we enjoy. I would definitely book here again.

Lindsay’s place was exactly as described and perfect for us. Unfortunately, we were only in the area overnight and wasn’t able to enjoy the Lake Lure area more than we did. Lindsay’s place was extremely clean, cozy and peaceful. We will definitely reach out to Lindsay to stay in her home when we are in the area again!

Visited for about 7 weeks...very relaxing and the views during the day and the nights over the lake are beautiful. The condo has been remodeled and everything is first class...definitely a 5 star vacation spot. We were visiting in the off season...have stay in the Tall Ship condos on many other occasions...this unit was the best! Highly recommend.

Diana was helpful and provided great directions to teach the condo as well as how to get inside. There were some great upgrades to the place. As others mentioned the drive up can be steep at certain points, and if there’s no day light it can be pretty dark so be aware of that. Views and fresh air were beautiful during the day though.

This getaway was unbelievable. The view was breathtaking. No pictures do it justice! The condo itself had so much thought put into it. Everything was extremely clean and all the furniture was really comfortable, including the chairs on the balcony! The spiral staircase with the loft was really unique and was no problem for us who are a little on the tall side. The kitchen had everything we needed for home cooked meals and we really enjoyed having dinner at the dining table with the beautiful view. The condo is a great distance from Gatlinburg, and the backroads make it easy to get to Pigeon Forge while avoiding the traffic In Gatlinburg. The park entrance being nearby is another great aspect of the place. The drive up and down is fine after the first time, and was fine for my 2 wheel drive mini suv. Really quiet area with only the faint noise of music and screaming(very rarely!) from Ober mountain during the day. Dont hesitate to book.

So nice to have a comfortable, clean, spacious place to rest after busy days with the kids. Everything was as expected and communication was easy. Thanks!

Fran and Ron's place was just amazing and was perfect for our family. The best part was after having another AirBnB booked for over 6 months before this huge family trip we had been planning for a year, the day before we're going to leave the other owner messaged us and said the place was no longer available, so sorry, and just dropped us. Fran and Ron came to the rescue. Great communication, a beautiful place, and a great price. We could not have been happier and are so glad we ended up finding their place because it was better than where we were originally going to stay. If you're considering staying at Fran and Ron's condo, don't hesitate to book it and enjoy everything it has to offer.

Condo was very clean. Location was great with the balcony overlooking the river. Only negative was the pillows were kinda thin, if you like a fluffy pillow may want to bring your own. I would definitely recommend.

Shirley's places there in Athens are always great. Easy check in and check out. She is a very accommodating hostess.

I had a fabulous weekend here! The place was spotless and homey and looks just like the pictures. Some of my favorite parts: Watching the sun set in the recliner Watching the sun rise in the hot tub Super comfy (firm) bed with plenty of pillows Tons of towels Great instructions from hosts about navigating to the location, check in, check out, and where to get groceries Hosts replied to messages within the minute! Felt very safe Lots of places to sit, eat, play games, work, etc both indoors and out My only notes for future guests are that this stay is on a mountain... That means the drive up is steep (my Hyundai Elantra did just fine) and there are lots of stairs. Neither of these impeded my enjoyment whatsoever. Totally worth it for the views, but might be a consideration for some folks. I'm already looking to book again!

This was a pleasant stay. Great restaurants near the location and walking distance to a lot of places.

Great place to stay with family while touring Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Knoxville and the Smoky Mountains. Beds were comfortable and every room was clean with amenities. Hot tub was a nice addition after touring the areas. The host was always responsive and made great recommendations for the area. Will be back.

Linda Beth was an excellent host! The place was well decorated, clean and close to restaurants and the lake. She was extremely friendly and was super responsive to all our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The views from the house are incredible. It is very peaceful. The place was clean. Nina was very helpful and responsive when needed. We used the pool and hot tub, which was a short walk down the driveway. I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area!

Great space and perfect location for exploring downtown Greenville. The space was very comfortable and clean. Loved the little extras provided- a few snacks, drinks, waters and K-cups. We were in town for SEC women’s basketball tournament. Location could not have been better for going to Bon Secours Arena, and then also exploring the downtown area.

Beautiful condo, looked exactly as shown in pictures! Location was great, very close to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Just be careful as some roads are very steep around, but typical for the mountains! We’ll definitely come back - condo looked and smelled brand new.

The whole team was very responsive the entire stay. I appreciated that the place was not overly decorated, it was beautiful. I have small children so lots of decoration calls for lots of stress. I felt safe in the space/location. Directions were clear making for an easy/smooth check in/check out! You get what you see!

This was such a beautiful place and located right in the heart of everything! We loved it! And the hosts were so kind and gave us all the information we needed. We highly recommend this place.

Tamera’s place was absolutely amazing! I am a night shift travel nurse and I felt at home as a rested peacefully during the day! The neighborhood was beautiful with plenty opportunities for walking! The patio was amazing with tons of privacy! I will definitely book again:) Thanks Tamera!!!
