Cabin vacation rentals in Upper Cataract Falls

My husband and I had a great year-end getaway at Courtney’s place. The cottage was cozy with the wonderful fireplace and hot tub. We’d love to return in the fall when it’s good hiking weather. We were thankful for the pool table and games on a rainy afternoon.

Very nice cabin back in the woods. Very private. Owners were super nice and always responded to messages. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience at the Airbnb cabin for Christmas! The cozy atmosphere, beautifully decorated for the holidays, instantly made us feel at home. The cabin was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare a festive feast together. We loved gathering around the fireplace, sharing stories, and enjoying the stunning winter scenery. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, making our stay even more special. It was the perfect getaway for creating cherished memories with family. We can’t wait to return next year! Highly recommend!

Cabin is very cozy and was a great place for our girls trip. We enjoyed the games provided and had lots of laughs and memories. The kitchen has everything needed to cook. Angela is very prompt to respond and easy to communicate with. Location is close to local shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommended staying here to other families & friends. We are already planning next years trip.

This space was serene and made me and my family feel calm and at peace. The space is very well taken cared of. Also, whoever cleans the space is amazing! We felt like no one has ever stepped foot in there. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer's place! There was plenty of room for my family as well as my sister's family. It was clean and decorated beautifully. Plenty of things for everyone to do and so peacful and relaxing. Communication was great and we hope to visit again to enjoy it in the summer!

This is our third stay at Scout Cabin on Pleasant Farm. There is plenty to do (nature center, fun local restaurants, National Historic Register spots, covered bridges and especially the tranquility of the front porch and lookout observation tower nearby). Didn’t make it to the maze or viaduct near Bloomfield - next trip! Thank you for a lovely, serene stay!

My family really enjoyed staying at the Pioneer Cabin. Jenny was very easy to communicate with and the location was beautiful and secluded. Deck was awesome for eating or having coffee outdoors and enjoying the fall leaves.

Spent a IU football weekend here while visiting our daughter on campus. Quaint cabin in the woods that met all our needs. Chris’s instructions were very thorough. Only about 14 minutes from campus too. Great hiking in Hoosier national forest that was minutes away. Would be a wonderful place to stay also if you were doing a lake weekend over the summer.

A neat little place. Starr always responded quick and was very accommodating. Had all the basic necessities. Would recommend to anyone looking for a little getaway that you can hike and spend time in the outdoors all you want!

very cozy and secluded. i had neighbors but I didn't see any of them at all. this cabin could have been 20 miles from any house and my experience wouldn't have changed. exactly what I needed

Our stay at the Sunshine Holler Cabin was fantastic. As a group of six, finding a place that could comfortably accommodate all of us with plenty of extra space was a real treat. The cabin was still beautifully decorated for Christmas, which made our family holiday gathering even more special. The host was incredibly responsive and addressed any concerns quickly, though we only encountered two minor issues during our stay. The amenities were top-notch, with an abundance of books to enjoy and board games to entertain us. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we would love to return for another stay

I was in town with my daughter and best friend for the eras tour. We wanted to book outside of the city so we could come back to quiet and have a relaxing place to just enjoy our weekend getaway. Curt’s place was the perfect spot for this.

We were in Bloomington to visit our grandkids and this place was close to them and also very close to the Y. The unit was small but very well kept. Megan was easy to contact and very responsive for any questions that we had. We really enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful location and comfortable cabin. Very homey feeling. It was great being so close to Nashville and all of the shops.

This was my second time staying at Chris's cabin and it did not disappoint. Beautiful and peaceful. Quiet and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bill's home. We were just looking for someplace to rest, so even in December when we couldn't use the pool, it was okay. We could walk to the lake. We took a quick trip to Cataract Falls. We enjoyed local food. And just enjoyed the quietness of the home while we were there. We only had one issue while we were there, and when I let Bill know, he took care of it immediately. We hope to return another time in warmer weather!

I never imagined the quality welcome I would feel as I walked into a place where so much value was placed on everything I would see as I entered the cabin. There were so many delightful surprises downstairs. My happiness was only compounded when I went upstairs to see everything so thoughtfully prepared. I never imagined so much quality craftsmanship in the building of the cabin and expensive furnishings to facilitate comfort in every way. I had the special opportunity to meet Brian, the host, as he was plowing the snow during a snowstorm. I got to see the heart of the couple behind this special place. I will tell everyone I know and love about this place!

A lovely, homey cabin on a beautiful property! While we didn't get to fully enjoy the pond because of the chilly weather, we appreciated the view. The entire property was clean and well taken care of. We felt very safe, which was important for three ladies traveling alone. Mike was easy to reach out to for help when we had a mishap with the fireplace. A very welcoming host who goes above and beyond with Midwestern hospitality. You will not be disappointed!

They were sweet from the time we started communicating until the end. We were traveling so she gave us the opportunity to check in an hour earlier for free. Kids loved all the activities in close proximity. State park with beach and restaurant few miles away. Close to local town with stores. We enjoyed our stay we will be back!
