Adorable cottage close to Cataract Falls. Brad was a wonderful host and you could tell he has put a lot of work into creating a great guest experience. The kids loved the loft beds and we all enjoyed a cozy stay. We will stay again next time we are in the vicinity!

I loved Jenny's place. We didn't have a lot of communication because we didn't need it. She explained everything I needed to know in a few emails. The place was easy to get into and the checkout requirements were terrific and easy. The rugged beauty of the place took me by surprise. In a good way. My dog thought she was in heaven. Lots of space inside and out. We will go back again, I'm sure.

We had a longer stay and felt very comfortable in this cozy, warm house. The full kitchen and laundry was a huge plus for us and it was nice to be able to easily walk to the nearby restaurants and grocery store. Jessica was always helpful and responsive - even stocking the house with items we would need for our longer stay.

Leading up to our stay Kimberly was proactive about communicating with us to make sure we had our needs met. She was flexible with check-in and the place was very cozy and perfect for us. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely love the house. I loved the view from the top decks. The waterfalls is very nearby and beautiful. I love the fact that we was able to book this place and keep our dog with us. Thats what sold us on staying here and the fishing for the kids. Very big bass in the pond. Good pass time with the family. Unfortunately the general store wasn't open. The lady was sick that runs it. Very nice community. Jeff did great with communication. Especially when i stupidly locked myself out of the house. I did accidentally check in early after 24 hours of no sleep to get from NC to IN. He was very nice about it, and it was no problem. I knew the water did not smell good from previous reviews. So no complaints there. I was just greatful to get this place last minute so we could be close to the club to compete in the UKC TOC. Very blessed to stay here.

Coolest Airbnb we have been at by far! this was well worth the price we paid, and would highly recommend. we came late, no problems. when we left we got to see some of the animals on the ranch which was way cooler than we expected!

Vicki's place is a true treasure. We have stayed before and have had nothing but great experiences. Within walking distance of the cute downtown Spencer area. She has all of the amenities that are needed and goes the extra to make you feel at home.
