Phillip was a great host, met us upon arrival and ensured we were settled. He was easily available and respectful of our privacy. Home was as described and had everything we needed. Location is great, near restaurants and a beautiful park. Very close to downtown. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at this Airbnb during our daughter's graduation at the University of Austin was absolutely fantastic. The home was not only comfortable but also conveniently located, allowing us to easily navigate the city and attend all the graduation events without any hassle. What truly set this Airbnb apart, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the host. She made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay and gave some great suggestions on places to eat. But what truly blew us away was her responsiveness to our request to look for our forgotten sunglasses. She found out sunglasses and promptly shipped them to us. It's these little gestures of thoughtfulness that truly make a difference and leave a lasting impression. Overall, our experience at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing. Comfortable accommodations, a great location, and a host who goes above and beyond to make her guests feel at home.

Carole's house was perfect for our stay in Austin. It is in a great location close to restaurants and shops. The house was perfect...clean, great space, and good amenities. Carole was very responsive and even proactive in her communication. We had a great stay and highly recommend her property!

Beautiful home behind the main house on the property. Very well maintained and new home with plenty of amenities. Easy check in and check out and in a happening part of town. I enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

What a beautiful secluded oasis. It was even better than described. Our dogs played and enjoyed the safe confines of the property and we enjoyed time by the pool and time unplugged as a family. Will come again ASAP

Evan, Lala, and George were great host. Didn’t even seem to mind when I almost burnt down their back yard. Great little getaway for us and was just what we needed. Fire pit was excellent. We will have to come back for the hot tub.

We enjoyed our stay! Only thing I would say I was cautious of, were the floorboards in the living room. There were a few spots where you could feel they are weak. Other than that, the place looks just like the photos & was a peaceful neighborhood!

House was clean, big backyard with cool swimming pool which the kids loved. It was pet friendly so we were able to bring our dogs wich was big plus. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. HEB and other restaurants near by. Would stay again.

Stayed here for a little getaway just my dog and I and this place was absolutely perfect. The location was great-everything I wanted to do was just a short drive away. Very close to all the action on south congress but it was great to come back to a peaceful neighborhood at the end of the evening. The private backyard was excellent.

We were very pleased with our stay at Emlyn’s house. We were visiting our in-laws in South Austin and the location of the house was perfect. It was easy to get downtown and there was shopping and restaurants close by. The house was clean and well equipped with everything you might need. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. This was the peaceful getaway we were looking for. This tiny home fit my family of 3 perfectly. Even though this home is on a compound with other rentals, we felt we had so much privacy. We did go during the dry season so there was no water but still didn’t stop us from sitting out on the lower part of the lawn and enjoying the peacefulness. We were 15 minutes from HEB, Oasis (where we had family dinner), and Bob wentz park where we enjoyed a little hike to the lake and had a water day. Perfect little trip and totally recommend.

Nice, quiet neighborhood in a good location. Hosts took care to have all the basic amenities you might need. Clean kitchen with lots of appliances if you're looking to cook. Also nice to have the washer and dryer there.

Nothing wrong with the stay. It was a nice place, sometimes all the "suggestions" for how to do something in the house seemed a bit much. It was a quiet area, had all the accommodations we needed.
